• Amanda (1/5): I didn't stay and couldn't stay, I am left with the impression that I was scammed - The hotel looks abandoned at the end of a barricaded road. We didn't stay and could not contact the hotel. I spoke with corporate guest services and expect a full refund or will be filing a fraud claim with my bank and BBB I prefer a hotel in operation that I can locate and that I can call if the address looks abandoned and dangerous

• Nita (1/5): Didn't happen. It was closed for sometime and shouldn't have been listed! See above statements. - Nothing--it was not even open and available for a stay when we arrived. It looked like it was closed for sometime and had accepted our reservation so something is very wrong! It was not open. We arrived at the location and it was closed and looking like it was being torn down or renovated. Noone was there. So, we went to the nearest Super 8 motel and they told us it had been closed since January and lots of people came to them after discovering that. We were asked to report it and take it off of Booking.com! Please do that!

What was there to like there was not a motel it was condemned there was a shut gate with caution tape around it we drove hours to stay there at a hotel that you promote I didn't like the fact that we drove for hours to find a field of rubble in the middle of nowhere. When we researched this hotel on your website it looked great but it wasn't it wasn't even standing! I don't see how you could be a third party to this chain of quotation marks "hotels ".

• Abbigail (5/5): you get what you pay for - it provided what i needed for that night which was a cheap place to stay. nothing more nothing less.
• Shantanu (10/5): Best Accommodation in Perry - Room was clean and spacious. Clean washroom. Staff helped us with information of the town.
• Brett (5/5): Not bad for the price! - It was directly off of the highway and a perfect stop for my trip. It was very inexpensive, especially for a Saturday night. Front desk staff was friendly. There were dead bugs in the corners. There was a cricket on the bathroom vanity for the entire time I was there. Vanity was also pretty dirty when I wiped it off. There was a wet towel just sitting in the tub and hair in the drain. No hot water. The sheets were clean, but the rest of it could use some work.

• Allison (4/5): Thankfully it was very short stay. - The staff was very kind. The bathroom appered to be clan (no mold). The air-condition worked well. No bed bugs. Specifically booked a non-smoking room with 2 queen beds. Prior to arrival communication sent confirming we booked a non-smoking room with 2 queens. On the day of arrival we were given a smoking room with a king bed. Was told no other rooms availabe. Basic industry amenities seemed to be missing (hot water, trash can, cups). Truly would like a pratial refund.
• Stephen (1/5): Quite a shock, but we were locked into our reservation payment. - The air conditioner and the refrigerator worked. The exterior looked like an abandoned facility. The office and lobby were locked up. We had to call a local number to find the manager. There were no toilet paper or washcloths in the room. There was noise late in the next room like someone moving furniture around.
