• Jon (3/5): Disappointing because it did not meet the expectations set by the description - The manager did all she could to address our concerns. I booked a deluxe kingsize room but the room was neither deluxe nor kingsize. The accommodation is better described as a basic B&B ideally situated as a stopover for the airport.

• Jonty (8/5): Perfect - This is a hotel for us perfect location and has everything we need not far from the airport or walking distance from our condo where our son stays. Perfect with friendly staff and rooms with a kitchen and separate bedroom all facilities are well maintained. I mentioned in english that one of the external AC units was requiring some work of the fan this was fixed next time we stayed (matter of days) we stay here regularly always happy thank you Excella

• Mick (8/5): Very good - Breakfast buffet was good with a mixture of Thai & western food. Location was OK for a transit through town but not much to do in the immediate area. Taxi service was great and always on the meter so no getting ripped off. The hotel did not have a lift so you had to carry the suitcases. OK for me but might be a bit difficult for others.

• James (10/5): - It was a very relaxing stay, but with my heavy luggage it was a hassle getting up to the second floor using the stairs as elevators aren’t really required in Thailand unless you’re above a certain amount of levels. This is a three level hotel, so there is no elevator so if you do have a lot of luggage try to get rooms on the first floor.

• Phillip (10/5): Fantastic hotel - highly recommended - My wife and I chose this hotel after such a bad experience at the Sunee a few months ago. I am so very happy that we did. The room is great. It has a divided bedroom/sitting area with their own separate air-con, a kitchenette/dining area and a separate bathroom. It was very comfortable for our stay of nearly two weeks. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, and they can’t do enough for you to make sure your stay is such a pleasant experience. The room is cleaned every day, and there is a different towel “origami” on the bed every day. It is a beautiful touch which shows the skill and art of the ladies who tended to us. The breakfast is really good, has a good selection, and there is always attentive staff on hand should you wish to make a special order. There is a big taxi park just around the corner, so when you ask the staff to call a taxi, by the time you get out of the door, it’s there waiting for you :) There is a wide choice of hotels in Ubon, but we are going back for another two weeks in October. I think that says it all :)
• lady siriwan and lord chris (10/5): this hotel is ok . - this hotel is good for 2 adults. hotel has no elevator or any restaurant. but they have only breakfast in the morning or hotel good and very cozy staff there .. come back to this place .. but breakfast included is minus also because poor elect of food .

• JH (10/5): good hotel for a good price - It is a good and friendly hotel. Located in a soi, and still area. But Ubon has a good Taxi system now. So use the taxi if you want to go. Breakfast is verry good. staff is friendly and rooms are clean. What do you want more ?
• Jan-Olav (10/5): Modern, affordable and very clean. - Very nice, and affordable place. Staff was very polite, always helpful and continously service-minded. Room might be small to some guests, but it was very clean, modern and also comfortable. Overall a really great place with great value for money. The only negative to think of, is that it was a little hard to find. If you come with your own car, it's no problem as they have a big parking at the back!

• David (8/5): Comfortable - Staff went out of their way to provide service. Hotel was small but clean and looked new. Room was very small, 800 sq ft, but was all we needed. Bedroom was half the room and seperate. Hotel was very hard to find in back neighborhood. No resturants or stores available to walk to. Resturant in hotel was ok.
