• Angel (8/5): - I liked the balcony and the bed was comfy, the bathroom was nice to. Had everything I needed. TV has Netflix so you can log urself into it in your own language. The floor had hair all over it so I had to hoover up when I got there, the freezer had no door and was frozen over so couldn't buy any frozen products without eating them right away. The breakfast bar is coming out of the wall it's a hazard. The elevator button to go upstairs doesn't work I have a disability which makes it difficult and tiring to walk up stairs which is why I booked this place.

• Sisko (7/5): - Sijainti oli erinomainen, vanhan kaupungin nähtävyydet ja useita museoita ja ravintoloita oli kävelymatkan päässä. Huoneisto oli siisti, kompakti ja rauhallinen ja siellä oli kaikki tarvittavat keittiökoneet ja -laitteet. Avainten nouto ja palautus oli yli kilometrin päässä :( Astioita ja ruokailuvälineitä ei ollut tarpeeksi. Sohva oli repsahtanut ja takit ja siivousvälineet säilytettiin samassa kaapissa.
• Barbara (10/5): - Tylko lokalizacja Wybierałam budynek z windą że względu na stan zdrowia. Po przyjeździe okazało się żeby wejść na dziedziniec było 40-ci wysokich schodów. Była to bardzo duża przeszkodą. Lokalizacje wybierałam blisko dworca PKP. Dzień przed przyjazdem okazało się że kluce do apartamentu są do odbioru na drugim końcu miasta .w opisie miejsca nie było o tym informacji.Zwrot kluczy również był w tym miejscu. Zepsuta spłuczka w toalecie. Nie wrócę nigdy w to miejsce pomimo bardzo dobrej lokalizacji.Równiez nikomu nie polecam.

Не понравилось, что при выставлении счета был учтен городской налог, а при оплате на букинг его не списали. Заплатить отдельно было сложно. 2. Это получение ключей от апартаментов. Это просто квест по городу. Приехали ночью сначала нужно найти адрес, где взять ключи. Потом найти адрес, где расположены апартаменты. И также ранний выезд. Ключи отнести не туда, где брали. Почему нельзя, как все, прикрепить сейф с ключами у дверей апартаментов или у почтовых ящиков внизу? Зачем гонять уставших людей с багажом по городу?

• Norbert (1/5): Tragedia - Nie było nic co by mogło się podobać Pierwsza sprawa po opłaceniu apartamentu okazało się że po klucze od miejsca apartamentu trzeba iść jakie 25min na nogach po klucze po odebrania kluczy i pojawieniu się w obiekcie okazało się że na dwa dni pobytu jest jedna rolka papieru toaletowego mało tego przez dwa dni grzejniki były letnie i w obiekcie było zimno mało tego zawsze klucze jak się opuszcza obiekt i nie ma recepcji daje się do skrzynki na listy z wyznaczonym numerem i tyle oni oczywiście chcą żeby im klucze znowu zanosić tym razem w inne miejsce jak tego się nie zrobi to po za booking wysyłają e-mail ze naliczają dodatkową opłatę za brak dostarczenia kluczu w miejsce wyznaczone to jest jawne naciąganie uważajcie bo niestety mają więcej jak jeden apartament o się człowiek natnie takie obiekty nie powinny mieć możliwości bycia na booking z całego serca nie polecam 🥰
• Zbigniew Mackiewicz (10/5): Mimo tego incydentu z odbiorem kluczy pobyt był bardzo udany. - Nie podobało mi się to, że odbiór kluczy jest około 1 kilometra od miejsca wynajmowanego mieszkania. Dodam ,że byłem rok wcześniej w tej samej lokalizacji czyli ul. Tandeta 1 i klucze odbierałem w tym samym budynku.

• DANIEL (1/5): - Apartament był brudny. Na dole znajduje się restauracja, w której imprezy trwały do późnych godzin nocnych, przez co było bardzo głośno. W apartamencie nie było lodówki — co prawda informacja ta widnieje w opisie, jednak trudno zrozumieć jej brak przy jednoczesnym wyposażeniu w piekarnik i mikrofalówkę. Grzejnik w salonie hałasował tak bardzo, że nie dało się spać. Dużo podróżujemy, ale z czymś takim jeszcze się nie spotkaliśmy. Personel zaproponował wysłanie serwisanta podczas naszej nieobecności, po czym przestał odpowiadać na wiadomości. Brak rolet/zasłon w jednej z sypialni. Zwróciliśmy się z prośbą o rekompensatę w postaci częściowego zwrotu kosztów, jednak również w tej sprawie nie otrzymaliśmy żadnej odpowiedzi. NIE POLECAMY.

• Ewa (9/5): Pierwszy pobyt w Gdańsku - Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja ,bardzo blisko do wszelkich zabytków,komunikacji publicznej jak i lokali gastronomicznych itp. Mieszkanie w pełni przygotowane do dłuższego pobytu w tym też do samodzielnego przygotowywania posiłków. Nie było takiego odczucia

Trekking to an office in rain and darkness in a deserted area to collect the keys to the apartment was inconvenient and some people, particularly lone women, might feel uncomfortable. Returning the keys to the office (in daylight) was inconvenient. Some parts of the apartment looking a little shabby (through wear and tear), the microwave not working and the shower bracket broken.

• Radoslava (4/5): - The accommodation was quite comfortable. The keys need to be picked up and returned at the office, which fortunately isn't far away. I do not recommend this accommodation for travelers with luggage, because you have to go to the "Office" (Chmielna street), which is in a completely different location than the apartment. This means additional costs for a taxi there and back. The accommodation is not willing to provide you with information about picking up the keys earlier than 1 day in advance. They are also unwilling to provide information about picking up keys if you arrive outside of their opening hours (after 7 p.m.) earlier than the day before. Then, when you come at your accommodation, you find that there is already a key box (from another apartment) on the gate, so I don't understand why they can't do the same. At the same time, there is another key box on the mailbox where you can leave the keys after checking out, so you don't have to return to their "office." But unfortunately... you have to return them to the office. The microwave didn't work, the couch was worn out, the table was falling apart and the wifi went out very often.
• Anne-Helene (4/5): - Beliggenhet Feil annonsering om fullt utstyrt kjøkken, men kjøleskapet virker ikke. Det er en stor grunn til at vi velger leilighet med kjøkken. Kjøleskapet var koblet til, og det var lys inni, men det ble ikke kaldt. Sa ifra til utleier, og fikk først beskjed om at det kom repratør, så kom kontrabeskjed om at de hadde sluttet å ha kjøleskap i leilighetene...da jeg sjekket annonsen på vår leilighet igjen var kjøleskap fjernet fra listen over utstyr på kjøkken, men det stod fortsatt kjøleskap på lista til alle de andre leilighetene i komplekset. Dette føltes som lureri, og vi burde bli tilbydd annen leilighet om ledig, eller kompensasjon.

This apartment is pretty old, and it was tough to fit four people in because the beds were so small. Plus, the sofa was old and uncomfortable. It's okay for one person, but it's already a squeeze for two, and it's super low, too. The bathroom has an old, non-working handle for the shower. The furniture under the TV is broken and needs to be replaced.

• BEATA (5/5): - Lokalizacja świetna. Mankament to podróż po odbiór klucza, gdzie głównie biuro znajduje się około 30 min od apartamentu wraz z bagażami uważam że powinni coś w tej kwestii pomyśleć. Fajne rozwiązaniem byłoby jakiś wentylator lub instalacja klimatyzacji trochę czuliśmy się jak w szklanej pułapce.

• Marlena (5/5): - Super lokalizacja, apartament przestrzenny. Nie działała lodówka!!! Była podłączona do prądu, lecz nie chłodziła. Po zgłoszeniu awarii w odpowiedzi usłyszałam, że w ofercie nie ma lodówki i nic z tym nie zrobią. Apartament wymaga gruntownego sprzątania! Miejsce ma potencjał, ale wymaga kilku poprawek technicznych np. naprawa klamek, baterii... Warto zaznaczyć, że brakowało naczyń codziennego użytku, których ogólna ilość byla dość mała.
• Agnieszka (8/5): - Apartament ładny, duży i wygodny. Trzeba było latać z kluczami żeby się zameldować i wymeldować. Ponad kilometr w jedną stronę. Po podróży pociągiem z walizkami i jęczącym dzieckiem nie było to komfortowe. Pan z ochrony budynku z łaską przechował nasze walizki. Poza tym brudno Brudna zaplamiona kanapa i rolety z toną kurzu... Dodatkowo nie zamykały się drzwi od balkonu.

W wannie włosy, piasek, lodówka nie opróżniona, śmieci nie wyniesiona, pościel nie przebrana. Jestem człowiekiem i zrozumiałabym wszystko ale wystarczyło poinformować o jakimś opóźnieniu. Pani sprzątająca tłumaczyła się, że nie została poinformowana, ze w apartamencie będzie meldunek.

• L455 (7/5): - Sehr zentrale Lage, ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen mit Balkon, modern und gut ausgestattet, Gepäck konnte bei der Rezeption zwischengelagert werden Schwarzer Schimmel im Bad (am Rollo), nur oberflächlich sauber, Kommunikation erwies sich teils als schwierig und Unterkunft reagierte selten auf Nachrichten, vor Anreise wurden wir immer wieder zur Zahlung des angeblich nicht geleisteten Betrags über einen Link aufgefordert

• Trude (3/5): - Kjøleskapet og fryseren var defekt, søppelet fra tidligere gjester var ikke tatt ut, et dørhåndtak var ødelagt, airconditionen var gammel og bråkete og klarte bare å kjøle ned ett av rommene (og dette tok flere timer), og det var ikke gardiner til å stenge ut lys i stuen, der det var 2 soveplasser. Utleier svarte ikke på våre henvendelser, verken på melding eller telefon. Vi kansellerte etter én natt og krevde refusjon, men det har ikke vært mulig å få svar fra dem i ettertid. Jeg ville holdt meg unna denne utleieren, som fremstår som useriøs.
• Beatrice (4/5): Absolutely the worst apt and stay. - The location is phenomenal. Everything. I was so excited about this cute apt (Building 6, Apt 56- the gray one you see in the pictures) but when we arrived, the first thing we noticed was that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Towels on the floor, soap n the soap dish and counter, just like the people before us left everything and the place was not cleaned. As we walked into the front room and tried to open the curtains the curtain rods came crashing down. And then we went into one of the bedrooms and the door handle fell off! The door handle fell off in the other bedroom as well! When I contacted Noclegi, there were no apologies, no sympathy and we were promised that it would get fixed. It took them TWO days to fix the problems that we had complained about. But the worst part of this stay was that the refrigerator DOES NOT work! When I told them about the refrigerator, they put the blame back on me that it was never stated in the description that there was a fridge. Who rents an apartment without a fridge, when it says clearly there’s a kitchenette?!?! We were then told the owner is too cheap to exchange the fridge out. Don’t be fooled by the pictures- I think other renters have picked this place clean. No pictures or paintings on the walls either - just frames. Oh, and if you’re looking for dishes, look somewhere else. Couple of plates, no bowls, some cutlery. Everything was brought up to Noclegi without any appreciation or results. Never again.

• Francesco (3/5): Total Disappointment: Don't Be Fooled by the Photos - "We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights and the experience was utterly disappointing. The online photos show a welcoming and modern environment, but the reality is quite different. First of all, the sofa bed, where the absence of a proper bed was never mentioned, was completely unusable. The mattress was practically non-existent, and we slept on the seat, making the nights a real nightmare. We slept terribly throughout our stay and woke up every morning with back pain. Secondly, the Wi-Fi was practically non-existent. Despite contacting the service desk multiple times, they were completely unaware that the network I was given didn't even exist. In conclusion, I absolutely do not recommend this apartment. Don't be fooled by the photos, the reality is very different. The landlord was unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving the problems. Not recommended!"

• Möller (4/5): Disappointing - The location was good The beds were good AC was not working as it should, no Coffee machine, no fridge, only one set of linen and towels so no way to change the beds, only 1 set of keys and we were 5 adults and 1 child, not always leaving at the same time.

The fridge didn't work, no wifi even though it said would had it. The apartment was dirty, towels dirty, dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Air conditioning didn't work either. Central location if you don't mind all the faults. Read reviews in other sites about the apartment.

• Lorna (2/5): Poor management and communication. - We liked the gated community. The apartment was clean and modern. It was close to the centre and everything was within walking distance. We did not get into the apartment for 2 hours as the staff could not find keys, then we were taken to an apartment which was already occupied. Once we did get into a new apartment close to midnight and after travelling most of the day, we discovered the fridge didn't work, and either did the WiFi. We tried to contact the owner/company over our stay and no one would reply to our calls and messages. We were extremely disappointed with how this problem was handled and we felt that the staff should have contacted us while we were in Poland to try and resolve the matter. We have returned home and have still not received any communication or apology.

• Frost (10/5): Wonderful home-away-from-home in a perfect location - Perfect accommodations for our little family. It's clean and well-planned. The pullout couch was more than enough for our two kids (7 & 4). We liked the semi-private bed area, an expandable table, full kitchenette, deep tub, and laundry. In the right weather, the balcony overlooking the beautiful courtyard and fountain of Neptune (not the famous one but still beautiful) would be perfect for morning coffee and tea. Parking, in the building across the courtyard, was very convenient and seemed safe (secured, well-lit, monitored). Only minor issues. A few more dishwasher detergent packets, extra pillowcases, a trivet to protect the table from hot dishes, and a box of tissues would be nice (all very minor). A lower rack for hanging coats would be more convenient. My 5'11" (180 cm) tall husband was the only one who could easily hang his coat in the hall closet. The kids and I stashed ours in the shelves below with our luggage. While it's well-planned and very clean, some items are starting to show wear (loose drawer-fronts, showerhead spraying all over, cracked lamp base) that perhaps Management doesn't know of and Housekeeping doesn't encounter during cleaning.

• Mark (9/5): A great place to visit in a safe environment, will definitely be back with my kids in the future. - The location of the property was great and within 5 minutes of all the city centre and all attractions. The property was in a gated location which felt very safe. The property could do with a few checks before guests check in as the shower head was broken off the wall, one of the curtains was not put up and could do with a few more pillows for the bed. Small things which would make would have made our stay better, but nothing significant.

The staff,I think they are so busy,I have questions about the wifi,about the keys return but asking them is optional, and about the kitchen ware specially the cup for coffee, but I knew it's because of the dishes machine so clean manual all you need to use again,and about the cabinet of cloths they put in the cleaning material inside,I think need to separate or make 1 space for all things because cabinet can't put in hanger for coat or jackets,cabinet is big so can make separate space,cleaning material with cloths like jackets/coats are not good together.and last is about the exhaust fan for cooking I don't know if still working or not I open it but I didn't heard if is working so I just open the windows door of balcony to reduce smell of my fry egg 🤣, but all in all is my opinion and my stay so wonderful 🥰.

The apartment has everything you need for a self catering stay.It was spotlessly clean. Unfortunately I didn't like the bed. It was very low and found mattress hard,but this is only my personal opinion. We ended up sleeping on sofa bed as it was more comfortable

• Dawid Cxod (8/5): Elevators must be fixed. - Overall the stay was good but consistent issues with the elevators was horrible. The apartments are located on top of a platform, like an elevated plateau where all the apartments are located with an inside yard. No elevators worked to get up to the plateau, we had to carry our baby wagon, luggage and everything every single time we went somewhere with the baby or back home. Then the apartments also have multiple floors, the elevators didn’t work there either, so that made it even more annoying and in the end heavy but luckily we managed. Everything else was great! The location was close to everything and we had all we needed in the apartment to have 4 great days.

There was no info about the appartment in the room and no info when we chequed in. The bed was a bit hard. Apparment have a good kitchen and bath. We will defenitly go back for a new break.

No space to put suitcases or hang clothing broken shower head that wouldn’t stay on. water pooling in the shower
• Gina (2/5): Save yourself some money and hassle- Don't book with Dom and House Apartments! - The location was fantastic. Can't fault the location. The iron and washing machine came in handy. Was nearly as cheap as other apartments in the nearby areas(except these offered a cot as requested). Apartment was filthy. Upon checking in seemed fine. Floors were coated in black dirt throughout. Room floors hadn't been cleaned before check in. Mysterious stain on the sofa. Hairs found in the bed. Requested a cot(searched and booked accommodation based on a cot being available)- management company advised it wasn't ready and would be delivered on the first night of the stay by 7pm. No word of cot by 9pm. Called the office. Was advised one would be dropped off by midnight(along with a hairdryer as this was missing, as per other reviews) and a phonecall would be made to confirm when it was left off. This was the last communication from the management company for the rest of the stay. Tried to call their office and sent a request everyday for a cot. No response. 10 month old shared an incredibly uncomfortable thin bed with 2 adults(one of which is 5 months pregnant) for 5 nights. Lampshade in room is melted to its lightbulb. Fire waiting to happen. Curtains don't cover the window and have been damaged so were hanging off the runner. The sun will wake you. There is no air-conditioning, an immensely loud fan is kindly provided though to push the warm air around the room. Elevator is hit and miss. Was told on check in it's safer to use the stairs to our third floor apartment with a pram. One key only for room. Lastly, please do note the pictures of the rooms are not what you are booking-tiny room. I will never book with this company again or recommend them. Non existent costumer service and fairly broken English from the management company staff. The accommodation was the only downfall of our trip to Gdansk. Wonderful place to visit otherwise.

I was really impressed the fact to pay additionally after 8.00pm check in. it was explained that the personal shout wait for me and the security was just the same building. you have some problem with the bath-the water comes away slowly. some of the shelves were broken (under Tv)
