• Jason (9/5): I would recommend it, quite pricey but it’s one of the nicest resorts on the island - It was clean and the staff were lovely, the rooms were very nice and huge, and having your own little pool was handy The only thing I didn’t like was there wasn’t enough lighting in the bathroom, it made putting on make up a little hard as it’s all very dim lighting in the rooms but apart from that it was good

Amazing privacy The bed was so comfortable The staff at the restaurant were so exceptional Food at restaurant was delicious No bottled water for guests Airport transfer. We waited over an hour for our transfer and the people who were on board were staying at another resort despite it not being a shared transfer company

• Debra (6/5): Generally, speaking it was a nice stay but the rooms are tired and need to be refurbished. - The staff were friendly and the location was fine. However I paid $1000 per night for a room that would only be considered 3star in Australia and there was no late check out. Didn't like that I had to pay for 5 star accommodation and only got 3 star accommodation.
• Yvonne (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf aan mooi strand - Prachtige ruime villas aan het strand en in de tuin, zeer goede service, lekker eten, mooi zwembad aan zee, zee grote badkamer met alle faciliteiten. Fruit bij aankomst en koekje in de middag zijn fijne details! Een paar kleine dingen zoals wat gaten in de klamboe. Maar geen noemenswaardige zaken. Heerlijke plek!

• john (8/5): nice stay b ut I think somewhat overpriced for what it is. - Nice boutique resort, great location, room was good size . Breakfast was good, better than dinner/lunch and staff were very pleasant. However for what it is it still pretty exe! Restaurant for lunch and dinner was hit and miss, meals were inconsistent in quality. Serving frozen fish that isn't cooked properly when there is plenty of fresh pelagic around doesn't make sense. Things also often forgotten, doesn't seem anyone is in charge of ensuring what is ordered actually gets delivered.

Last couple of days the room developed a very loud creak in ceiling or wall. Neighbours directly through wall were quite noisy on one night. A better, newer selection of snorkel gear and beach feet would be great. Also there was no real instruction of where to clean or return gear.

• Shahnee (8/5): Beautiful location and beautiful resort. I don’t think we will stay here again. - The location is absolutely stunning. This was our second time staying here. Beautiful rooms and delicious food. Not all staff were attentive and friendly. There were three staff members who worked in the restaurant who were so lovely!! We remembered them from our visit last year. At times we did feel like we were a bit of an inconvenience to other staff members.

• Stephanie (10/5): We loved staying at the Nautilus so much, that we revised down our plans, to have more time spent in and around Nautlius - It was so special to have our own Are (suite), with plunge pool & private outdoor area. The room was very spacious. The proximity to the beach & glorious lagoon water was incredible.
• Gansel (5/5): Good location, overpaid facility, pet friendly staff which is trying to keep up with shortages. - The staff was friendly and cared for stray dogs. It has a good location and well-maintained landscaping. Professional spa treatment. Good snorkelling tour. The room—announced on Booking.com as a suite with 120 sqm—was 52 sqm, including build-ins. A staff member informed me that outdoor garden parts were included in this calculation. The information on Booking.com will be amended. A manager was supposed to come back to us to discuss this issue, but it has not happened. The open bathroom ceiling and walls join the only room, which is challenging for an occupancy of three. Breakfast was not restocked one hour before the finish. Long wait time for dinner in an only half-full restaurant. After more than 90 minutes of waiting for the, meanwhile, cold fish to arrive, we then usually dined out. Construction noise all over the place from a new deck built at the restaurant - without notice from management.

The beach front villa with the pool was amazing, great views and was so comfortable for our family. There is nothing I could complain about at this property! Maybe only the kids menu just needed to be a little bigger for how long we stayed but that is really picking.
