- Savanna (8/5): Helt ok hotell för priset - Hotellet är helt nytt renoverade med hissen, vilken tycker jag var fantastiskt bra. Lite myggor i rummet men receptionist gav mig elektrisk myggmedlet som man sätter i eluttaget. Lite biten ändå i ansikten men vet inte vad det är. Frukost är helt ok med tanke på det är ganska billigt. Städning, ja de städar, men verkar inte byta lakan och sängkläder under de 3 dagar jag bodde där. Vet inte om de ska byta varje dag eller bara byta när man hade checkat ut. Lite svår att avgöra vad som gäller i det hotellet. Jag var ganska nöjd med vistelse men lite skeptisk till biten av myggor eller annat djur. Men läget är bra och har många bra restaurang i närheten och 10 min promenadavstånd till Nevsky prospekt.
- Kristina (10/5): - Städningen var helt ok, men vi fick tyvärr inte nytt schampoo varje dag. Det missades. Vi önskar oss åtminstone 1-2 tvkanaler på engelska, eller med engelsk undertext. Det hade gjort vår vistelse riktigt bra. I övrigt vill jag ge stort beröm för receptionisterna. Så hjälpsamma och trevliga! Visserligen var det fortfarande ombyggnationer, men det störde oss inte mycket eftersom vi knappt var på hotellet dagtid. Ny lobby, restaurang och reception var så fint!! Tack för en bra vistelse! Vi kommer tillbaka!

- Ulf (10/5): Bra service and bra läget - Jättebra service och vi fick låna spjäll säng till vår lilla bebis helt gratis. Men köket finns bara en mikrovågsugn att varma barnmat. Man kan inte laga mat i köket utan bara varma färdig mat. Med det finns många restauranger i nära området och de har ganska bra priser. Det finns många olika trappor upp eller ned så det är obekvämt att ta med barnvagn. Hotellet har ingen hiss så det inte är handikappanpassad. Gratis frukost är också en plus. Det är inte så mycket men räcker. Vi är mycket nöjda med servicen och kan rekommendera hotellet för prisvärt och bra läget till Nevsky Prospekt.

Lähellä on paljon ravintoloita. Ystävällinen palvelu. Hotellihuoneista osaa on kunnostettu juuri ja ilmeisesti kunnostetaan lisää. Hotelli on hiukan sokkeloinen eikä siellä ole hissiä, joten ei sovi liikuntaesteisille. On vilkkaan baarikadun varrella, joten ei sovi hiljaisuutta kaipaaville.

- Mette (8/5): Fint hotel. - Ville gerne give topkarakter, men selvom der var pænt og rent, så lugtede det af råd fra brusekabine, og der var også en muggen lugt når aircondition kørte. Bortset fra det, fik jeg et godt indtryk af Dynasty, og jeg regner med at vende tilbage. Vær obs på, at der ingen elevator er, da bygningen er fredet.

The hotel staff was very helpful and always polite. The room had daily cleaning and all the areas on the hotel were very clean. I heard they renovated this year. Our room was 4th floor facing the inner yard so it was nice and quiet at night. Overall pros + clean, nice staff, air conditioning in room, good pricing, great location, room service at cheap price Negatives - breakfast not great if your vegetarian/gluten free, no elevator! But the staff will help you carry your bags upstairs! :) I would stay here again definitely! But maybe go to breakfast some where else if your vegetarian/vegan. Theres actually a vegan cafe in 100m next to a Cat souvenir shop on a inner yard nearby.

В номерах гостиницы нет тапочек и других полезных услуг. Опоздав на завтрак рискуетесь нарваться на грубую фразу «сами виноваты. Мы подаем завтраки до 10 утра». За коном по вечерам шумно работает кондиционер или еще какая~то шумная установка.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Keskikoinen hotelli vilkkaalla kadulla - Hotelli sijaitsee vilkkaalla ravintolakadulla, josta hyvät yhteydet eri suuntiin. Kadulla on runsaasti ravintoloita, jotka myöhään auki, joten kadun puolella saattaa olla äänekästä myöhäänkin. Hotellissa oli tehokas ilmastointi, mikä oli hyvä, koska ilma oli helteinen. Wi-fi toimi kohtalaisen hyvin. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja siivous toimi kokopäiväisesti, joten sai nukkua aamulla pidempäänkin, jos halusi. Hotelli on vanhassa keskustarakennuksessa neljässä kerroksessa, eikä ole hissiä, joten ei sovi huonosti liikkuville.
- Al (8/5): - This was a decent mid range hotel which was just what I wanted. Located on a street with a lot of bars and restaurants but this was a positive not a negative as they were not music bars, in fact on Friday night Inheard no music playing just lots of people enjoying what looked like good food. I would have gone into just about any of the restaurants. Hotel is a little bit of a warren with three floors and no elevators if you care about this. I didn’t mind stairs. Room a little small but Ive had smaller in big cities. Great walk down Nevsky Prospect to Hermitage and the River.. took about half an hour.

Limited breakfast choice (e.g eggs, musli, toasts, ‘warm’ yogurts). Not air conditioned restaurant. Ugly view (to the car park) from the room. The room sealing was covered with mosquitoes that were ‘digesting blood’ from previous guests- yaks.... Will I come back? Probably not.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Far Exceeded my Expectations - I booked this hotel a year in advance of the World Cup and was looking for something in this hotel's price range. Given my options, I chose Dynasty. Going into this trip (a two-week trip) I was most worried this hotel would be the worst of the bunch. Was I wrong!! Everything about this hotel far exceeded my expectations. Check in was very smooth (staff speaks excellent english) and upon walking into the room the first thing I noticed was it was CLEAN. Navigating the hallways of this hotel is a little bit of a maze but once you find your room, the bed is comfortable, the bathrooms look newly renovated and everything was spotless. It looked like we were the first guests to stay in the room. Breakfast is good, not great, but there are plenty of options (breads, juices, meats, yogurt). Location is good, close to many restaurants and bars and 10 minute walk to metro station. We had a room a little bit towards the back of the property on a Friday night and could hear some music from nearby restaurants so maybe a room in the front of the property, facing Rubenstein Street, would not be the quietest on Fri/Sat but it didn't really bother us. Took and Uber to the train station on Saturday morning around 6am and there were still people drinking and partying on the sidewalk so, if staying here with children, keep that in mind if staying here over a weekend. Book this hotel without hesitstion.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms looked like they were recently remodeled and everything worked fine. Breakfast was good but not varied. Highly recommended.

- waldi (8/5): Schönes zentrales Hotel - Ich war für 9 Tage in Moskau! Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße. Das Essen ist allerdings nicht der Brüllen, Speisen sind kalt. Macht aber nichts, alle paar Meter sind tolle Restaurants.

Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla ja metroasema lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Pääkadulle on lyhyt kävelymatka ja läheltä löytyy paljon ravintoloita ja juottoloita. Nevan rannalle ja esim. Eremitaasille on 2,6 km. mutta metrolla pääsee kätevästi.

But otherwise, the room was arranged quite well with a king size bed and then a double for four of us, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided every morning is quite good, although a bit monotonous as it's the same every morning, and then they also have dinner provided at a cheap price of 480 rubles, so if you don't feel like going out for dinner, there's a reasonably priced option right in the cafe of their lobby

- Sweti (8/5): Das Hotel ist super, das Abendessen lieber wo ande - Ganz nette Mädels am Empfang, man fühlt sich wie in einer Familie. Die Zimmer total in Ordnung, sauber. Lecker Frühstücksbuffet. Leider das Adendessen war jedes mal nicht gut. Man kann ohne Probleme die Koffer ohne Aufpreis abstellen, wenn man zu früh dran ist. Ruhige Innenatmosphäre.

Hotel was clean and well run with 24 hour reception. Breakfast was included and was standard. Service was great, I mentioned to a receptionist that I had to check out at 5:00am as I was catching an early train, without a request from me they made me a packed up breakfast to take away for the train even though breakfast didn't start for a few hours. Nice touch.
- Eric (10/5): 3 night stay in September - The room was very clean and we found it very nice. There was a fridge to use, very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The hotel is on a semi busy street but didn't have any problems with noise, and it is nice that there are many small supermarkets and restaurants/bars around. The breakfast was very good and had a variety of hot and cold items, and the service was great. We arrived at 10 am and they let us keep our luggage in the locked storage area even though check in isn't until 2 pm. The location of the hotel is great, only 5 minute walk to the metro stop which has orange and red lines, and about a 40 minute walk to the hermitage area on the far end of the main tourist area.
- Chun Fai (8/5): Enjoyable stay. - Close to Metro station. Reception desk staff friendly with good English. The included breakfast was also tasty. Will select again in future visit.
