Such a lovely pleasant person and a credit to the hotel. Also a shout out to Bangla who has also looked after us. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the bed is so comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Thailand.

• galletto7 (10/5): Up to our expectations! - Ten days spent in total pleasure at Kata Sea Breeze R. The check-in process was smooth thanks to Peemai, a lady very skilful who, in addition, during our stay, gave us very useful suggestions. The design of the resort is almost perfect, a rectangle stretching from the nice and inviting lobby to the swimming pools , restaurant and rooms. We stayed in a “greenery “ room, the room was large and with everything you need, appreciated the three bottles of water provided every day. The breakfast was in a large open hall, up to every taste, particularly appreciated the omelette and the typical thai dishes, hot. To eat at lunch or dinner outside consider the restaurant Eightfold, 5 minutes walking from the resort, worth for money! Of the four, large, pools, the last one is tagged quiet so you can relax and enjoy your time. Staff at the hotel was friendly, a particular thanks to PEEMAI and MINNIE, always helpful, their suggestions were remarkable and they speak good english.
• irenecK5165MX (8/5): Lovely hotel - Lovely friendly family hotel . Rooms are huge, and the best ones are around the pools . I was in a greenery garden room, which is due for refurbishment. Decent breakfast. We did have dinner twice. The food was excellent. The hotel has a garden buffet twice a week . The staff are wonderful, so smiley and helpful. i was a bit immobile they went out of their way to help me . Unfortunately, Kata is very busy. Full of unhappy (or so it seemed) Russians. And for that reason won't be back ... I was lucky enough to see Kata at its beautiful best many years ago. Kata, to me, is a paradise lost .

• Wanderer432005 (8/5): Great grounds; Wifi not best despite our complaints- Service, breakfast was great and the staff responsive for new towels, water - The room; cleanliness and response to requests such as room service, extra towels, etc. Great even with little English. The WiFi isn't the best, and the curtain in bathtub gets floors wet. Also it's a bit dated along with the plumbing for the price. The grounds are great especially if room faces the pool as our did.

Best of all were the lovely staff, always smiling and playing with the kids. Many thanks to Ae and the rest of the staff for a very memorable vacation!

Loved everything about the resort: friendly professional staff, spacious, comfortable room, beautifully maintained gardens and pools & ideal location (to shops & restaurants.) Our package included daily breakfast, lunch and cocktails. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff's ability to clear and re-set in the busy restaurant was fantastic. The lunches were very good, and we loved the cocktails. Only 2 gripes - the very poor reception on the English-speaking channels on TV, and the stupid shower head over the bath, that soaked the bathroom every time we showered. Would certainly recommend the resort. Thanks team, for a very enjoyable stay

Transfer unorganised and had to wait in lobby for 4 hrs with loads of luggage. Tried to charge also for things not used. Would have came back and was planning on it until this day. Never again.

We were there for 10 nights my son took poorly and they cleaned the mattress and room at no extra charge. All the staff where lovely the pools and gardens where gorgeous. It’s in a really good location with plenty of restaurants and shops whichever way you walk and close to kata beach. Me and my boys will absolutely come again! 10/10
• sophieval1 (2/5): Awful hotel - We had an awful time. The walls are paper thin, you hear everything from your neighbours. The hotel was dirty, we saw cockroaches, the pool had floating things in it. We all got sickness from this hotel it ruined our last week of travelling for us. We lost our on all our planned excursions because we were all sick. Do not stay here.
• garkuna (10/5): Highly recommend a great stay — A+ - We had an amazing stay at the Kata Sea Breeze Hotel! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view overlooking the pool. The location is perfect — just a five-minute walk from the lively part of Kata and around ten minutes from the beach. The hotel also offers a convenient resort bus to the beach, which made getting around super easy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Ae, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special.

• 904desireen (10/5): AMAZING!!!🩷 - Wow what a wonderful slice of paradise!🩷 I stayed here 3 weeks from August to September.😁 The room was big and comfy! The hotel area was beautiful och harmonic, they had scenic views over well maintained greenery and the pools. They had alot to offer, like ping pong, archery and movie nights, hammock, big cushions, playground and more. The breakfast was delicious and big!😋 Every day they offered warm local food such as chicken in red curry, fried rice and a noodle dish, changing every day!🩷🙏 They also had alot of the Continental food, eggs in many different ways, bread, cereal, fruit, bacon and so on. And the staff!!🩷 Soooo amazing!!🩷🙏 They treat you like your part of the family or close friends! If you need anything they will help you and assist you very fast!! I felt very safe and at home even though I traveled alone! So a big shout-out to all the amazing people! I will definitely be back!! Pim, you're my best friend, I miss you!🩷 Mom, (Keaw) I will be back😜, New year, Kung, Jasmine, Lucky, S, Ping, Ball, Top, Ning, E, the manager in reception and everybody! Ontbijt vrij smaakloos, Er zijn veel zwemdokken dat is TOP maar het laatste zwembad was zgz silent dus rustig en er werd gevraagd om stil of rustig te zijn….en geen glas / bier aan de pool . Toch werd er buckets bier ( in glas) geserveerd en s’avonds aan de tafeltjes geborreld en lawaai …. Terwijl er bij de andere zwenbaden ook tafels etc…stonden . Personeel doet of zegt niets . Serveren zelfs dat bier dan moeten er geen verbodsplakkaten staan ….

• ericsB4281MR (10/5): Kata Sea Breeze Resort-a great location to holiday in Phuket. - This is a great property in a very convenient location at Kata Beach Phuket. The room was huge and had a balcony with stairs leading down to one of the 4 pools and spas which was only a few steps away from our room. The gardens and surrounds are exceptionally well maintained and very spacious. The included buffet breakfast was one of the best we have had on either land or sea with a great range of fresh food and individually cooked items. All staff from the front desk and beyond were friendly and very helpful with no request being too difficult to help with. Service staff at the bars were all exceptional, however an absolute stand out for us was Kaew who made our happy hours a treat to look forward to each day. She had such a bright and endearing personality that we felt like we had known her for years and her service was outstanding. All in all this was a great stay at a fantastic property.
• Robert J (10/5): - Aged 88 years and having visited 104 countries I have put Kata Beach resort into my top three, 3 - star places to have a holiday. Fruit salad for my corn flakes would have been the icing on the cake. Rooms were larger than expected and I have no hesitation in recommending this resort with its wonderful staff and swimming pools for all ages from tots to adults. Bed, internet service and transport all good. I am a happy camper.

It’s clean, well-kept, and has everything you need if your plan is to be out exploring most of the time. The location couldn’t be better if you’re a beach lover, and the pools are just perfect for cooling off. The real star of the show, though, is the staff super friendly, fast, and always willing to help. Special shout-out to Lucky at the pool bar! We ended up there almost every afternoon for a swim and a beer, and he made our stay extra memorable. Everyone else was great too. With a bit of a room upgrade, I could easily see this becoming a 4-star spot if they want too
• 694cherylb (10/5): Good start to our holiday 🇹🇭 - First stay at this hotel - bigger hotel than previous visits to Thailand. Spent our first week of a fortnights holiday here. Rooms spacious although a bit tired looking and needs some updates. Great facilities- four pools - one with swim up bar - another that is at the far end and in a “quiet zone” if you want some more chilled time - another great for a more cooling dip as is in the shade more than the others. We all made use of table tennis table - the adults used the gym a few times. Good breakfast spread with lots to choose from although fruit selection was pretty limited. Great bar with very friendly staff. Great location with a short walk to the beach.
• MelbourneMaxxy (10/5): Terrific 9 night stay, would recommend for sure. - Great 9 night stay. Had an Aqua room with pool access. My room was huge and was kept beautifully clean with daily services. The resort amenities were fantastic, well kept grounds, different pools depending on needs, lots of activities for the kids. Breakfast was OK had almost everything you need for a good start to the day. Staff were terrific and very accommodating. Special mention to Keaw in the restaurant a wonderful ambassador for the resort, so warm and friendly. I would stay here again without hesitation.

From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was peaceful, elegant, and tailored for pure relaxation. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was a dream, and the rooms were spacious, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The on-site restaurant served delicious food with stunning sunset views. If you’re looking for a quiet, romantic getaway away from the crowds, this place is perfect. I’ll definitely be back!

• josiefindlay (8/5): Great hotel - Great hotel right in the middle of Kata. The hotel is well maintained and is great for families. We had a swim up room which is great with direct access to pool. The buffet breakfast is spot on for being a buffet but obviously gets a bit repetitive after a longer stay but that’s the same as anywhere. The rooms are very well cleaned every day with fresh towels. The shower is great but perhaps could do with a refurb as it’s too low and definitely more a hand held shower. The pool area is very well maintained and the staff lovely throughout hotel. Lovely extra with umbrella’s in the room and flip flops. One problem is the pool has no closing time which means people with children that have no regard to noise levels can stay as long as they like which did become an issue for us on more than one occasion
• Darryl (2/5): - DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. Your safety is at risk if you choose to stay in this hotel. I checked out of this hotel a day earlier as the hotel was unsafe and the staff had a bad attitude when managing the safety issues we identified. The adjoining room door to our room was opened at 3.30am and I jumped out of bed and saw a man standing in the doorway. It was dark so I didn't wait to identify the man clearly and slammed the door shut. The man began banging on the door asking us why we were in his room. I'm unsure if he was drunk or confused in the darkness but I told him to stay in his room and not enter into ours. The next day when we informed hotel staff of what happened we were given a very flippant reply that we should have locked the door. We informed them that there is no lock on the door and to come up to the room to see for themselves. They initially refused to come to the room and after much persuasion, finally came up to the room. When we showed them that the door cannot be locked, their reply was to ask us if we closed the door at night. OBVIOUSLY the door was closed. Anyway, they offered us another room but we decided not to continue our stay at the hotel. On the second day that we were there, the water that came out of the tap was brown. They had to change our room because of the dirty water. The new room had a bad smell but we decided to put up with it hoping it would pass. The break into our room was the last straw and we decided to check out of the hotel.

• 764zuzkag (8/5): Honest review. - Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—close to everything—and the breakfast was lovely. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider coming back in the future, but there are a few things to keep in mind for a better stay. Unfortunately, the walls are not soundproof, so noise from neighboring rooms and above was quite noticeable. We experienced slamming doors during the night, loud arguments, and children screaming, which disrupted our sleep. Housekeeping didn’t seem to thoroughly clean the room—our floors were not swept or mopped regularly. My partner even stepped on a piece of broken glass that had clearly been left behind from a previous guest. It wasn’t something we broke ourselves, and it was embedded deeply enough that we couldn’t remove it on our own. The bathtub also leaked water onto the floor, soaking the towels we laid down and creating a very slippery and unsafe area in the bathroom. Lastly, while the hotel advertises two “quiet zones,” the rules are not enforced. Children were often shouting, jumping into the pool from the bridge despite signs clearly stating “no diving,” and splashing excessively. It didn’t feel like a peaceful environment at all. With a few improvements—especially around cleanliness, maintenance, and noise control—this hotel could be a fantastic option for travellers.

• Rohit1706 (10/5): Nice Location Excellent Service - The Hotel is located conveniently near to the beach with many shops and night market at walking distance. The room size is quite good and the hotel has 3-4 pools, some of which are directly attached to the rooms. The common pool has an island bar also. The menu prices are not expensive. The Morning breakfast has a good variety. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend the hotel to all visitors.
• 879tingt (2/5): Worst Experience in Phuket - The stay at this hotel was horrible and almost ruined my impression of Phuket. Upon arrival, the staff in the reception, New Year and Ning, were unfriendly and looked impatient. We had already stayed in two other hotels in Phuket, and these were the only staff who checked us in without a smile or any kindness. They didn’t introduce the hotel facilities or escort us to the room, so it was easy to get lost on our own. The room was not clean and had a bad smell. The bed linen was uncomfortable, and although our room had a bathtub, we didn’t dare use it due to hygiene concerns. We ended up having to stand in the bathtub to shower, which was very dangerous—my friend slipped and got injured. Breakfast was the worst we’ve had—very limited options and poor taste. The bad experience continued until we left. It took a long time for housekeeping to check our room at checkout, and we had to awkwardly wait with our taxi driver. No one even said goodbye or showed any appreciation. This hotel was very strange—the staff never greeted us or made us feel welcome. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only advantage this hotel has is the cheap price—but it was only about $15 cheaper than our previous hotel. Why should we suffer for the sake of saving $15? It’s absolutely not worth it. I will never come back again.
• codyjadegirl (10/5): Amazing stay at Kata Sea Breeze Resort! - Our stay at Kata Sea Breeze Resort was more than we could’ve expected. We had an 15 night stay and everyday was amazing. All our requests were met with helpfulness and a smiling face. Everybody was so helpful and greeted us with so much kindness! The rooms were cozy, clean and very well kept. We had new drinking water and the offer of our rooms cleaned each day. We looked forward to breakfast every morning, with a huge variety of food to choose from! We ate lunch at the bar everyday which was so yummy every time. The kids had so much fun with the staff. We felt very loved and cared for by everyone which made our experience so much more enjoyable and relaxing. A special mention to Pim, who went above and beyond with our 3 boys everyday! She made them feel at home, made them laugh, showed them around the resort, recommended activities and treated us amazingly. She made our experience all the more special, one we won’t forget! Thank you Kata Sea Breeze Resort! 💖
• mypod (8/5): Great resort at very reasonable prices. Nice location to Kata Beach. Caters well for families with kids. - What a great location. 5-10min walk to Kata beach. Very comfy and spacious rooms. If I had a complaint , it would be that the shower is in the bath. It’s quite a step up and over to get in for a shower. There are 4 pools, a toddler play center, a great restaurant and the friendliest staff u could ask for. Only a few minutes walk away from numerous restaurants if you want to go out instead. If you are planning a holiday in the Kata Beach area the Kata Sea Breeze Resort is a great place to stay.

Pim at the Z bar showed great customer service . At the time we went the majority of guests were Russian. My experience of them in Egypt was not good but here they were fine. Room was nice , bathroom a little tired. Direct access to pool from room was a bonus. Close to town and beach. The flip flops in your room are not free.🦹‍♂️

The staff were excellent especially Ping who worked in the Z Bar. She made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The only negative thing I would say is the bed was really hard.
• PerroTravels (8/5): Good Kata Beach location, nice resort, comfy, clean - This is a nice mid-level resort, big rooms, huge comfy bed and big bathroom, nice balcony. Resort has 4 small pools and can be difficult to get a sun lounger when busy. Good breakfast, lots of choices. Wi-Fi ok but not great. Handy location to lots of restaurants, markets, bars, have to walk around to get to beach due to the cumbersome Club Med that blocks entire beach but its 10min walk. Good resort, would definitely stay there again, peak season its expensive but so is all off Phuket.
• Jet62219629395 (10/5): If I could give more than 5 stars I would ✨️ - Amazing hotel second line to the beach and only a 10 minute flat walk at most. Everything on the doorstep including fantastic street food, night markets and the beach. Easy to grab a tuk tuk or taxi to nearby places of interest and other beaches. Local bus network works well. Hotel is a good size not overcrowded with amazing pools and a great buffet breakfast with lots of options to suit all tastes. The staff have all been amazing helpful and friendly. With a special thanks to Kaew for taking the time with my children, she made their stay extra enjoyable ❤️ we hope to return one day A huge thanks to all the team from the gardeners, cleaning staff, restaurant and kitchen staff to front of house reception and everyone in between!
• richardbL4380QS (2/5): Poor quality rooms at sea breeze - Had it booked for a long time even emailed hotel to tell them 60th birthday booked a greenery pool access room got one facing a hedge room had leaky toilet dirty walls air con was practically useless to say it’s pool access is a joke and the cost was a complete waste of money the room was £225.00 a night in fairness they moved us but they wanted another £100 a night which was refused by us finally got what we thought we had booked also to be fair breakfast is basic we stayed centara karon last time facilities far greater and better quality for very similar money parts of this hotel are dangerously unstable and unsafe be careful if you have small ones
• G6913KEsusanw (10/5): Kata Seabreeze… - From arrival at Kata sea Breeze until we left the staff were amazing, friendly, professional and polite… always with a smile. The hotel is great value for money,set slightly back from the Main Street where there are plenty shops bars and restaurants… the grounds are kept in pristine condition as is the hotel itself. It’s very peaceful, not a sound can be heard from the hustle and bustle. The beach is a 7 minute walk from the hotel although there is a shuttle bus provided to take you there if required. Check in and out at Reception was easy and straightforward. Our room (Seabreeze) was on the 5th floor overlooking the pool, great views from a good sized balcony which had a table and 2 chairs. The room itself was large,relaxing,clean and well equipped. Great air conditioning too.Beds and towels changed every few days from a very lovely girl. Breakfast has more than enough choice for even the pickiest of eaters, from fresh fruit to hot cooked meals to continental. We ate at the bar a few evenings the prices are very tasty,competitive not expensive at all. We also had Thai massage…. So relaxing and well priced. We also frequently used the Seashell bar at the pool for drinks and snacks run by the amazing Pim, who makes the best cocktails and smoothies ever! Pim has a lovely personality, very sociable and hard working, she is a great asset to the hotel. We can’t wait to come back to Seabreeze…. It’s my favourite place to be.
• laurent (6/5): Insonorisation inexistante aucun repos - Hôtel magnifique, les piscines sont très propres très jolies. Le personnel est très sympathique. Je suis venu dans le même établissement, il y a sept ans de cela, ils ont fait des travaux à la réception. Les chambres n’ont pas été rénové. Malheureusement aucune insonorisation, on entend la télé des voisins des chambres côté, on l’entend parler les voisins d’à côté dans le couloir, les gens qui passe on les entend aussi à tout heure. Du coup on est souvent fatigué car pas vraiment reposés à cause du bruit. Personne rentre tard alcoolisé parle hyper fort et les personne qui par ton excursion très tôt le matin, ils viennent taper à la porte de leur ami ou de leur famille ce qui rend impossible le sommeil . À notre arrivée on a été placé au fond de l’établissement, ils sont en train de détruire un bâtiment à 5 m de cela du coup même l’après-midi sur notre transat devant la piscine, on entend le marteau-piqueur . Ils nous ont reloger au bâtiment devant la réception, plus de bruit de travaux, mais les de la rue moto music etc Ma femme est très déçue veut plus y retourner .

Ble dessverre skuffet over frokosten, og hotellets gjester kan virke som består av 90% russere som ikke akkurat tok hensyn til andre enn seg selv.

• Traveler32652614837 (8/5): Kata sea breeze hotel - I was on holiday with a friend at the Kata Sea Breeze Hotel for 2 years in a row. It's a short walk from the hotel to everywhere and the staff is really friendly. It's always nice to come for breakfast when the staff greets you and chats despite the busyness. The swimming pools are clean, as are the rooms. They are well taken care of. And then there's Pim, a particularly service-minded young woman who always takes care of us there. I highly recommend the place.
• JackieP971 (10/5): Worth a visit - Hotel was really nice, we had a swim up pool room, we had a couple of chairs to sit out on and steps down to pool. The Sun never seemed to be on our pool but to be honest it was good weather and we were glad to cool off in the shady pool.Rooms were a good size , comfy bed and large bathroom . Bathroom would benefit from a deep clean though . Breakfast had plenty of choice and pool bar had a good selection of snacks. Hotel is in a good location and within easy walking distance to beach and the bars,shops and restaurants.

The property is a little dated but clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was extensive and they changed it up every day.

• Mahogani (10/5): - I actually enjoyed this property. The downfall of it was that it was a kid friendly resort rather than just an adult friendly place. Everything was walking distance and the 711 was literally next door for all your snack needs. The only other thing that was a downfall was the shower. We had the aqua pura room with pool access which was fantastic! But the shower in the room was horrible it clogged super easily and started to flood the whole bathroom. Everything else was amazing ac was working great, massage services amazing and fast taxi services too.

I was not at the hotel much during the day, room is spacious, garden, pool, hotel restaurant are nice. A plus is a some sort of business room where I could work after check-out (for 4hrs) before heading to the airport. I did buy breakfast for 3 days for 299THB/ day cause needed to leave early for diving. Variety of menus in buffet line was limited but tastes were good. Staff were very nice and helpful. I'd revisit Kata Sea Breeze Resort if stayinging in Kata area on my next trip to Phuket.

• Tanja (8/5): - Gute Anlage mit mehreren kleineren Pools, einem Massagestudio (mit guten Preisen), einem zentralen Restaurant für Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und bietet eine Auswahl an asiatischen als auch westlichen Speisen. Pancakes, Eier, fried Rice, frisches Obst,... Die Anlage wird gut gepflegt und das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Poolhandtuchnutzung und ein Duschen nach dem Checkout bevor man zum Flughafen steigt, war kein Problem. Eine Emailnachfrage vorab wurde allerdings nie beantwortet. Ausflüge habe ich online direkt beim Anbieter gebucht und nicht über die Rezeption - ich habe dafür dort auch keine Flyer gesehen. ATM und andere Restaurants sowie der Kata Beach sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Ein großes Manko - und auch der Grund, warum ich dieses Hotel nicht noch mal buchen würde - sind die Zimmer. Diese sind alle durch geschwärzte Scheiben sehr dunkel. Es gibt zwar künstliches Licht, aber insgesamt machen die Zimmer einen spartanischen, dunklen Eindruck. Das Bad ist auch definitiv modernisierungsbedürftig. Die Hotelanlage an sich ist super, die Zimmer dagegen wirken als hätte man die letzten 15-20 Jahre nichts mehr gemacht.

• Rita (10/5): Excellent stay but beds too hard for our liking - Beautiful resort with lovely clean pools. Our room was big but we found the bed too hard and only 1 pillow per person. Aircon worked well and the balcony overlooking the pools was beautiful. The staff were attentive and quick to address any issues, breakfast buffet was varied and very good. There were only about 10 rooms out of 320 occupied so most of the time we had a choice of the 3 bigger pools to ourselves, so very quiet and relaxing in the beautiful area. I would imagine if it was full that the serenity would diminish. Internet was slow and dropped our regularly, we kept changing from the hotel to the restaurant wifi. A great getaway.

When we first got there they would not accept photos of the passports, So we had to go back and get the originals, this was ok as every hotel is different! Next they wanted 3000 cash deposit for one night which we thought was a bit excessive! They reduced to 1000. We thought the room was dated, smelt musty and the bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was dated and the shower and bath facilities were not the best. We complained and they did come to offer some room spray. We had to pay for WiFi and they charge per phone which we thought was not good. The things in the room had a price such as mosquito spray etc. The location was good and we had a nice night on the beach. They did have things going on on the hotel which looked good but we thought it might be very expensive. Overall we did not enjoy the stay and we payed a lot for one night so we were expecting better. We would not stay again.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Mutter mit Kind (3 Jahre) - Wir hatten ein Greenzimmer (das heißt 1 Etage inkl eigener Terrasse) ideal mit Kindern. Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück beinhaltete eine Riesen Auswahl (war mehr wie Mittagessen). Das Hotel ist sehr bei Russen und Afrikanern beliebt. Wir waren die Einzigen Deutschen was auch nicht wirklich schlimm war. Alle haben sich gut benommen. Nette Atmosphäre. Der Strand nach links (Kata)ist 5-7 Minuten entfernt. Der nach rechts (Karon) ist um einiges schöner um ca. 20 min Gehweg entfernt. Mit dem tuk tuk bezahlt man 200 Baht bis dahin.

Staff like Alex are the ones that would make customers go back and refer your place to everyone. Nice pools, buffet was great, clean rooms.
• Viviana (8/5): Lovely pool. - Pity for the internet that you have to pay separately - about 50b per day. Otherwise, nice pools and quite big rooms. All in all, a decent resort (even if, for that price, I have stayed in better places in Kata).
• Galang (4/5): Kata Sea Breeze, buffet over priced not worth it. - Check-in was great, we were able to do a early check-in. Lobby was warm, only had ceiling fans. Rooms was great, we got a room with a pool entrance from our room. A/C was not there greatest, took about 15 mins to finally cool, then another 15 to cool the room down. We only got one room key, once key was removed a/c and all power turns off. It was horrible coming back to the room with now a/c on. Location was great, walking distant Kata Beach or a one way shuttle there. Night markets and restaurants all very close by. Breakfast was horrible, and over priced. Buffet style breakfast not much selection, for 459 baht per person, they gave us a 15% coupon to use for restaurant, they working said the coupon does apply to breakfast. Check out process took about 15 mins, they go and check your room while you wait for any missing/used/damage items.

• Heikki (8/5): Ihan ok valinta hyvää allasaluetta etsivälle - Hinta/laatusuhde kohdallaan. Oikein hyvä ja viihtyisä allasalue ja hotellin sijaintikin varsin keskeinen. Huoneen kunto oli hyvä. Miinuksena keskinkertainen aamiainen, jossa likaiset ruokailuvälineet tulivat tutuksi. Hotellin tulisi tehdä aamiaisen lintuongelmalle jotain, koska linnut olivat ruoka-astioiden kimpussa levittämässä likaa. Muut ravintolapalvelut luokattomia tasoltaan.
• WILLIAM (2/5): Do not stay here - Hotels.com told me my other hotel was full so I booked at this hotel, 2 hours later I was told I was booked at both hotels. I tried to remedy the mistake while on was on the road in Thailand. They refused to cancel, and refund my cost for the night.

• Ashlea (8/5): Great week at a great place - We had a great week in Kata & at this resort. The rooms were clean, breakfast was perfect & the pools were a godsend late at night when we needed to cool down before bed ;) We did not have small children with us but there seemed to be plenty to keep little ones busy. The outdoor movies was a great idea although we never got a chance to actually watch one - too busy experiencing & exploring everything else in Kata, Phuket. The beach was a short walk away through the town - would have been nice if it was closer but it was close enough to get to in about a 5-10 minute walk. There was a hotel bus that was available to shuttle you to the beach if you were feeling lazy;) Staff were very helpful.
• Choi (4/5): 「針」人、「屈」人又可能會煙「死」人的經歷！ - 好多蚊子，咬到全身又紅又腫！要自己出錢去買防蚊噴霧及滅蚊水！另外，酒店清潔員工放幾隻洗過的玻璃杯在洗手盤的邊沿，所以有兩隻打爛了，他們竟然提出要我們付錢賠償；又在退房時，他們又指我們偷了他們房間的煙灰缸，又要我們負責照價賠償，而我們從頭到尾都沒有見過什麼煙灰缸，況且我們選擇的是非吸煙房間，但他們硬要說他們酒店是沒有非吸煙房的，而且肯定每間房都有煙灰缸的，我以後都唔會再住呢間酒店，因為唔係比佢地「屈」死；都會吸「二手煙」病死喇！
