• Fernando (10/5): Estancia Frabullosa - Desde nuestra llegada, la ubicación 10/10, y el personal en recepción super amables. También nos encantó la habitación, está súper amplia, y de buen gusto. La cama súper cómoda con suficientes almohadas, escritorio para trabajar perfecto, la tele y un sillón al lado de la cama que es la joya de la corona. Estancia 10/10, el desayuno no lo probamos pero olía super rico y el espacio se veía cómodo. Me pareció un poco complicado lo del menú como interactivo de la tele, yo quería pedir un room service o así, y se supone que había un QR pero nunca lo ví. También se puede que recepción te conecte con cocina y así pero ya lo dejé por la paz y ya no pedí nada, pero de ahí en fuera todo al cieeeen.

• JOSE MARIA (6/5): Buenas instalaciones, mal servicio - The only redeeming quality is that the rooms are very spacious, nice, and comfortable. I booked two rooms and couldn't find one of them. They told me to call Booking.com (at 11 pm) and complain to them, but they couldn't find the room on my reservation. After arguing, they agreed to check again and finally found it... half an hour later... by which time they were exhausted at 11 pm. The next day we went down for breakfast... and they had run out and it took them almost an hour to get more. They share the facilities with a corporate group, whose staff are very rude and abusive regarding the hotel parking. They didn't leave us towels. The real problem was the service; they are poorly trained.

Reserve 3 noches pero solo me quedé 2 noches por la incomodidad del hotel y el recepcionista me comentó que tenía que reportarlo a Booking para que no me cobraran la 3o noches y see hizo absurdo. El estacionamiento muy incómodo, limpieza de la habitación mal hecha, el frigobar no enfriaba y dijeron que así era, el teléfono de la habitación no servía. Etc

• alanaK8975DY (2/5): worst hotel in the area - Every time I come here it's the worst possible experience. The reception staff isn't just bad, they're terrible. They're incredibly slow, they never have the reservations registered, and check-in takes at least 20 minutes. The rooms are dirty, in poor condition, and the sheets are old. I always have to come here for work; otherwise, I wouldn't stay in a place like this even by mistake.
• Roseli (6/5): Decadência do hotel !! Triste - Localização Limpeza, piorou muito este hotel ! Algumas toalhas velhas, travesseiros desconfortáveis, limpeza do banheiro péssima!!! Café da manhã já não é como há 2 anos atrás, pedi leite quente e me disseram que não tinha, só frio mesmo! O café acaba às 10h, cheguei às 9h45 e já não tinha quase nada e não havia mais reposição. Estacionamento péssimo tb !

• alolascoaga (2/5): A masterclass in how not to run a hotel - Stayed here with my wife and children and the experience was terrible from the moment we arrived. At the lobby, another guest was already complaining because when he entered his room, there were other guests still inside. Not exactly the kind of welcome that inspires confidence. There is no bellboy, so you’re expected to drag all your luggage from the parking lot to your room on your own. Once you get to the elevators, the situation doesn’t improve: several elevator buttons are literally missing, just holes in the wall where buttons should be. The food somehow manages to be both expensive and low quality at the same time. Prices suggest a decent restaurant; the taste suggests otherwise. Today another guest was arguing at reception because their rate “included breakfast” except it apparently only included breakfast for one person, even though the room was booked for two. A convenient surprise. Overall, the place feels poorly managed, poorly maintained, and indifferent to guests. I would never recommend staying here.

EL SEGUNDO DÍA SOLICITÉ LA QUE FALTABA PERO YA NO ME DEJARON TOALLAS FACIALES .MI HIJA AMANECIÓ CON RONCHAS EN PIES MUY GRANDES, REVISÉ COLCHONES Y NO VI ANIMALES PERO EN VERDAD FUE EN LA HABITACIÓN POR QUE NO LAS TENÍA.

Solo que al llegar al hotel no había nadie esperando en la planta baja, hasta que leí que para registrarme tenía que subir al primer piso cabe recalcar que llegué a la 1 a.m. el acceso de abajo estaba cerrado. El estacionamiento es pequeño y si vienes sobre la avenida, y no conoces Querétaro, puede ser confuso saber por dónde se entra al hotel . Sin embargo, al llegar a recepción la atención fue excelente, y las habitaciones están bien y cómodas. En general, una buena experiencia con algunos detalles por mejorar.

• Sergio (5/5): Limpieza muy deficiente - Segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel y misma historia, habitaciones con limpieza precaria, cabellos tirados por todos lados, regadera tapada y llena de sarro, polvo en pisos, etc. La habitación se entregó con más de una hora de retraso acorde al check in, persianas no sirven adecuadamente y en algunos vidrios de la suite eran inexistentes, además de que dejaban pasar demasiada luz por lo que el descanso no fue posible.

• Guillermo (6/5): Would stay again but... - Room was good and clean, however, they only left coffee the first day, when i called to requeat more for the rest of the stay, they said they had no more. No bottle of waters in the room and I had to go on the hallway to get water from a machine. They only had half of a toilet paper roll and only put a new one last when i was about to leave. Towels were old, and only the day before i left, they out a decent towel.

La regadera del baño tenía hongos, al baño tenias que jalarle la palanca como tres veces para que se fueran por completo los desechos, las camas muy incómodas y ruidosas, el papel tapiz despegado; muy descuidado el hotel, esperaba mucho mas puesto que es un MARRIOT.

The bathroom did not have basic amenities - like - there was no shower cap, no dental kit, no other small kits like cotton, ear bud, etc... it did no had the foot mat, other than the towels. Only thing the bathroom had was towels, tissue paper, toilet soap and bathing liquids. Very basic, not matching Marriot's standards. The bathroom door was not closing properly too, without being able to be locked from inside.

• JULIO (6/5): - Tuve la mala suerte de llegar cuando aparentemente había buena ocupación y el estacionamiento fue un problema, ya que si bien tienen un estacionamiento subterráneo, lo cierto es que se lleno y no había un valet con la capacidad de hacer funcionar los estacionamientos elevados con que cuenta, entonces tuve que ir yo mismo a estacionar mi vehículo a la parte trasera de la propiedad con lodo y lluvia intensa.

Lot of mosquitoes are roaming around the counters also. 2nd day one dish was supposed to be sweet as day 1 but it was sour. They simply removed the dish with no replacement. Also order pasta and pizza that also not up to the mark of Domino’s Make a written complaint at reception during checkout. Hope they will improve

• Javier Enrique (8/5): Buen hotel - Buen hotel, bien ubicado, cómodo, solo el estacionamiento con unas rampas de difícil acceso, en una de las habitaciones no había jabón para lavarse las manos y en la otra no hubo cafetera.

• ADOLFO (4/5): Necesitan renovarse - Reserve una suite y todo pésimo , exceso de ruido del exterior , ventanas sin black out , almohadas viejas
