Verified traveler (10/5): - I was so very impressed with the speedy responses by the hotel (Thanks to Viktoriya and other staff). In all e-mails (for a pickup service from the airport to the hotel), I received the replies mostly in 5 min. We had an issue with the pickup service upon arrival at the airport (not hotel's fault but ours), and the issue was quickly resolved by the hotel staff. The pick-up cost was 1,500 rubles per car which was quite reasonable (Yandex Taxi, Russian version of Uber, ranges from ~700 to 1100 rubles depending on time and day; install it before coming). I heard some hotels charged up to 5000 rubles. Do not take regular airport taxi, as can be ripped off. Up on arrival at the hotel (almost 1:00AM), we were greeted with a big smile from the staff (again thanks to Viktoriya). The room I stayed was nice, clean and spacious. A very good bed and pillows and no problem in falling in sleep. The breakfast was very good (no fruit; but tomato & cucumber were good, though), and fried eggs (sunny side up, etc.) and Russian-style pancakes can be ordered which is included in the breakfast. Hotel is conveniently located, near to Metro (about 10 min walk) from where you can reach downtown or other attractions; and you can also find many restaurants within 10-15 min walking distance. My stay was pleasant and hotel staff spoke good English. I recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Maria (10/5): Nöjd! - Prisvärt! Nära till tunnelbana (ca 7 min), annars centralt med gångavstånd till mycket. Okej frukost enligt kontinentalt. Hotellet erbjöd gratis vatten och mycket bra service, alla jättetrevliga. Ganska litet hotell. Nöjd!

Natalia (8/5): Недельное проживание - Надо заранее озвучивать время завтрака, потому что комната приемы пищи маленькая, а желающих много. Между столиками есть дверь, которая блокируется стульями, думал, бытовая комната, оказалось - это номер 8!!! Представляю, какие запахи в этом номере. На завтрак - чай, кофе и соки!( если найдёте, где они стоят, а стоят они под столом, большинство людей их не видит, их видно только, когда Вы сидите напротив телевизора;))))) впервые такое встретил. Горячий завтрак надо ждать( на выбор- каша, яичница с 2 яйцами и 1 сосиска, 2 блинчика), пока 1 человек сготовит его на 5 столиков. Хлеб 2-х видов, сыр без выбора, колбаса 2-х видов. В номере убирали Ежедневно, но постельное белье за неделю ни разу не поменяли. Слышимость в "отеле" колоссальная - сосед смотрит телевизор, значит и вы его смотрите. Сосед - храпит, значит не повезло;))) будто вы в одном купе поезда находитесь. Зато есть халаты, мыло и шампунь, но нет ниток, щетки для обуви- это продаётся в холле платно. Странно, сеть отелей единая Евразия, на соседней улице подобный отель, но лучшего сервиса по той же цене.
Jana (8/5): Хороший и уютный отельчик. - Отель маленький , но уютный. Минус отеля- тесные номера. Но очень вежливый персонал, хорошие завтраки. Отель предоставляет также полупансион. Можно дёшево поужинать))) нам нравиться останавливаться в нем .

Hanna (10/5): Спасибо за добродушие - Пребывание в отеле "Регина" оставило положительное впечатление. Очень приветливый обслуживающий персонал, который действительно стремится помочь, сделать отдых комфортным и приятным. Горничные отлично справлялись с уборкой номеров, повара предлагали вкусные и сытные завтраки. Местоположение также довольно удобно. Это не самый центр, но добираться до него легко. К тому же, удаленность от центра гарантирует тишину в ночное время суток. Единственное, к чему могу придраться, - интерьер на любителя. Мне по душе более современный дизайн, но им можно поступиться ради комфорта и уюта.

Olga (10/5): Как дома - Замечательная гостиница, в которую хочется вернуться снова. Искала отель в Петроградском районе. Нашла Регину. Милый отель, уютный, отличные завтраки. Смена белья раз в 4 дня. Улица тихая, но слышимость между номерами, рекомендую брать беруши.
Dmitriy (8/5): выходные в северной столице - Доброго времени суток. Найти отель не сложно и заселение прошло очень быстро. Работники отеля вежливые и отзывчивые, хочется отметить доброжелательность при завтраках. Кстати, для перекуса утром очень не плохо и есть выбор. Номер не поражает размерами, но вполне удобен, чист и комфортен. Провели в отеле три ночи без каких либо эксцессов, парковалась на против отеля и машина видна в окно, парковка бесплатная. Платная, только подземная. Рекомендую этот отель. Удачное место расположение не далеко от центра, комфортно и без завышенных цен.
