• Ana Carolina (10/5): Very good option in Rovaniemi - Attentive staff, good breakfast, comfortable room. Excellent location, just a few steps from the bus stop to and from the airport, also to santas village. You can ask for extra tea, coffee and hot chocolate im the front desk if you opt out of the cleaning service. It's impossible to take a shower without wetting the bathroom floor, so maybe ask for an extra floor towel if you opt out of the room cleaning, but very manageable if you're careful.

Boxin kanssa matkustavat älkööt vaivautuko auton kanssa, vain 4 paikkaa ulkona, jotka eivät kameavalvonnan piirissä. Vuodevaatteet puhtaat, mutta pölyiset. Aamulla nenä ihan tukossa. Vinkki! Vuodevaatteiden mankelointi auttaisi!

• Heli (7/5): ihan perushotelli viipymä - Ihan normaali hotelliaamiainen, riittävästi valikoimaa siisteys ei ollut oikein hyvä. huoneessa oli lattiakaivon päällä hiuksia, vedenkeittimessä oli vesi valmiina, huoneen lattialla kiviä. Sängyllä päiväpeiton alla roska, tullut varmaan peiton mukana, koska lakanat olivat muuten puhtaat.

Santa bus to take you to and from airport, train sta - Fabulous location, not least by being right next door to the Santa express bus stop! Very lovely staff on reception, of course they all speak English.. We had a twin room which was neat and tidy and serviced daily as it was still ‘winter’. Breakfast was typical continental style and I enjoyed crispy bacon, porridge and cheese amongst other items. Nothing.

Nice bar area for coffee and drinks, friendly front desk staff, and we enjoyed the restaurant. They sometimes catered well for dietaries at breakfast and dinner. Bed was comfortable and room a decent size. Hotel seems busy with group travel as foyer was often congested with masses of luggage and people.

The location is excellent — right in the centre, making it easy to explore on foot. Rooms were clean, warm and well kept, ideal after a long day out in the cold. Staff were polite and efficient, and breakfast had a good variety. A dependable choice when visiting Rovaniemi.

Great food, lovely cosy warm room. All we needed for a comfy few days stay, powerful shower. Very confy. Excellent staff everywhere, decent food and excellent breakfast, loved the whole atmosphere of the place, will be back!!

• Evangelia (10/5): What a beautiful stay! - We had a wonderful stay at Original Sokos Vaakuna Rovaniemi. Everything was perfect — the breakfast, the room, and the location. The hotel was warm, comfortable, and spotless. They also paid special attention to our 5-year-old daughter and even left children’s juices for her, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended! Everything was perfect!

Huono informaatio remontista ja olisi tarvinnut esteettömät kulkumahdollisuudet syömään yms. Sijainnista ei huomattu että on mäen alla,joten kulkeminen ulkona oli hankalaa.

The beds weren't made , and neither the bathroom nor the room was cleaned. We paid for a 4 stars hotel and didn't even receive the service of a 1 star Breakfast was served outside the hotel ,which is very inconvenient when traveling with two children aged 3 and 6.
