robert (10/5): Right downtown where you don't have to depend on a vehicle. - Only booked wit a 3 day window. Asked for a room up high. They were most accomadating Room was very clean and breakfast exceptional. Had a little trouble finding the main entrance. Not where it should have been. No where near the main building. No A/C. And this is only May.
Emily (8/5): Spacious, amazing view and location, yummy breakfast! - Our stay was lovely, the room was very spacious and clean. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was amazing, there was so much food and all kinds of options, way better than some of the other breakfast buffets I've had! Actual quality food and always being restocked. Great breakfast hours, didn't feel rushed to get down there, but they also started the buffet early enough to accommodate for those who needed it too. We had a view of the waterfront even on the 2nd floor and felt very safe. Being close to all the restaurants and shops was lovely, we went for an evening walk and then got some delicious croissants at Freya in the morning! We had an excellent stay. The only thing that was negative was that the doors were very loud, the room next to us kept opening and closing their door to the hallway at 8am. Could be because we stayed in a connected room, even though the connecting doors were closed an locked, it might've been worse for soundproofing.

Staff says they will “check” on it and takes 40 minutes to do so. Fridge also has leftover packaged takeout “sauce” from what looks like someone’s Caesar salad sauce

I think it would be better to install a (partition) wall to separate the hot tup from the gym space if you are concerned about indoor humidity. When I just let go of the room door, it didn't close properly and I heard a warning sound. So I had to push or pull hard on the door to make sure it closes all the way.

The hot tub is basically in the floor in the middle of the fitness room. Needs to be segregated from all the other equipment to keep the condensation down. Jets didn't work anyway.

George (4/5): We won't be back. It's over charged for what we get. - We ordered room service and food was very good. Restaurant staff were very good and polite. Breakfast was supposed to be warm breakfast, it was good, but not warm. The location is good, but exiting the hotel is not good at all as the traffic light never turn red for oncoming traffic on both directions. It's very hard and dangerous to come out of the hotel, even in the early Sunday morning. Hotel mattress is small and hotel room is well equipped but very tight. Certainly not worth the money we paid for.

Anthony (9/5): Overall, the stay was good, just had a few small issues, but will be back for another stay. - Overall, the location was great, central to everything we wanted to see. It was also nice to have the complementary breakfast. The bathroom didn't have a dedicated fan, and not sure if it was working or not (didn't hear it, if it was on), the bathroom was hot, tight for space. As for the queen bed, close to the window, the springs were too squeaky, kept us awake. There was also an old popsicle box in the small fridge / freezer, which still had a few popsicles left. The wall electrical outlet in the bathroom will need to get checked, lack of power, and the reset button didn't work.

DJW64 (8/5): Very nice stay in Campbell River - Nice hotel in Campbell River, right next to a mall with shops. Free parking. Short walk across the street to other bars and restaurants. Room was comfortable. Nice little breakfast to get you started in the mornings, nothing fancy, scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, pastries etc and lovely staff. Bar is great which serves great food at nights and the staff there particularly the lady are great. Would definitely return.

Saravanan (1/5): Stay away from this place - Nothing or location may be No water in the room when i was trying call nobody answered the phone including front desk. Eventually I had to call the hotline through my mobile and luckily a person from front dest answered when asked why no body picking up the calls from internal line she had no answer and we were told to climb 5 floors to get water. I Feel water is basic , staffs were impolite. Never visit again. Card was debited even a day before even though the booking says pay at property.
