• Camper47289245295 (4/5): Disappointing Stay: Outdated Rooms and Mediocre Service - I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Gurgaon Udyog Vihar, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the brand's reputation or the premium price point. ​The Rooms ​The biggest issue is the state of the accommodations. The rooms feel incredibly outdated and are in desperate need of a total renovation. From the furnishings to the general décor, everything feels like it belongs to a different decade. When you are paying Hyatt prices, you expect a modern, crisp, and well-maintained environment; what I experienced felt tired and neglected. ​Dining & Service ​The breakfast service was average at best. While the selection was okay, the service lacked the efficiency and warmth you’d expect from a high-end hotel. It felt routine and uninspired, certainly not a "highlight of the day" experience. ​Value for Money ​The price point is simply not justified given the current condition of the property. There are several newer or better-maintained hotels in the Gurgaon area that offer much higher value for the same investment. ​Bottom Line: Unless this property undergoes a significant renovation, I would find it hard to recommend. It currently feels like a budget experience at a luxury price.

However, the main concern I faced was the connectivity—especially in the evenings—due to heavy traffic and poor road conditions leading to the property. If I have work in the Gurgaon Udyog Vihar area, I would prefer staying at your hotel. But for assignments in other parts of Gurgaon, I may need to consider alternative options because of the connectivity challenges.

Building is old, rooms are dark and dingy..mould on the walls and the lamp shades and draws are old and filthy. Gym is almost non existent.. never saw the pool being cleaned. Loud staff and surrounding which makes the 'quiet' sign redundant! id look for somewhere else next time as this hotel either needs a complete re-wamp...or should be turned into a resident / commercial building at this rate!

• Sophie (1/5): Overall, not worth the premium for the brand name - Comfortable rooms. We booked this property to be close to the airport however it was nearly a 30 min drive away. When I looked how I’d made this mistake, it was because the property claims to have an airport shuttle. They categorically do not, it’s a paid car service that’s twice the price of uber. We splashed out on a Hyatt at the end of a longer trip. However the stay fell short of our expectations of the brand. I was served undercooked chicken at dinner (which was thankfully comped). Meanwhile the caesar salad came with olives and tomatoes (not on the menu), a dirty martini was made with Cointreau and sour mix and their (pricey) house white wine was Jacob’s creek Chardonnay. This may seem pernickety but we had expectations of what a stay at a Hyatt would be and this summed up why it failed to meet them. The room was badly soundproofed and we were kept up by neighbours loudly playing music. The bathroom would also flood when you had a shower owing to a design fault.

She is always available and goes above and beyond and provide elite services so hats off to seems. All other staff members are great especially Vipin, Gaurav, Vivek, Pradeep, sahahi, Abbie, Giang, Mandeep, Harshi, Bharat etc. All of them work in the kitchen and Gaurav is in front office who is very easy to deal with and provides elite services where it made all the difference. Thank you to all the legends who were here at this time and you contributed to my stay. Love you all. You are all real heroes.

• umabiyer (2/5): Concern Regarding Significant Decline in Property Standards - This is my fourth stay at the Hyatt, and I am writing to express my disappointment at the noticeable decline in the property’s condition compared to my previous visits. From the moment of arrival, the experience felt quite different. There were cartons placed at the entrance, and even the mouse pads used at the front desk appear worn and dated, which unfortunately sets the tone for the overall condition of the hotel. The lifts and corridor carpets have visible stains, and the corridors themselves look more like those of a heavily used motel rather than a Hyatt property. Inside the room, much of the furniture appears scratched and dated, and the bathrooms are peeling in places. The room overall feels quite old and poorly maintained. Even the sitting chair is extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sit and work. Smaller details further add to the concern. The menu cards and in-room letters look crumpled and worn to the point where I genuinely did not feel comfortable touching them. The towels also feel extremely worn, almost as if they have been washed and reused far beyond their normal lifecycle. Another unexpected issue during this stay was being charged upfront. In my previous stays — particularly given that this is a corporate booking — this has never been the practice. Additionally, there appears to be a cricket match being watched by guests nearby, and the shouting and cheering can be clearly heard from my room. The noise travels very easily through the corridors, and combined with people playing audio loudly on their phones and recording reels, the environment has been quite disruptive. I would like to emphasise that the staff have been very polite and courteous throughout, and this feedback is not a reflection on them. However, they themselves appear somewhat at a loss when these concerns are raised. I have always associated Hyatt with a consistent standard of comfort and quality, which is why this experience has been particularly surprising and disappointing. I would appreciate it if this feedback could be reviewed by the appropriate management team.

• Elisabeth (10/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich stets bemüht. Der Pool war sauber, Fitnessstudio auch und das Essen war sehr gut. Klimaanlagen werden regelmäßig gewartet und haben super funktioniert. Es war auch sehr leise. Leider waren im Bad in der Dusche die Fugen an manchen Stellen etwas schwarz. Habe ich allerdings schon öfters auch in Deutschen Hotels gehabt. War aber wirklich nicht viel und es hat nicht muffig gerochen in den Zimmern.
