- Maxim (6/5): A bit disappointing overall - Great breakfast with a good variety of options. However, the reception experience was disappointing. We arrived late at night, and check-in took about 30 minutes because our Booking.com reservation couldn’t be found. It was eventually located only after I suggested searching by phone number, which worked immediately. We were also asked to pay a deposit for minibar use, but after clarification, it turned out to be optional. Additionally, while waiting, we witnessed another guest being assigned to an already occupied room, which was concerning. Overall, the front desk felt disorganized, which is not what you would expect from a hotel of this level.

- FoggMurphys (10/5): Best dinner of the trip - We only had dinner but it was far and away the best of our two week trip. We had hoped to stay but the hotel was full. We had a most delicious meal with the main course of manti (veal in small pastry cases with yoghurt and tomato sauce) being the highlight. Everything was fresh and delicious with warm and friendly service.

Бронировала задолго до нашего приезда. Мы приехали достаточно поздно, но оказалось, что в нашем номере течет раковина. Сначала ждали горничную, которая подтвердила, что у нас потоп, потом выясняли есть ли свободные номера. И еще минут 20 Пришлось ждать замены номера. В итоге легли спать в два часа ночи.

Номер чистый, каждый день меняли полотенца, бутылки с бесплатной водой, чай, кофе. Завтрак был великолепен! Каждый день меню менялось. Даже каша каждое утро разная. Это просто восторг! А какие замечательные люди работают! Всегда с улыбкой и готовы ответить на все вопросы. Обязательно вернёмся ! И будем всем рекомендовать.

Депозит за минибар можно оставить только наличными, так как у меня наличных не было, а приехал я поздно и хотелось что то перекусить, то потратили кучу времени на то чтобы решить проблему минибара. Номер настолько маленький что приходится просачиваться к кровати. Вида из окна по сути нет. Душевая сделана очень плохо, вся ванная комната в воде. Номер был напротив лифта, так что о тишине речи не идет. Вцелом на все можно +- закрыть глаза, но стоимость проживания была в 2 раза выше средней стоимости по аналогичным отелям в Ереване, в том числе именно в этом районе, поэтому и спрос за качество выше.

Номера красивые, просторные, постели удобные, белье постоянно белоснежное, полотенца свежие, мягкие. Персонал замечательный, и на ресепшен, и горничные, и на завтраке в ресторане. Завтрак - это просто восторг, и горячее, и нарезка, и выпечка, все очень вкусно. Если еще приедем в Ереван, с удовольствием опять остановимся в этом месте. Для меня подушки малость малость твердые

- Béatrice (10/5): Hôtel à séjourner pour se sentir à la maison - Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et aux petits soins quand il y avait des .pépins. Le petit déjeuner est riche, bien présenté et de qualité comme aussi tous les plats du restaurant.
- Catherine (10/5): La scelta perfetta per un viaggio a Yerevan - Non avrei potuto fare scelta migliore per la nostra vacanza a Yerevan! Staff molto cordiale e disponibile, pulizia top, e colazione molto buona con ampia selezione dolce/salata. La posizione dell'albergo, su un viale alberato, è perfetta per raggiungere Republic Square e dintorni. Avevamo la camera quadrupla sul secondo piano quindi senza vista panoramica ma in compenso, era molto silenziosa perché affaccia sul retro. Speriamo di tornarci presto! L'unico suggerimento sarebbe di fornire degli asciugamani più grandi oppure degli accappatoi. Il profumo d'ambiente nell'ingresso un po' forte potrebbe essere un problema per chi soffre di allergie o sensibilità ai profumi. Ma questi sono piccoli dettagli e per il resto, siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti!

Крошечный, темный и скучный номер, очень низкие потолки на всех этажах, включая зону ресепшен и ресторан. Ожидал провести время в красивом армянском городском отель, жить в номере в этническом стиле с ковром на стене, а это оказались напечатанные на рекламной пленке обои - очень обескуражило. Не самый дешевый отель, но тем не менее просят гостей наличными внести аванс. Если так боитесь, что гости выпьют ваш алкоголь и не оплатят- уберите его! Нам он не был нужен совсем, а раздражаете вы этим абсолютно негостеприимным жестом чудовищно! И становится стыдно за собственников отеля с названием Республика… Завтрак был неинтересен, т к за 5тыс можно покушать в очень новых и инстаграмных кафе вблизи: Nono, Mart.. а есть отельный сыр и омлет за эти деньги.. зачем

- SHEILA (10/5): - The hotel was absolutely perfect for us. Our room was quiet, the location simply couldn't have been better, and the staff at the front desk were really friendly and helpful. We would love to return to Yerevan sometime, and if we do we will definitely stay again at this hotel. Strongly recommend.

- Angelina (10/5): - The location is perfect, 2 minutes from the Republica square and very close to major things to see in Yerevan. A lot of nice places to eat around the hotel as well. The room, although a bit small, was very cozy, comfortable and impeccably clean. The stuff was amazing, helpful and very responsive despite the nightmare of having to check in and check out in the middle of the night. Everything was great.

- Cheryl (10/5): - This is a boutique hotel where I felt treated like a friend. They run out to collect your bags, offer you the upgrade you deserve. The rooms on both bookings were spacious & light. Breakfast was really special for a smaller establishment. To offer cooked eggs for breakfast was just special. Svetlana, Artushan and other looked after my every request. As a mature age solo traveller it was great to stay at such a welcoming hotel. When I came back from my overnight trip away to Goris, they welcomed me back & settled me quickly into my room. I was tired and they gave me a welcoming drink. I’d highly recommend this hotel!

- Cheryl (10/5): - This is a lovely hotel. Well located close to Republica Square & 15-20min walk from The Cascades. My upgraded room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I found the staff went, “above & beyond their normal duties” to help me with my every need. Svetlana & her male colleague were especially thoughtful. The breakfast was excellent and to offer eggs cooked to your needs, is a pleasure to see. I did feel amenities such as a shower cap (each day), a vanity set, a toothbrush & a bathrobe would have been a benefit. I appreciated the upgrade & VIP Access perk re 20% off one restaurant meal. I would recommend this venue to my friends.

- Ara (8/5): - Friendly staff, well located in Yerevan, however, breakfast add-on of 8000 per person which equates to 28$ CAD is on the ecxaferated side for Armenia, so is laundry service fees. Loud ventilation system and uncomfortable beds with hard cheap thin mattresses.

- DELPHINE (7/5): Bien placé mais attention à l'accueil , arménien de la diaspora s'abstenir ! - hotel très bien placé dans le centre à côté de place republica . propreté ok chambre trop trop petite c'est vraiment dommage ! climatisation pas toujours fonctionnelle surtout l'été car il fait trop chaud à l'extérieur nous a t on répondu ; il faut donc rester les stores fermé h24 . Accueil du personnel vraiment très moyen . Arméniens de la diaspora s'abstenir !! il vaut mieux parler l'arménien de l'Arménie sinon on ne vous prêtera aucune attention !! sinon vous pouvez toujours tenter de parler anglais , il se peut que l'accueil soit plus chaleureux bref grosse déception au niveau de l'accueil. Sauf Sona qui a été professionnelle pour un petit soucis de résa avec booking et qui a su nous apporter réponse
