- Nayli (3/5): Im not going to repeat to stay in here - The fish pond at downstairs The toilet is smelly and clogged. The bed got stain like never change the bedsheets.
- Henry (4/5): Never comeback - ITS bad to stay No comeback
- Andri (7/5): Cheap Hotel - Near downtown, and cheap price. AC didn't function well, the housekeeping didn't put toothbrush and toothpaste first but only when you asked for them, and the towel is quit old with darken colour not looked clean-white. Also the room.key wasn't function well in room #9 so very hard to lock the room.
- Micha (7/5): Strategic and cheap but not too hygienic - Cheap and strategic location. Food and laundry is nearby. Friendly staff. We had to move to another room after 2 days that the AC always stopped every hour. The service tried to fix but didnt work. The hotwater takes ages to run which wasted a lot of water. At the first room there were little beetles like mini roaches that I had to hit with my slippers. Doesnt look hygienic.
- Rachel (1/5): Horrible - It was dirty, filled with mosquitos, and mold. So away from anywhere, and staff is neutral about anything. I also believe a person entered in my room while I was sleeping. Not safe at all and management is not even at the hotel. It was dirty, filled with mosquitos, and mold. So away from anywhere, and staff is neutral about anything. - Sulah (2/5): Very poor - Good location Reality differs from what has been advertised.
- Karya (7/5): Nice stay, some improvements can be done. - The rooms and beds are big. The Sofa is broken, several legs were missing. One of the staf came to look and told us it was already broken for some time. Better to get it out of the room than putting it there. Dangerous for children as the broken parts are sharp.
Some bad smell came from the bathroom.
