The room did not have hand towels. We found the one remaining cleaning person and acquired some, she leaves at 4pm. Washed hands and face, no rack to hang the towel from.

- Dale (4/5): Room wouldn't lock - Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location was good. We had two connecting rooms - thank goodness. One of the room doors wouldn't lock. I reported it to the manager and he said it would be fixed. When we returned later that evening, we found that the only thing from keeping people from entering our room was the D loop that goes over the knob at the top portion of the door. They didn't even offer to discount the room.
- Diane (4/5): - I booked a handicapped room when I got there they had me booked on the second floor with only stair access and not a handicapped room. The elevator was an old one and apparently they didn’t allow people to use it. The room I was given was a room that should not have been rented out. The only good thing about it was the beds! They at least were comfortable. The bathroom was so bad. Old, towels were stained, tub and shower curtain was dirty. The chairs in the room were so stained I wouldn’t sit in them. The walls were dirty. Just an overall bad experience. I know this is under new ownership or at least is what we were told but they should have never put someone in this room and to charge me 160.00!!! So disappointing!!!

We stayed there many times before. Never had such bad experience before! There are many other places to stay. Never again will we stay there or recommend it for anyone else!

- Verified traveler (2/5): Who gave the good reviews?! - Rated 8.0 on hotels.com with raving reviews. Checked in to our first room…it smelled horribly of mold, curtains were broken and dangling. Food (expired) and items were left in dresser from previous guests. I asked to switch and they swiftly gave me a new room. The new room smelled of smoke, broken curtains and the walls were so dirty, rusty lamp and door frames. The pool and breakfast were ok. Would not recommend!

The desk clerk was VERY helpful. Cancelled the reservation on her end, and Expedia cancelled it on their end. Bad situation turned into a good situation. Refund on it's way. .

- Verified traveler (10/5): We will stay voyager Inn again. - The building was old, but we can see the staff trying to keep the property clean. Bed linens are fresh and clean. Receptionist was nice. We had some trouble with the TV, but the repair man and receptionist came and fixed TV immediately. The Cleaning staff missed checking refrigerator of the former guest food. I suggest replacing toilet seat because it was damaged and looked bad.

Now I gotta check to make sure I get refunded. This is on Expedia and this hotel. Customers do not like extra fees added or other fee surprises like that. The shower head could be better. This is an easy and not expensive fix. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. Good mattresses and nice room size.

- Michelle (2/5): - We we're the only ones there ! Yes its snowy n cold but still and the host is super creapy n have cameras EVERYWHERE THEY EVEN WATCH YOU WHILE YOU SIT IN THE HOT TUB!!!!!!

- Kelly (6/5): - The map has it in the wrong place, we pulled in and seen 0 cars. We ended up being the only people staying there. It smelled of pot as soon as you walked in. There’s no bell on the counter to get someone. The place was clean, the hot tub was only like warm, the heated pool was nice ! The jetted tub was actually working in the room, the room was wonderful, roomy, comfortable bed. No breakfast !! Didn’t know until we got there.
- Brenda (4/5): - The hot tub didn’t have chlorine and there was black mold in the corners. They gave us casino vouchers when I’m sure they knew it was closed. Could have saved us a trip. The driveway was plugged with snow. No breakfast. The water wasn’t hot enough for a bath. The room was dusty. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Sorry not much good
- Verified traveler (4/5): Cheap stay, get what you pay for - For a non smoking hotel, the place reeked of pot as soon as you stepped into the hallways to the rooms. Our room had ripped up carpet, the bathroom had hairs from previous guests, and the shower head and tub faucets both constantly dripped. Also sounded like there was a drip in the ceiling from the room above. Chairs were stained and heds could stand to be updated
- Zhenxiang (6/5): - It is OK to stay if you just plan to stay one night or two. There is even no continental breakfast for almost $100 you paid.
- janine (6/5): Clean and cheap - Very clean and easy in/out. No breakfast and no staff on hand at night.
