- Dipti (7/5): Overpriced for the services. - The reception staff was very polite and helpful. He was very considerate during check in and check out time. I liked the behaviour of the staff. The room lacked basics like bathroom kit like toothbrush and paste. No slippers, no ironbox... all these should be available for the price charged.

- AC SLATER (9/5): Happy to stay, would come again. - Me and my partner had a great stay here. We had one of the larger suites on the 2nd floor which made it one of the best stays whilst visiting for our friend's wedding in Bangalore. The ease of getting blinkit and zomato and KFC (which is downstairs) was good. Wifi is strong: you need to ask at reception for a specific room code : then also you can use your phone as a remote for the good quality TCL TVs. Very well accommodated by the new manager Ankit Mishra and his team. Never felt pressured as in some other places we have travelled. Of note, too, you can't actually smell any KFC cooking smells - the vent is very high up on the top of the roof. Our original, towels smelt of smoke, but they were changed out for fresher ones. Bed was comphy. Air-conditioning worked well. There're also a couple of outdoor areas if you need to get some 'fresh air' Traffic noises aren't as bad as other parts of Bangalore, - they're still present but normally calm way down between 2200 and 0600. Surfaces felt clean. Initially one maintainance guy at the start entered through our doorway with what must have been a master keycard, within 5 minutes of us getting in, no knock, was alarming. Thankfully didn't go further and also that neither of us had dis-robed. Had an explanation and apology from the manager though. I think the runner must just not had as much sense is all.

I reached at around 3:00am since my flight was - The property is clean and is as described in the description and pictures. The location is in the prime location so easy to walk to work and wasn’t so far from Metro either. Nothing to dislike as such. There was some issue with hot water in the Morning and the solution was to let go 2 buckets of water

- Jaibharath (9/5): Superb - If we are looking for a stay where we have freedom then this property is the right choice. We use to regularly book for the rooms here. It was a good experience. The staff will not disturb at any cost. Last time when we checkin we choose for King size bed rooms, but allotted Queen size bed. later on upon complaining the staff has provided an alternate rooms with king size bed.
