- Fione (8/5): Great Facilities but bed could be better - Room was spacious and provided a lot of towels. Food was only decent, but what you would expect out of a buffet. Staff were extremely nice and the receptionist spoke good English. Onsen had an open air one and indoor one along with a sauna and cold pool. There was a Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash bar in the women's section. It was had to find plugs near the bed in order to charge my phone. Bed was so-so, the comforter felt nice and fluffy but it got really hot even with the AC turned low. Only one pillow was provided.

- Shinichi (8/5): 風光明媚で静かなホテルで地元の料理を堪能。 - 食事がブッフェ形式で、好きなモノを好きなだけ取れた。また、作りたてが美味いモノは、屋台が出ていて、注文してその場で調理しているのも良かった。 静かな湾に面した窓で部屋からの景色が良かった。 足は不自由な高齢者を連れていたら、こちらから頼まなくても、食事の席を配慮してくれた。 喫煙室は地下１階に１か所しかないのが不便だった。 ホテルなので深夜まで開いているバーが館内にあれば良かった。ちなみに、ホテル周辺には飲める店は皆無。

- YUKI (7/5): ストレスを感じた。 - 夜のバイキングは期待以上に美味しかった。 でかい声で騒ぐ子供の親に対してスタッフは何も対応せず。 私以外の客も迷惑だった様子。子供が騒ぐのはある程度は理解出来るが、 常識以外の大声で騒ぐ親に対して、何も対応しないスタッフを 見ていて接客業としてレベルが低いホテルだと感じました。 食事が美味しかったし、それ以外のスタッフ対応は良かっただけに残念でした。

- Diana (9/5): A Good Hotel with excellent service. - The hotel is a little dated but they make the best of it. The property is very clean, everything works as it should and the employees were very helpful and service was great. Our room was very quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable and with a beautiful ocean view. We rented a car and electric bikes and both worked very well. The hotel is a little out of the way but they provide a free shuttle to each port. In general you do need a car to move around the island so the location wasn’t an issue with the car. The breakfast buffet was bountiful and diverse and each employee very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. The hotel is a little dated, but well maintained.

- SHISN CHUANG (10/5): 小豆島超讚 - 從土庄上岸一路開車到旅館的路上可以順便逛所有的景點,飯店的位置極佳,風景優美,可以看夕陽,可以看日出,旅館乾淨整潔,服務非常貼心,餐點盡量使用在地食材,晚餐有現捏的握壽司,現榨的天婦羅,酒精飲料喝到飽,早餐有現做的日式蛋捲....有大泳池,泡湯,整體來說是非常棒的體驗,感謝飯店的貼心服務,我們有個難忘的小豆島之旅 PS 飯店提供7種在地醬油,不喝酒的朋友可以每種醬油喝一杯嘗嘗味道!!!

- Sydney-sider_ML (8/5): Lovely onsen resort with friendly staff - Hotel is a lovely onsen resort with comprehensive facilities that are well maintained but are a bit out-dated. Rooms are clean and thoughtfully prepared but lack modern touches (i.e. no light switches by the bed) that you come to expect in hotels. Staff are extremely friendly and professional, but little English is spoken. Coin-op laundry is available on site. Buffet dinner and breakfast is good with a great showcase of local cuisine. Great gift shop that features lots of local specialities.

Propre, cependant nécessiterait rénovation. Bains très agréable et propre.
