- amine (10/5): Beautiful Surprise in Falassarna - This hotel was our biggest surprise during the trip! The room was very clean, newly renovated, and offered an amazing view. The highlight is definitely the stunning Falassarna beach – truly one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve seen. On the downside, the breakfast was well below average, and we wouldn’t recommend staying around the hotel for restaurants or the smaller beach nearby. Instead, head straight to the large Falassarna beach – it’s simply breathtaking

- Kristin (10/5): Great Stay, Great Price - The falassarna bay hotel was even better than we expected! The room overlooked the water, had a beautiful layout and a nice bathroom. Everything was exceptionally clean and housekeeping came daily. My only complaint was that I wish there were more pillows. I am accustomed to sleeping with 2 pillows but the room only provides one per person. The market downstairs was a great spot to pick up snacks or wine. We highly recommend the Orange Blue bar/restaurant next door! We loved that the beach was so close, and that there were options to eat at the hotel. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The bus stops right in front of the hotel, which made for an easy trip to Chania.

Falassarna is probably my favorite spot on Crete. Lovely, kind owners, always ready to help. Can't wait to go back!

Even though salad wasnt on the menu on breakfast, they prepared it for us daily after we requested it. Only point to improve is to add more greek options to breakfast.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel, great service and great location. - This apartment was beautiful, totally new, very beautful tilings and equipments, Smart TV, kitechnette, daily cleaning services, great view of the Falassarna beach from the second floor where we stayed. Restaurants below are good and ambience and sunset view was great. Beaches were close, also below hotel there is a small beach for babies, no waves and walking distance from the hotel. Laundry service 10 euros for 6 kg load, it was quick, we dropped the laundry in the morning and by evening it was ready. The staff was very kind and helpful. There is enough parking space near the hotel.

- Christina (10/5): Lovely view and hosts - Lovely remote and quiet location. Beach is a few minute drive and the waters are the clearest I’ve ever seen. The room was recently renovated, had everything we needed from a studio to make basic meals and drinks, and was extremely clean. The host was lovely and more than happy to let us check in early as there was availability. We hold highly recommend for a wholesome quiet family holiday or for couples to unwind.

Nice clean rooms with a balcony and sea view, good beds. Can make simple food like breakfast in the mini-kitchen in the room. A friendly family-run hotel, with great hosts!
- Magali (10/5): - Fabuleux hôtel, très bien situé à proximité des plages, les chambres sont orientées face à la mer donc une vue magnifique. On trouve plusieurs très bons restaurants à proximité immédiate, donc pas en soins de reprendre la voiture. On trouve également une petite supérette avec tous ce qu’il faut. La cerise sur le gâteau était que la chambre était refaite, donc encore plus jolie et moderne que sur les photos !

- Chiara (8/5): - Camere molto pulite, personale gentile. Nei pressi della struttura ci sono 3 taverne,un locale dove vedere il tramonto ed un minimarket. Molta tranquillità. Su richiesta si può includere la colazione (7euro a persona, ma non so come sia perché partendo presto per le spiagge,non ne abbiamo usufruito). Bella la vista sul mare.
- Kamila (10/5): Highly recommended - Me and my daughter loved our stay there: great location very close to the beach, amazing view from the balcony and quiet and peaceful neighbourhood - just perfect for a relaxing holiday. The room had a modern decor and good facilities. It was very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly - we were offered a delicious cake every time we were passing the Reception :) The bus stop is just outside the hotel if you plan to explore other places (e.g Chania) and not necessarily fancy driving. You can also go on a boat trip to the Balos lagoon or have a lovely walk through an olive grove to the ancient Phalasarna archeological site.

- Leon (8/5): - Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war einfach spitze. Ausstattung hat zum Kochen vollkommen ausgereicht. Täglich wurde durchgewischt und Bettwäsche und die Handtücher wurden jeden zweiten Tag gewechselt. Der Check-in und Check-out verlief reibungslos und es gab sogar ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk. Direkt neben der Unterkunft ist ein kleiner Laden oder auch 5 Fahrminuten ein etwas größerer, wo man alles bekommt was man braucht. Der Strand ist auch quasi direkt vor der Tür und um einen herum, ein Haufen guter Tavernen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden dort auf jeden Fall noch einmal vorbeischauen.

- Markus (10/5): - Super nette Eigentümer, tolles Frühstück, super Lage mit Meerblick :) Jeden Tag werden die Zimmer gereinigt und jeden zweiten Tag werden die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche gewechselt! Top! Die Zimmer haben leider kaum Staumöglichkeiten. Ein Kleiderschrank ohne Böden mit 4 Kleiderbügel! Das Badezimmer war viel zu klein mit mini Dusche mit Duschvorhang. Keine Mischbatterie und reine Glückssache bis das Wasser die richtige Temperatur hat. Hier wäre eine Renovierung nötig...

- Saba (10/5): - It is a very basic accomodation but to be expected for the price. That being said the views from the balcony are breathtaking. The staff are really lovely and the location is unbeatable. 2 minute walk at one end of Falasanara beach and you can walk to all other parts of the beach from there. Highly recommend. If you want to visit Falasanara beach, this is the place for you.

Enkel frokost med toast med ost og skinke, eller loff med syltetøy/honning, litt gresk yoghurt og kaffe/te. Gratis parkering rett utenfor, samt en ATM.

En comparaison avec les studios de l'hôtel celui-ci est plus neuf et plus grand et la terrasse bien plus grande. Mais la vue mer est restreinte et la terrasse est toujours ombragée

La plage est sauvage d’un côté (avec peu de monde) et organisée avec transats et parasols à louer de l’autre (plus d’en monde). Nous avons été ravis de l’appartement, confortable, avec un coin cuisine, salle de bain, une belle terrasse. Le petit déjeuner est parfait, toujours en terrasse avec vue. Supermarché et quelques restaurants tout près. Plus de restaurants à 5-10 minutes de voiture, et ville animée, Kissamos, à 20 minutes.

This hotel is a family business and hospitality and happiness greet every guest. The hard work and pride in the hotel is obvious everywhere you look...clean, modern furnishings and comfortable beds combine with an incredible view from the balcony to make this stay truly memorable. Fresh cakes and cookies were always made available to guests and special requests met if at all possible. Good WiFi and quiet, powerful air conditioning make room time a delight! Five stars!!

My big mistake was I must have booked annexe across the road instead of min building which is quieter and has better views and breeze. However was great place to stay again with staff and management superb. Will stay again in main building next time.

- William (10/5): Off Grid Paradise! - Amazing hosts! Friendly and very accommodating! They recommended an amazing traditional Cretan taverna (Spillios) and booked our tickets on the Gramvousa/Balos beach boat trip. Our studio had an amazing view and was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfy.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Stunning location looking over the bay and sunset. Good sized balconies and such a peaceful setting. The management we’re so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Plenty of towels and the best hairdryer I’ve ever used outside a salon! Modern fridge with small freezer compartment. Cleaned daily and beds are made up too. If you’re lucky you’ll even be given free freshly baked cake every now and then. :) Shower was lovely and no issues with water being cold. Easy to park and some great eateries nearby (Orange Blue and Golden Sunset) if you don’t want to self cater the whole time. The living room was a bit cluttered with furniture; a large sofa; single bed plus table and chairs was just too much. Plus the kitchenette was tiny with little preparation area. Of course, this isn’t uncommon, however when cooking for a family it can get a little frustrating. It was a shame the bedroom and living room were that way round. It would be better to have the living area leading on to the balcony, rather than having to walk through bedroom to get there. Plus the bedroom gets far more light. The balcony and view is the focal point of the resort, yet we spent so much time at the opposite darker part of the apartment using the kitchenette. It wouldn’t stop me staying again however. In summary, a good apartment in a gorgeous unspoilt location, with stunning views, sounds and smells. Not great if you plan on doing a lot of self catering, but otherwise brilliant.
- Faris (10/5): Great value for money - We had a great stay at Falasarna bag. It was very nit and practical with basic facilities. Great value for money. The property is close to 2 small beaches (within 5mins walk) and 15mins from Falasarna big beach. With kids it was very convenient to have access to the beach by short walk. We stayed there for a week with 2 very young children and we felt very welcome and well looked after by the property owner.

- Josh (8/5): - Arrived at 1, which was admittedly one hour early. Politely let staff know I’d be happy to return at 2 ( the scheduled check in time), which they asked that I do. Came back at 2:30 as a courtesy and the room was still not available. Otherwise a good stay.

- Verified traveler (6/5): It's umm Alright. - The walls are very thin so we were able to hear the people on either side of us. It is a very simple and basic beach hotel. It is a great location in the beautiful Falasarna area of Crete. If you are looking for an inexpensive and place to lay your head after long days at the beach, this works. If you are looking for cushy comfort, you will need to look a little further.
- Adrian (10/5): Close to the sea - Great 1st floor to see the setting sun. Bed great, kitchen area better than many, friendly approachable staff. WiFi slow in the room, but down in reception area was really fast, lots of parking.
- AlBaby (8/5): Cheap and quiet getaway - It's a cheap hotel so one can't complain about no TV or coffee making facilities. However the WiFi worked ( slowly ) and was free, unlike the 4* I also stayed at. It is very much a beach location with a good taverna next door and many more 5 or 10 minutes walk away.
- Allon (10/5): Great for families, beautiful balcony view - This hotel was perfect for our stay at the beach-- we only wish we had been able to stay longer. We were met by very friendly service, and were able to check into our room a little early. The room was big: two separate rooms and a beautiful balcony with a view of the beach and room for 3-4 people to sit. It was also nice to have a kitchenette, especially for the refrigerator. There is a small market down the street where you can buy drinks, beach supplies, and snacks, and plenty of restaurants in the area (recommend driving to the best ones, though). The only slight problem was the shower was a little bit uncomfortable-- it was pretty small and a lot of water spilled on the floor. Would strongly recommend this place, especially to those traveling with a group or family.

- Dustin (10/5): - Location was right next to the beach and service was great. WIFI was really spotty in our room, which was only a problem because we were only planning 1-2 days at a time, but we just went down near reception and booked the next room. There's dishes and a hot plate to help save on eating out. The room we booked wasn't available so they put us in a smaller room (which I didn't notice because my wife booked it) and at check out they said they sent a message that they could put us in another hotel or give us free breakfast. Since we had already stayed they all but insisted that we stay for a free meal. They re-opened the kitchen and gave us some delicious food before we started the day. If Falasarna is on your list, I'd recommend this hotel.

- Jody (8/5): Nice place to spend a relaxing holiday - The room was a nice size a kitchen set up with hotplates and a table to eat at. They gave me homemade pastries when I arrived. Balcony overlooking the sea. It is very windy in that area and the door to the room rattled throughout the night. Nice place for a moderate price.
- Adrian (10/5): Very beautiful view for the sea - Close to the one of the best beach in Crete, clear waters, sandy and rocky beach, many restaurants nearby even open in the end of october
- Ellen (8/5): Away from it all - Great beach access and 2 good local restaurants on the doorstep. Falasarna is windy a lot I think. We did some great boogy boarding the waves. Perhaps cooler than the rest of Crete - no mossies. Quite remote but great for a get away from it all.
