• Jessica (10/5): Ambiente Confortável no Centro de Manaus - A localização é excelente: O Hostel fica muito próximo ao centro e de muitos restaurantes. O prédio é uma graça e os funcionários muito atenciosos: sempre te chamando pelo nome, mesmo depois de dias sem te ver. Os ambientes são limpos e o café da manhã bem completo. Cada cama tinha sua própria tomada e luz, o que ajudava muito a arrumar a bagagem sem atrapalhar os demais ocupantes do quarto. A agência de turismo parceira do Hostel fica bem pertinho e o serviço deles é excelente. Entendo que, com o calor de Manaus, nem sempre seja necessário, mas um chuveiro quente seria de bem apreciado. :)

There was black mold on the walls that the beds are pushed against, right behind my pillow. The room is a mess and guests leave their stuff flying around everywhere. Don't br stingy, just spend a little more and stay somewhere more healthy

We had a big balcony at our disposal. It is quiet although very close to the Theatre. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Private room for 2 was just a shared room without other people.

Como viajei sozinha, buscava um lugar que me passasse segurança e, ao mesmo tempo, tivesse um clima amigável, e encontrei exatamente isso aqui. ​O ambiente é super organizado, limpo e com espaços comuns muito bem cuidados, o que facilita muito na hora de conhecer gente nova. O atendimento da equipe foi um diferencial à parte: todos foram muito solícitos e me deram dicas valiosas sobre a região, o que me deixou muito mais tranquila para circular. ​A localização também é excelente e o clima do lugar é contagiante. Com certeza voltarei em uma próxima oportunidade. Recomendadíssimo para quem busca conforto, segurança e uma vibe incrível! Tudo foi incrível!

• Ida (9/5): Comfortable stay, close to the theatre - Staff were very friendly, thank you. The dorm bed was comfortable and they got big lockers for backpacks and curtains around the beds so it gave some wanted privacy. Also there was a socket and light next to every bed. Separated showers for men and women. There was portable water which was very good, didn’t have to buy plastic bottles. There’s a donation box at the hostel where you can leave your unwanted stuff. When I stayed there was supposed to be some social thing, but didn’t have. Also there’s a Tv in the living room next to the hang out area, so if someone is watching a tv it kind of takes away the feeling of socialising. The location is very close to the Teatro amazonas and some restaurants and shops but the street itself has many homeless people, if you arrive at night with taxi, ask the driver to wait until you’re inside the property.

• Sophia (7/5): - Das Personal war aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und kennen alle Gäste beim Namen. Die Lage ist super, man ist direkt im Zentrum Die Klimaanlage wurde in der Nacht leider sehr kalt eingestellt und konnte nicht reguliert werden. Die Betten waren teilweise unbequem und aus Plastik, somit schwitzt man einerseits und andererseits friert man wegen der Klimaanlage. Zudem sind die meisten Betten nicht vollständig mit Vorhängen ausgestattet, sodass es sehr hell ist - die Betten im Bunkbed oben sind davon natürlich auch betroffen, da sie keine Abdeckung haben. Leider gibt es in den Zimmern keine Hacken, um zumindest Handtücher aufzuhängen, auch fehlen generell Ablageflächen. Zu guter letzt: leider hält sich fast niemand an die Vorgabe, Schuhe vor den Zimmern stehen zu lassen - der Geruch ist teilweise entsprechend widerlich.

O café da manhã, que é pago à parte, é excelente, com frutas, sabores e sucos desconhecidos que é agradável descobrir. 🇬🇧I really liked the hotel's location in Manaus, as well as the welcome caipirinha! Breakfast, which is paid separately, is excellent, with fruits, flavors, and juices that are unfamiliar but pleasant to discover. 🇧🇷Infelizmente, faz muito frio nos dormitórios comuns, pois o ar condicionado está ajustado para 25 graus. O controle remoto não está acessível e os funcionários têm ordens para não aumentar a temperatura acima de 25 graus sem o consentimento de todas as pessoas do dormitório. É claro que solicitei o contato de todas as pessoas do dormitório e não me forneceram, o que é incoerente. Nada foi especificado no check-in e procurei o controle remoto várias vezes sem sucesso no dormitório. Esse frio polar me obrigou a abrir a porta do dormitório várias vezes e eu não era a única, pois às vezes a janela estava aberta para deixar entrar ar quente. Gostaria de esclarecer que não é a primeira vez que me hospedo em dormitórios com ar condicionado, mas é a primeira vez que o controle remoto não está acessível e que as pessoas do dormitório não têm controle sobre o ar condicionado. Após várias reclamações, um funcionário gentilmente me deu um cobertor, mas na véspera a jovem não me ofereceu. Eu ficaria mais uma noite, mas não nessas condições. Além disso, não escolhi o Local Hostel de Belém para me hospedar por causa disso! 🇬🇧Unfortunately, it is very cold in the shared dormitories, as the air conditioning is set to cold and 25 degrees Celsius. The remote control is not accessible and the staff have orders not to raise the temperature above 25 degrees without the consent of everyone in the dormitory. Of course, I asked for the contact details of everyone in the dormitory and they refused to give them to me, which is inconsistent. Nothing was specified at check-in and I looked for the remote control several times without success in the dormitory. This polar cold forced me to open the dormitory door several times, and I was not the only one, as sometimes the window was open to let in warm air.

O quarto estava frio de noite para dormir, o ar condicionado poderia ficar numa temperatura mais agradável. E o banheiro é bom, tem ganchos para pendurar roupas na hora do banho. Apenas sugiro acrescentar mais ganchos pois aumenta a comodidade de ajeitar coisas (toalha, roupas tiradas, roupas limpas a vestir).

• daniel (10/5): Wonderful hostel. - Everything. A great hostel with great staff with comfortable accomodations and by far the best price in town for the money. The only place I will stay when I'm in Manaus. Nothing. It was a wonderful stay.

• Jill (8/5): Fun spot in a great location - Location was great. Everything was walkable. Same-day laundry services. Private room with private bath. First stay we had a balcony too. Staff helpful and kind. No blankets on beds - just a sheet. When folks shut their lockers in the hall it echos - especially noticeable late in the night.

• Anderson (9/5): - Muito bem localizado, café da manhã ótimo. Dá pra ver que investiram bem nos banheiros. O balcão inclusive tem boas opções de doces e cervejas da região para comprar. Tem uma piscina modesta que serve muito bem naquele dia que vc quer relaxar mas não tá muito a fim de gastar. A cozinha também é muito bem suprida e bem mantida. O espaço é todo monitorado por câmeras e o acesso é bem seguro. Apesar de a localização ser excelente, a dois minutos da do Teatro e do largo S Sebastião, ele fica numa rua um pouco escondida que pode ser estranha para alguns.
