- onni (3/5): todella heikko siivous - henkilökunta, aamiainen huone oli todella pölyinen ja sängyn alta löytyi konfehteja ja korvatulppia sekä isoja pölypalloja.
- Tarja (7/5): Ihan hyvä reissu. - Aamiainen oli loistava ja erityisruokavaliot oli otettu humioon. Harmi, että päästiin vain kerran kolmen vuorokauden aikana syömään hotellin ravintolaan. Ruoka oli siellä hyvää ja olisimme halunneet syödä siellä joka päivä. On outoa, että paikkaa ei löydy hotellissa asuville.

- Veera (8/5): Oikein mukiin menevä miniloma. - Todella monipuolinen aamupala ja sijainti oli optimi. Huone oli huonosti siivottu ja vaikka jätimme seuraavalle päivälle siivouspyynnön, niin siivooja ei ollut menossa siivoamaan ennen kuin mainitsimme käytävässä asiasta siivoojalle. Huoneen lämpötilaan ei voinut vaikuttaa ja huoneessa oli aika lämmin. Onneksi tori oli yöllä hiljainen niin pystyi pitämään parvekkeen ovea auki.

We were in one of the ancillary buildings which meant putting a coat on to get to breakfast. Ski lockers in main building. Couldn’t reduce heat in room. Too hot through night.

- Hans-Gustav (9/5): Fint og flott hotell sentralt i Levi med kort vei til heisene, restauranter og hyggelige ansatte. - Veldig hyggelige å serviceinnstilte i resepsjonen, god café og restaurant på hotellet! Parkering i kjelleren og ikke minst at det er sentralt i Levi, kort vei til zeropoint. Eneste minuset var at det ble varmt på rommet på natterstid. Selv om radiatorene var skrudd helt av.

One street from bus if coming by omnibus. Late check in at 4pm, but luggage storage available. No tourist information desk at hotel- staff pointed to town tourist info which wasn’t always open.

- Bruno (8/5): Zentral gelegenes Hotel für einen Lapplandurlaub ohne eigenes Auto - Perfekte Lage, Junior Suite sehr großzügig mit eigener Sauna, Minibar, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Kaffeemaschine, zwei riesigen Flatscreens, sehr freundliches Personal. Erstklassiges Restaurant im Hotel (Grill it!), hier sollte man reservieren. Bacon beim Frühstück knusprig (in vielen anderen Hotels eher labbrig). Restaurants, Geschäfte, Supermärkte in der Nähe. Einrichtung etwas abgewohnt, Frühstücksraum mit diskretem DDR-Charme, große Auswahl bei Frühstück, Qualität eher mittelmäßig, Obst teilweise braun, nur zwei wenig ansprechende Wurst- und zwei Käsesorten. Kein regelmäßiger Roomservice, konnte man auf Anfrage in der Mitte des Aufenthaltes haben.

The food at the cafe was good. The sauna was great. The central location in the village was amazing! Easy to get around. Very walkable. Found a number of staff not very helpful. It took a long time to get served at the cafe due to so many people. The room was not very clean despite only be ready at exactly check in time at 4pm.

Excellent breakfast The hotel is split over three blocks meaning you have to walk outside or through a car park to access the main building where breakfast was held. The boot room was awkward to use meaning you have to walk through reception to access it

Walk out of the hotel straight into the town of Levi with lots of great bars shops and restaurants. It was never noisey at that night though.
