Jonathan (8/5): I would choose this hotel again if staying in Bintulu. - The breakfast was very good by Malaysia standards. Plenty of choice. Excellent service from friendly staff. No eggs or freshly cooked breakfast on one day out of four. There is no swimming pool, but the rest of the hotel seems better than the others in Bintulu.

Teoh (1/5): - Room big and clean and location good I stayed in level 5, at the night still got hotel staff working on the conference room set up with huge noise and disturb my sleeping. I told the staff and call the front desk also to tell my concern, but working kept continue until late night.
Noorlena (8/5): Modern and cozy hotel with excellent location - Modern and cozy with smell of clean and freshness throughout the hotel. Spacious room which can accommodate extra bed. Comfortable bed and have a good city view. Hotel staff is very helpful and parking is free for hotel guests at 4th floor. Shopping mall and restaurant just beneath the hotel. The food refill was very late and not much choice left during breakfast.

nur khairiyah (7/5): Room really comfortable, breakfast good, location very good, only problem is they disable my keycard and i have to go ba - I have stayed in this hotel multiple times many years ago. The bed and room is very comfortable. The reception staff a guy was not friendly. I informed him about my keycard being disabled when its not checkout time yet, all he said was ok with a i dont care kind of face.

Love that they acommodated to my late check-out request (1pm) so I can come back rest & refresh after morning meeting. The in-door slipper could place somewhere more obvious (It was placed inside the wardrobe which I had quite a search around)

suzz74 (10/5): My favourite hotel in Bintulu - I’ve only stayed in 2 hotels here in Bintulu but this hotel is by far my favourite. Love the cozy room and generous amenities. Everything is nice and clean. And bed and pillows are comfortable. Could use with more TV channels though. Check in was fast and easy. Hardly had to wait at all. The breakfast is alright. Good selection and okay taste. I like the nasi lemak. One of the good nasi lemak in hotels.

Verified traveler (10/5): Comfortable stay - The lovely front desk staff is awesome as she assisted us for early check-in and helped me to rejuvenated after a quick nap. For sure I'll revisit again.

Aini (8/5): Very Good Suites - Parking provided for free at the property. The hotel is one building with Parkcity Mall. Closest to other small shops surroundings. Walking distance to new mall, The Spring. Excellent water pressure with toilet spray bidet provided. Varieties of choices for breakfast. No swimming pool in the hotel; for family without children might be okay with this but for family that brings their kids might need at least swimming pool for the kids to relax.

Haziq (10/5): Finest. - The location is perfect, a great spot to explore between shops there and "The Spring", the parking lot is secured and monitored. The hotel is very lovely, the rooms were impressive, comfortable and very clean. The management should invest in making a swimming pool with pool bars and restaurants perfect for families, and a sky view of Bintulu city. Nothing bad to complain about but we did have to carry the bags up ourselves from the lobby to our room, the staff needs to be more attentive, helpful and always looking for reasons to be useful and responsible for the guests. A little more tweaks and encouragement would definitely help shape into a much better "New World Suites". 🤙🏻

Eva (7/5): Comfortable business stay with all you need for a short stay - The room size is generous and the shower was nice. It’s quiet central, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and bars. Parking garage inside the building is for free. Also, the minibar drinks and snacks were included (Perrier water) which was nice. Its a typical business stay hotel in a industrial town with a Chinese touch of style as eg dark brown, black, red and golden colors dominate. Breakfast was ok, but could be nicer as there was no cappuccino or similar available.

Sima (8/5): Good stay - I like the shower, the bed and pillow very confortable, having breakfast next building because their restaurant is under maintainance with buffet style also nice (halal). Arrived at night and the reception (malay girl with hijab) was very friendly and helpful but not to 2 girls during checkout next day. They arent friendly. I stayed with 2 single bed and the space is just nice. This hotel provide 2 can drinks n 2 packs of snacks food for free instead of just 2 water bottles like normally hotel does. Guest car park is on the 4th floor with security provided and its free. Shopping malls The Spring is reachable by foot. 7 eleven also available few steps from the lobby. Convenient and will come for more in the future. The aircond is not cold eventho setting at 18° but not that hot just so so. The lights are so dim. I prefer more bright lamp.

Helen (9/5): Overall is Excellent. No complaint, Only with suggestion. - We love the mattress which is soft and make my husband enjoy sleeping on the bed. The hotel newly renovated and well maintained. Comfortable, clean and cosy to hotel guests is the vital factors. Still need some cleaning improvement in bathroom especially the toilet bowl cover and some surface in the room which still contain dust.
