- Pui Yan (9/5): Great location with a very welcoming staff! - The hotel is located in a very convenient area with a lot of food and late-night shopping/entertainment options. It also has great bus networks that can take you everywhere, plus a lot of Uber cabs are available nearby! A very nice addition and mention would be the very helpful receptionist, He Len. She was so kind and friendly and made the overall experience way better than a standard hotel! Not a big fan of carpet in a hotel, but it was ok as you can wear slippers! I would recommend it to everyone, especially those who are flying in and out at midnight and early in the morning, since it's very close to the airport.

Special thanks to the lovely receptionist who explained to us how to use the laundromat across the street and went above and beyond to make us and other guests feel welcome. We were charged extra at the end of our stay. The receptionist didn't speak much English but we assumed it was for the water bottles provided in the room. Would have been nice to know they weren't complimentary.

- Christine (8/5): - Un parking est disponible à l'hôtel, avec voiturier puisque c'est un parking avec ascenseur. Le personnel d'accueil est très serviable et sympathique et, dans sa majorité, parle très bien anglais. Tout était très bien sauf les petits-déjeuners. Par rapport à l'année dernière à la même époque, le petit-déjeuner est nettement en dessous. Nous avons appris qu'il n'était plus géré par l'hôtel mais par une entreprise extérieure. Et cela s'en ressent. Le premir matin, à 9h15, la salade de fruits n'avait pas fini de décongeler, aucun fruit frais n'était proposé. Nous en avons fait la remarque à l'accueil et le lendemain matin, nous avions des fruits frais. Par contre, les 3 matins, les croissants étaient cuits à l'extérieur et encore congelés à l'intérieur.

Especially the morning receptionist is amazing sorry I forgot her name, her English are perfect and her attitude the best in the world. The room was ok nothing fancy it was clean and every day they kept this way. Also the location is amazing. It felt a bit old as a hotel. Also the rooms are a bit small if you have a larger size luggage.

J'ai été déçue du petit déjeuner au regard du prix. Le panier à pain était toujours vide, les plats étaient froids, pas de fruits ni de café à disposition il faut demander le café à une personne qui est souvent absente. Le coffre est minuscule !

- 顏 (10/5): - 櫃檯的服務人員都很好！尤其是check in 的時候可能booking 後台出現問題，一直搜不到訂單，但有一位會講中文的姐姐及一位有染頭髮的姐姐很有耐心的幫我處理 🥹 有一位斷頭髮的姐姐很熱情的幫我們介紹還偷偷跟我們說怎樣叫車比較便宜叫我們不要被騙🤣 房間雖然可以感覺到比較老但是不會髒，附近機能很好 走路10分鐘內的距離就有3間olive young 還有很多餐廳可以吃☺️

- Yan (9/5): 优越的地理位置和周到的服务 - 地理位置优越。前台一位女性员工特别好，热情周到，帮我查1100开放和交通信息，帮我叫出租车，还帮我抬行李到出租车上。太敬业了！ 房间很旧了，灯光有点暗。

Hay mismo prácticamente me recogían para los Tours la parada era en Lotte Duty Free…. Perfecto muy feliz me alegro haberme alojado en sus facilidades…. Muy complacida!!!!
