- Vengadessa (10/5): - Location Rooms were good but little dated
- Graciela (6/5): -
- James (9/5): - The rooms were clean, but the next day we requested that our room be cleaned, and it was not cleaned, with no communication provided.
- MAHMUD (5/5): -
- Sophie (8/5): -
- MariCruz (10/5): Great location - Great location, close to many hot spots!
- Mitch Lu (4/5): - OK, breakfast. OLD, walls are very thin, no hot tub.
- Mimmo (10/5): Excellent we watched 2 Mariner baseball games - The breakfast was fantastic- the only thing was that the guests above our room had very heavy feet when they were walking around but they finally settled in around midnight Nothing
- interviewtraveler (10/5): Hampton inn - The location is convenient, across from a Target and diagonal to a Trader Joe's shopping center, and a short drive to many Bellevue sights. The staff were nice. The room was adequate. There were some scuff marks on the walls, but it was clean. The window seems small for the size of the room, but there are plenty of lights. Breakfast was plentiful. They have cinnamon waffle batter, which isn't usual for hotel waffles. The gym had a peloton. Overnight parking is $15/night.

- Nancy (6/5): - I liked the selection of food. I did not like that the bathroom was not clean.
- Joe (9/5): - Staff where incredibly friendly and accommodating , epically Lucy Clean , friendly , comfortable beds safe location
- Scott (2/5): Will never stay there again. - Breakfast was not good. Coffee was not good either. Only thing we liked about was the location. Room was not that clean. When we checked out and saw all the breakdowns of our stay. Was not happy, especially with parking charges and also charges for our room. It was different than what it said. Much higher than expected with lots of hidden charges. They charged parking on our recipe for the entire stay and also charged it again after we left. Came back asked about it and they said that is how it is. Unbelievable!!! We will never stay there again. So many hidden charges.

- Annette (8/5): - Great location for our needs, very clean.
- Kanisha (7/5): - I really really love the stuff! We had to change rooms twice due to the toilet but they upgraded us! They're in the process of doing a massive upgrade in the hotel breakfast was incredible
- Dmitry (10/5): Very nice, clean and comfortable place to stay. Will be back again and again. - Clean, quiet, comfortable and great location. Nothing to complain about
- Shelby (10/5): Wonderful place! - Everything was amazing. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were friendly. They provided a pack and play for our baby. Pool was clean. Everything was great.
- Melody (8/5): Best night of sleep at a hotel in a long time! - The room was spacious clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and informative. Location, bed, free parking, price

- tricia (9/5): Number nine - It was close to the arcade. Went there for a birthday party stayed at your hotel. Had adjoining rooms, love the swimming pool was hoping there was a hot tub.
Great breakfast too a lot of options. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like
- Sug Deo (10/5): Good breakfast and welcoming staff - Breakfast was great and the staff was very welcoming.
The pool was open till late 11pm.
. One of my towels had a stain which was changed asap.
- Alison (8/5): -
- Danielle (7/5): Good hotel with good location - Good location, nice looking The pool was lukewarm. The common areas could have been cleaned better. Some carpet needs to be stretched as it was uneven and easy to trip on
- John347 (8/5): Good base for a Seattle visit -
- Crystal (10/5): -
- Cheryl (9/5): -
- Gabriela (7/5): Large room and friendly staff, but there is room for improvement - The room and the bathroom are quite large and provide everything you need (including a desk and chair). The bed is comfortable. The blackout curtains worked well. The staff were welcoming and nice. Breakfast is served with paper plates and plastic cutlery. Not a wide range to choose from - mostly sweet. Everything in the room and in the corridors looks quite old and could use a revamp: the bathroom fittings look old and overused, the carpets are worn and they fold in many places etc. The flow of the sink tap is very low, even when the tap is fully open. The AC is loud. The window doesn't open, so no chance to get some fresh air.

- Hélène (6/5): Overall great hotel, just need to change the front desk staff! - Room was big, good location and overall great hotel The staff was really not friendly nor helpful in any way. Going into an argument during the check out because the lady at the front desk does not want to give me an invoice for my stay is really not enjoyable!
- Serene (9/5): -
- Mitchell (8/5): - Good price, and great location. Close to a few shopping locations and restaurants. Our only complaint was the beds felt too firm and the pillows were less than desirable.
- Ricky (8/5): - Clean rooms and facilities, close to stores, Target is right across the street.
- STEVEN (10/5): - Friendly and efficient staff.
- Consuelo (10/5): - Everything!!! Hampton is usually where I prefer to stay when I travel because it is always great. But this stuff is the definition of absolutely great customer service!!! Scale to 1 to 10, 12!!! All the stuff was great but Lucy was amazing. Only thing I didn't like was I couldn't stay longer there!!!!
- denise (8/5): -
- Sheila (10/5): Joyful - The staff was courteous and accommodating. The room was great and location was perfect.
- Juliana (10/5): - Great 👍
- Vanessa (10/5): - Very clean. Great breakfast
- Jennifer (6/5): - Beautiful hotel. Beds were not very comfortable. Check in gal was not very friendly. Breakfast was awesome.
- Alma (10/5): - The food was really good!
- Debbie (6/5): - We’ve stayed at this property many times over the past few years. Always spotless. Our room had a large dirty handprint by the bathroom light switch. Dirty spot in the bathtub.
- Cruz (8/5): - Overall the property was exactly what we needed and the rooms were very nice. Beds were a little "off" in both rooms we had so maybe time to replace those, but otherwise it was solid and the staff was GREAT. One minor note though is that during breakfast we had individuals come up to ask and ask if we could say they were guests with us so they could partake in the breakfast. Not a dangerous situation per say but could turn into one so might need to consider extra staffing/security during breakfast hours.
- Latrell (6/5): Rooms beautiful and comfortable. Very accommodating to an extent. - Super clean and comfy
Great neighborhood The late night front desk guy was a little rude and very sassy for no reason.
- Kelly (8/5): - It was nice
- Brenda (8/5): Great hotel but be prepared to pay for parking. - The spacious room, all staff were friendly and helpful and location was good if you don’t want to be in the busy downtown Couldn’t understand why there was a fee for parking. The lot was huge with plenty of parking spaces and the hotel is not in the heart of downtown.
- Hadley (10/5): -
- Keith (10/5): - Great price, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast makes this an excellent option for anyone traveling in this area.
- Vitória (10/5): -
- Rebekah (6/5): - Extra fees should be noted and explained prior to booking and charging. The extra charge for parking and hold of deposit, was not explained by the front desk or when making my reservations.
- Kaylynn (8/5): Excellent! Good price and accommodating. - Staff were welcoming. The breakfast was good and beds were comfy! No hot tub and being on the 3rd level it got pretty warm despite the AC for the room.
- Alicia (10/5): - The staff is very friendly and efficient.
- Scott (6/5): Ended our trust in Hampton Inns - We travel often and have been choosing Hampton Inn in several states due to consistent cleanliness and comfort. This ended that streak. The beds were rock hard, hardest Ive ever encountered in a hotel. The pillows look fluffy until you touch them, then they go flat. See photos one with my home pillow as comparison.
*Sensory Warning* They also had a diffuser placed right by the elevators. It was so strong I had to cover my face, it then follows you into the elevator so youre trapped with it all while reading a sign that says "Breathe in the fresh air of the PNW" It was so strong I could feel it on my lips and hands an hour after we drove home. My 19 yr old who never complains actually suggested we drive home instead of trying to sleep on the beds for our 2nd night. We checked out early, no refund for 2 day parking charge even though we were in their parking lot less than 24 hrs. Staff said sorry but no offer of partial refund.
- William (7/5): - Nice breakfast Paid parking
- Khaliman (10/5): -
- Mayra (10/5): - My family and I enjoy staying here everything is close. Walking distance to Dave & Busters across the street, Trader Joe’s and Target. Staff is friendly and hotel very clean!
- Edgar (8/5): - Parking should be free considering there are no other options on street.
- Toru (9/5): -
- Toru (9/5): -
- Huilian (8/5): - The location is very central. Love the 24 hour coffee. Breakfast buffet included is a nice touch. The building is slightly older. The room we got have the entrance awing blocking most of our natural light.
- ronald (8/5): - Good location if you want to have easy access to getting downtown without staying downtown.
- Jayme (10/5): - A great stay
- Kwrigglesworth (9/5): Comfy but a bit expensive - Love Hampton always have
Breakfast was nice as usual and the kitchen staff were on their toes great It was Expensive. We booked because we had to find a clean place to stay so as much as I love Hampton it’s the most expensive I’ve Ever paid for one.
Oh and trash bags were forgotten which isn’t a huge deal but they were
- Vicki (10/5): - We stay here every year-great service, food is good and it is convenient to everywhere we want to go
- Patricia (6/5): - The reception Anna not friendly nor helpful.
- Katie (10/5): - Love this hotel! Nice staff and comfortable beds!
- Emma (6/5): - It was run down...the closet in the room was cracked and you could see all the dust behind the closet. It definitely needs a few updates. I did go to the restaurant to get a coffee, the barista was vwry friendly and made a good latte.
- Ramona (10/5): Pleasurable - The bed & breakfast No hot tub
- A.J. (8/5): - Nice stay.
- Mayra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Luis (6/5): - Nothing
- Angela (8/5): - The hotel was very clean and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel could use some updating of their furniture and style.
- Xenia (10/5): - Staff were very helpful and friendly.
- Juliana (8/5): Very good - It is ok. Internet conection was terrible
- Justin (5/5): Turd in a candy wrapper - The breakfast was great! It was located right near all the shops and restaurants. The workers were professional and did a good job. The main lobby and first floors looked really nice. The floors coming out of the elevators were ripped and taped up with duct tape which caused the carpet bunch up making people trip as they walked over it. The other thing was the beds, the one thing hotels should spend the most money on. They were just one step up from sleeping on the ground. This was not a cheap hotel and we also had to pay an additional $15 dollars for parking. I expected the rest of the hotel to mirror the high quality of the lobby, but jokes on me. This is just a turd in a candy wrapper.
- Vicente (10/5): Exceptional -
- Verified traveler (2/5): - We went here became my wife had a class she had to attend all day Saturday for school and we live in blaine so we had to come down after work friday so we got there around 9pm Friday and the lady at the front desk was rude could barely speak English. We ssked for a high fkoor when we made reservations and so we could sleep and got the second floor. There was loud people above us all night both nights and our coffe machine wouldn't work so the morning was pretty rough and when i was in the middle of taking a shower the big hallway light fixture fell and shattered all over the floor! No room service had to ask for towels and soap. When we checked out the front desk said sorry about the light. Its probably because of people walking hard above us and they had to remodel. We Didn't even know we had to pay for parking because it was the same price and there was a big parking lot on the property. We figured paying 600.00 included parking!
- Naya (6/5): Pleasant -
- klaus (4/5): Never again. - Breakfast not served until 7 am.
At 11 pm there was multiple people arguing a long time in room next door. They then started singing and clapping. For the ridiculous price of this place I expect some peace and quiet and a breakfast I can actually attend.
- Tami (10/5): - Excellent location and clean
- Jenn (2/5): - Pool was out: they said it’d be fixed by the next day. It never was for the 3 days we were there. Very disappointing.
