• Phillip (8/5): - It was comfortable When my Nambour smoke early in the morning then the fumes comes through the toilet extractor fan into my room and I could hardly breath. I've complaint but the staff tried to evade me.

When my neighbour smoke in his toilet then the smoke fumes comes into my room through the toilet fan i think, because my toilet light and fan is off. I'm not a smoker. Especially when they arrive early hours of the morning back from partying all night and then smoke before he goes to bed and I can hardly breath, so bad it is.

• Igor (1/5): Very loud surroundings - It's next to a very busy street and noises is a konstant distraction. Once, at 2am, some workers beneath found it necessary to open up a construction side, cut and hammer on steel. The receptionists did not even bother.
• Lauren (2/5): - This hotel is soooo overpriced (although I booked last minute for Christmas), it didn’t look like the pictures at all! The room had no window, but it did in the pictures. There was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom which meant cigarette smoke came into my room which stank. The front desk staff were not friendly and not approachable. I’ve stayed in some pretty bad places in my time but this place is the winner, the dark room made me feel depressed.

• Richard (8/5): Short stop over while travelling... - The location is perfect as is in centre of everything but still quiet away from the noise and madness..it has its own restaurant and bar below and food is top class,serves everything from breakfast to seafood and thai food..Its a good cheap price for the area to stay and i was only doing 3 nite stopover so suited ok...the owner and staff are very friendly and helpful which is always a plus...i have stayed here before and will go back again.... Not an issue for me but just saying theres no lift as its only a guesthouse so if youve problem with stairs might be a bit difficult.The staff will offer to take your luggage up and down to your room which was good so diddint bother me to much ..over all everything was ok for my stay so cant complain...

• Chen (6/5): Decent stay for a couple of nights. - Location was good. Along the second street, walkable distance to shopping mall and beach. Have their own restauarants downstairs. Room looked old. Staff put their cleaning bags along the corridor.
