Really disappointed with the service at this hotel overall! 1. Habitación incómoda , TV sin funcionar, no tiene ni YouTube y es un 5 estrellas , limpieza bastante regular , moqueta mal instalada con pliegues que casi me caigo , así que primera noche muy negativa, tuvimos que solicitar cambio de habitación. 2. Desayuno pésimo aunque fuera bufete la calidad lamentable sobretodo el último día de estancia . 3, Pago con T C y me lo pasan a débito , y consultas y aún sigo aquí espero respuesta para saber motivo .

- BART MASTERS (10/5): - Everything was nice and Easy. We liked the safety of the area around the Hotel and accesability to all Bogota locations with the Taxi. Breakfast is fantastic, while not a lot of variety there is everything most essensial and well cooked food. During our 5 days stay we never felt dissapointed. Shower and toilet. The only thing that was uneasy is to control the teperature of the shower and toilet flush flow. But we could live with that without much trouble. This is the only thing that keep me from put 11 / 10 to this hotel.

Shower area in the bathroom is too cold, need to add glass door to keep the shower more comfortable. Bathroom also needs better lighting, it's too dark. Gym is not private to the hotel and is not so nice. Busy, bad layout and messy areas (weights and other equipment spread on the floor).

- Lucia (7/5): No deben fijarse en la condición que llega la persona a hospedarse ya que siento que son muy clasistas mis padres s e ho - Muy lindo el hotel La recepcionista fue despectiva con mis padres ya que los vio menos que otros huéspedes y no les creía que tenía una reserva y cuando yo la llamé y le dije que si de muy mala manera los atendió y también el que lleva las maletas fue humillarivo y descortés
- Blanca (10/5): Bien. A excepto de las politicas de desayuno buffet. - Todo Tenía cita con la embajada de EU. Pero deseaba tener el desayuno para cuando regresara. No me permitieron llevarme el desayuno del buffet a la habitacion, así que cuando regresé ya no habia desayuno.

I was able to make great use of the terrace to work, relax, and have dinner; it was a unique experience. The next time I stay with you, I will request the same room or at least the same floor to enjoy that beautiful view once again

El gimnasio es accesible Hicieron esperar al momento de llegar Pese a que llegue muy por después de la hora de check-in cansado. Me molesta porque anteriormente me estuvieron preguntando a qué hora llegaba y todos los detalles yo cumplí con una comunicación correcta pero ellos no a la hora de mi llegada. La habitación estaba deficiente, la silla de trabajo rota que luego me la cambiaron por otra y también está en mal estado pero ya me cansé de insistir La internet era muy lenta, después de tanto insistir vinieron a darme soporte con el cable de red, pero tampoco pudo funcionar recién al tercer día, se soluciono. Cuando tomé desayuno quisieron cobrarle a mi invitado pese que la habitación lahabía reservado para dos personas Desayuno es muy limitado parece un hotel de dos estrellas. No limpian las mesas, pides algo, te dicen de acuerdo y no lo traen
