• ADILA (8/5): Even though this resort already 30 years old, good job in maintaining the cleanness 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 - Big room !! I love it. The balcony also clean, can seat and take fresh air. The combination of ceiling fan & aircond is a great, so not too cold or too hot. The toilet is clean, the shower room also clean. The customer lift at night is freaking scary to walk from lobby to the lift, freaking dark !!!!

• Clarke (1/5): Location location location oh and unhelpful too - Nothing Hotel is advertised on booking.com as 7km from changi airport no mention of the fact it's in a different country for those of us who don't know that Singapore is not part of Malaysia, so that's a different visa Ans in actual fact a 2 1/2 hour taxi to the place costing 800 each way, I called to say I'd made a mistake within 24 hours of making booking but was refused a refund took 3 days to answer questions id send, by the time they responded I'd found out other ways,

• Malique68 (8/5): Short stay before returning to KL.... - We visited our relatives within Pasir Gudang area, and this was a reasonable hotel within there. Ample open parking space. When we checked in around 640pm, we had our dinner at the coffee house. It'll closed at 800pm and last order was at 700pm. We ordered a pizza and surprisingly it was super delicious. The room was quite large with a living room and a 2 seater sofa with a TV. And in the bedroom there was another TV. There was no electric kettle provided in the room, just a thermos. We had to fill up the thermos with hot water from a water dispenser just outside our room. Probably other guests had to walk quite far to get their hot water. Most of the furniture was quite old and the bed & pillows were a bit uncomfortable. For a meal at night, you have to travel by car a bit, for example to get Malay food, you could drive to Kampung Pasir Putih.

The villa was very run down, interiors not maintained properly. It was also very dirty with lizard droppings in toilet and kitchen cabinets. The balcony was full of bird shit and hence cannot be used too.

• Najihah (6/5): I wish the receptionist had mentioned something about breakfast. I wasn't aware that the package I booked through th - The room was spacious and comfortable. It was my first time at a resort; nothing was outstanding, but it was still pleasant. The environment was generally clean; however, some furniture items were not well-maintained. For instance, the drain in the shower area was somewhat obstructed, and my father expressed discomfort regarding the pillow. Additionally, one of the cupboard doors appears to be on the verge of detaching. Surprisingly, there were only four hangers in the entire family room, which was unexpected. Also, the lift was under maintenance so my father had to climb the tall stairs (wish there was an alternative route without stairs).

I left my phone during departure, however, luckily upon inspection, the staff found my phone and return to me. I am very thankful for the staff's honesty.. Please provide broom and dust pan so that we can clear our rubbish. if possible, provide stove for us to warm up our food and boil water.

It was a complete rest after a busy time in Singapore. Meals a la carte were very reasonable - buffet was more expensive. Our family room had 2 bedrooms, fridge, kettle etc. staff were very friendly and helpful.

• David (7/5): I'd stay a third time! . . but would be good to have a warm shower - The location is first class - overlooking the golf course, lakes and with abundant birdlife! This was my second stay - I was in room 13 - probably the lagest hotel bedroom I've ever had . . . and it had a balcony! No food on arrival! I went down to the restaurant aro 8.30 on Sunday night and the restaurant was closed with zero food options available - when I asked at reception I was advised to take a 5 minute drive to the closest kampung and look for food there (it was good advice, just as well I had my own car!) No hot water in the shower - my second time staying and my second time showering in cold water! They say cold water plunges are healthy but . . .

The location was conveniently located near the scenic coastline, providing breathtaking views and easy access to nearby attractions. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered stunning views of the golf course, making it a perfect retreat after a long day.
