• Christopher (8/5): Great stay, would come here today. Exceeded my expectations for a Best Western! - Breakfast was really good and kept fresh, the beds were really comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone that is wanting to travel in the area for work or leisure. Ample parking and nice setup for a motel like business. Would have liked to see the bathroom with the toilet and the shower be a little bigger, to close the door you had to actually step out then back in for it to shut. I don't recall seeing a channel menu for the TV however I may have just missed it.

• Robert (8/5): We had a very pleasant stay and would not hesitate to stay there again. - The breakfast was among the best I’ve had for a motel of this size. Bathroom could have been updated.

• Terry (5/5): Not at all impressed! I could have slept in my car more comfortable than that bed! - It was nicely decorated. Staff was friendly. Bed was hard as a rock! TV power didn’t stay plugged into the wall. The hand held sprayer in the handicap bathroom didn’t work at all. Knowing that this was a handicap bathroom you’d have thought it wouldn’t have a tub but at least there were handbags but still, I could have fallen. Will look elsewhere when booking a room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One of the cleanest and a nice selection for breakfast. Love the lobby decor for Christmas.

• Yeller (7/5): We had a good stay. This Best Western is dated but our room was very clean! - The mattress in Rm 116 was a little too soft for the husband and me. This may be a case of personal preferences: we are medium/medium-firm fans so the soft mattress made it a little challenging for us to sleep through the night. We are aware that it's near impossible to provide the perfect bed to every guest. We liked our very clean room and linens! :)
• Anne (1/5): Worst hotel ever - Location was central in the town. There was a bed bug infestation in the block of the hotel we were allocated. We asked for another room but we're only offered a stinking smoker room still close to the problem. We slept in fear on the floor in the room. We had a second room reservation and were refused a refund even though we didn't stay.

Our reservations got mixed up and we did not have a handicap accessible ro - Their handicap accessible rooms have only 1 queen. They got our reservations mixed up and gave away all the handicap rooms for the first night. We were able to get one the next night. Would not stay in a hotel with only a queen bed again. Breakfast was good and clean area. If you are there on a Sunday all of the restaurants close at 3pm except for fast food! Also the hotel clerk told me that they couldn't hold a handicap room for 3 months since we made our reservations so far in advance. WTF! I told him he was giving me the run around. Hampton Inn was full.

• Beckie (6/5): - The BW is an older motel which has been nicely updated. The rooms were sufficient and the beds were comfortable. My biggest disappointment is there is absolutely no soundproofing so if anyone is hanging out in the courtyard or in the room beside you, you hear it all. There was a decent breakfast but unfortunately no gym.

• Wendi (8/5): - The check in process was easy and the staff were so friendly! The location was easily accessible and the area was quiet. The hotel was older but had been remodeled. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing we didn’t love was the bed. It wasn’t comfortable to me and my husband but we realize everyone is different! We recommend this location and will stay here next time we come to Fayetteville.

Host recommended a Mexican restaurant that was still open, reasonably priced, and quite tasty. Limited pet rooms. Location. Not really any options for a late dinner (8p.m.). Granted it was a Sunday.

• Verified traveler (8/5): One nighter - Check in was nice check out was nice. The room was clean. The bed was not that comfortable. I could feel the springs and the bed was somewhat lumpy. If you go the the pool be sure you are wearing gripping shoes. The pavement is super slippery when wet. I didn't get a good nights rest due to the lack of comfort but otherwise it is a decent hotel.

• Toree (2/5): - The room had dead bugs throughout the room. Our passage door knob was jiggled many times by the neighbor. We were awaken at 4am by a neighbor speaking loudly on her cell phone and could hear a very loud motorcycle over the TV. We were not comfortable during our stay.

• Lizette (10/5): - My room was squeaky clean! In the morning there was an attendant sweeping/cleaning the sidewalks that were already debris free. The entire place was very, very nice. Hot shower, comfortable bed, hot breakfast in a clean dining area. As a woman traveling alone I was dismayed to find the layout of the building had all outside doors. The desk clerk changed my room to one nearest the lobby without my asking because he sensed my distress. Overall, it was a great stay.
