• Joshua (10/5): Beach birthday party! - We had my daughter's 11th birthday here and they let us invite guests with no problem to be there for the celebration. The room was very clean and well stocked with everything you may need from toiletries to pots and pans. The pool it's self was the cleanest pool we have ever been in and we stayed in a lot of places, also the front office staff is very welcoming and kind . The beach view is amazing and the kitchen was very spacious. The beds were comfy as well.

• Cheryl (10/5): - Emily was amazing as well as Margaret! There was another young woman whose name I didn’t get, but she was wonderful as well! The view was incredible and the pool was pristine and beautiful! The only thing that would have made it better would be to replace the mattresses!
• Deborah (6/5): - The property is quite run down. The unit that we had was very small. All older furnishing. The mattress on the pullout couch really needs replacing. Don't expect to check in on time. It may be 15 minutes late. No early check in is available. They have no late check out option unless you are an owner. (This is a time share). It was somewhere to lay our heads but was definitely not somewhere we would return.
• Jill (6/5): - The view of the ocean from the room was amazing. However the hotel did not have internet the entire time we were there. They kept telling us it would be fixed soon but it wasn’t. The room was fine. The hotel was a little run down but you could not beat the view and pool.

• Angie (8/5): - Was great stay however the first night i flew from st.louis mo.to atlanta and then layover was supposed to be short but had waited over 6 hours so my flight didnt land until 8:30 pm when normally be 3:07...then had to get my rental car so was at 9 p.m. i called the hotel and Jade helped me get to there for they closed at 10...i was very stressed and panicky due to the time thing and asked her to walk me thru the way there from airport trying to beat the clock...and dark.plus road construction so she helped me with that but then when i got there it was right before 10 p.m. and jade was on phone taking along time to wait on me ...i was very exhausted and wanted to get to my room plus everyting closed and wanted to get food and ameal...finally found a late night pizza place that delivered late...but she said to me maybe i wasnt meant to be there n made me feel very small....it was rude to me to say that n i felt very bad but wasnt my plan nor fault my layover was over 6 hours..thats y i wanted to be there by 4 to get in hotel...buy food...then relax at pool n beach....but rest week was good...i askd her if she could put that person on hold n check me in for that person was just asking a bunch of questions about the area
• Russell (2/5): - Property is old and run down. The room looked clean but smelled musty. The queen bed was actually a pull out from the wall. There was no staff after 10 so they were unable to help and when we spoke to them off our concerns in the morning they were incredibly unhelpful and rude. Will not be returning.
• Deborah (6/5): - Cute but dated. Needs a little bit of repair; bathroom ceiling needs to be replaced, new curtains in living room/kitchen area. A/C in bathroom needs to be replaced or Freon add. Very clean and the staff were very friendly and polite.

• Brandi (10/5): Quiet spot on the Beach - What a great place for a quiet stay! It is a quaint little place, that was a perfect spot to stay. It isn't fancy, but clean and quiet. I felt safe. I was so surprised when I got to my room and found that I was oceanfront. What a treat! The staff was great, and very helpful for any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!!

• Jessica (10/5): - Stayed here for jeep week and the place was great. The only thing we had a issue with was the queen bed was hard. There was 4 of in each room and the pull out couches were more comfortable than the the beds.
• Amy (6/5): Ok for one night but Bring your own coffee. - I called ahead on my way specifically to ask if coffee was provided since we were stopping for snacks and breakfast items at Publix on the way. I was told that there was a drip coffee pot/machine and yes, there was coffee for it provided. What we found was two prepackaged coffee pods with no indication of how much each was supposed to make. It definitely seemed like more than for a single cup but we learned that it was not intended for a full pot. Or even 1/2 pot - which I tried with the second pod. It came out like colored water/ tea- like. We even pushed the “strong” button! Everything was pretty old. Sofa sleeper is what you have to sit on to watch TV and was very uncomfortable.
• Carissa (10/5): Perfect location! - The location was perfect! Right on the beach with a pool. We loved our stay as a family of 4. The only thing I would have a minor complaint about is we needed extra pillows and blankets, and didn't realize until night time. We were all a bit chilly at night. Aside from that, we loved our room and would definitely stay again.

Worse part was that we checked out at 8am(needed to be out by 10) front desk was locked. No one answered the phone and no voice mail available. Called every half hour until 1 pm. It is really far from daytona and lots of detours.

BUT, everyone who works here is SO amazing. Actually felt cared for and they were just awesome. INCREDIBLE location right on the ocean. Beautiful view from the pool and all the rooms. Such a great price for a great experience. Loved it here!!

The accommodations are like out of the 60s and the friendliness of staff and other visitors like that era too. Will definitely be back!

• kaitlyn (4/5): Deceiving - The photos portrayed an ocean front view with chairs and a balcony facing the ocean. However, when we got there the hostess informed me we are in her caddy corner room. No chairs. On the side of the building viewing the neighbors. And literally just barely even enough room to sit on the floor of the balcony. The water took 10 minutes to get hot. The drain didn’t work, and the handles for the shower almost screwed off when I tried turning the water on. The closet was broken. Overall being able to go down stairs and walk onto the beach was the only good part. We had NO room service the entire time we were there, even though we had our sign up pretty much everytime we left the room. The room is small, the pictures make it look decently sized but it’s not. I just really expected something cleaner/ nicer/ and with the view I payed for.

Upon check-in, we were assigned a first floor room and we were very happy with the front desk clerk upgrading us to a higher floor with a balcony! Thank you so much! Didn't get to enjoy the pool area...a little chilly in February, but looked beautiful!

• Tammy (6/5): February 2025 visit - Staff was friendly and helpful. The building and room (furniture) were very outdated (1970's). A remodel is needed and king beds would be nice. The TV location was behind a partition wall so from the bed you couldn't see the TV. The facility was clean and the pool was perfectly heated as well. If you are a renter and not an owner, you have to pay to use a beach chair.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Decent stay for the nice, unkind staff - We were coming in late. A lady called and let me know that they closed at :10 but left us keys in a box. we were able to check in late and fill out the paperwork in the morning which was very nice. My husband was checking in which was close to 10:00 a.m. say that the checkout time was 10:00 a.m. We thought we had till 11:00. The lady then called us at 10 :07 a.m. And told us if we were not out by 10:15 we would be charged. She was not kind about it And could have reminded my husband when he was there. 5 minutes earlier. We had to shove all of our stuff into a bag and get out in 8 minutes with two little kids. My husband apologized and said he thought checkout was 11. :00. The lady just said no to him. The picture is really deceiving of the view. It shows the door opening on to sand to the beach. And it is a tall hotel building where all the rooms do face the ocean over a pool. The view is good but not what is shown in the picture. Also the bathtub leaked and the TV did not work. Overall, it fit our needs for the night and we appreciate that. Our bedding was cleaned which we appreciate but kindness is a very important. The girl I talk to at night was very nice but the girl in the morning, Emily, was not kind and we will not be back.

• Elyse A. (10/5): Really nice - Wonderful small hotel. Recently renovated. You can tell the owners really cared about their property. Lovely, spacious room overlooking the ocean. Balcony was great. We are coming back when the weather is warmer and recommending this hotel to our friends.
