• Climber66453414102 (10/5): Comfortable, clean & quiet! 10/10 - We had a wonderful experience at the Park Avenue hotel in Singapore over Chinese New Year. Close to public transport it made getting around a cinch! The accommodations were clean and comfortable with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Kumar and Mui Leng took excellent care of our room and truly wanted us to relax and enjoy our vacation. Even went beyond expectations to help me with some stain removal (chili crab!!) . I highly recommend the Park Avenue hotel and would stay there again if ever back in Singapore. 10/10

And the room was very spacious! I just don’t like the sink. The sink itself is big but the faucet is too small. Wish its more bigger faucet.

• Natasha (9/5): Awesome hotel for a stop over. - It was located very close to the airport and a large supermarket next door that was open 24 hours. The room was very spacious (very high ceilings) and beds really comfortable, we had a great night sleep while we stayed in Singapore for a stop over. It was perfect. The room card didn't have a number on it and we mixed our key up with our father and he was on another floor. Our key wouldn't give us access to the his floor so we had to get new key card for his floor so we could get to him and swap the keys. This was not the fault of the hotel, just inconvenient at the time.

• Geovani (1/5): Poor staff services - Amenities oke lah The staff at reception were so rude, they didn't show any hospitality. Especially the lady. No smile at all!! Don't have a proper restaurant, we can't do room service, and have to go there at "looks unclean" restaurant. We arrived at 7 am on 13th July, which is when we reserved on 12th July. And we are just asking late check out 1 pm, the lady said "no, we are fully booked. With no smile or empathetic face. Overall will never come back with that's manner.
• Sara (6/5): Okay - The staff at Park Avenue were very helpful and we liked the location - there was a good mall nearby and Changi and the Jewel were just one stop away on the MRT. Room was okay, but the bathroom needed some work.
• Rohan (1/5): Ripped off by extra charge on arrival and no communication!! - The location and room was great but we were charged an extra amount on arrival even though we paid in full 2 months ago! Never had that happen before We were then charged again for another room we didnt book! There was no discussion. they just tried to take the money again from our credit card. Please beware if you choose to stay here!! We use booking.com alot and have never had an experience like this before, tried to sort out on arrival but they wouldn't check us in without paying extra, and tried to take another night's accommodation amount instead sorting their glitch, as we clearly didnt want another room.

Thank you Cyril, also I wan tot thank Faiz as well as he is really a nice person to talk to, very helpful and accommadating on the info as we needed to head to the shopping mall, so best service from him as well.

This time, I stayed here for more than ten days.  Because of the change in the plan, the order was divided into four,and the room type I booked was different.   This time, child has to arrange a study,and often has to run to Downtown, so it's a little troublesome for us to change rooms.  After understanding these situations, Mr Faiz and Ms Priya helped us and directly connected to the fourth book in the third book. It saved me a lot of time.  The cleaning service of the hotel is good, especially every staff at the front desk has been smiling to every guest, which makes us feel warm and friendly. We will recommend it to my friends. Many thanks

• Hiu (1/5): Location is good, don’t expect good quality. - Location is the best for reaching airport shortly, undoubtedly it is very convenient. Room size, equipments provided, water pressure, facilities are reasonably described. Once I opened the room door, the air-con smell badly. The wardrobe destroyed the whole experience. Before I went to bed, I was shocked that there is no way to switch off the light pipe of wardrobe, no external button, and the wardrobe cannot be closed completely (i.e. lights are shining). It’s a late night and no one will expect to deal with this stupid issue when I’m catching an early flight next morning, totally ridiculous! It’s an unacceptable experience but I just want to focus on my vacation. If anyone is looking for excellent quality, not recommended.

Apartment was clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff members were very friendly and also happy to help us to sort out a big car for our lift to the airport. A little couch could be a bit bigger or changed for a sofa bed for the family staying. Also we didn’t have spare bedding or a towel for our toddler. After a call the housekeeper dropped off some spare sheets and towels.

• Traveller_SGG (10/5): Apartment style suite. Super single bed - Stayed at the one bedroom suite in the hotel room assigned to us. The one bedroom suite comes with a sleeping room with two super single beds, with a bathtub and standing shower. It also comes with a living room with spacious sofa, and a kitchen. The huge techo refrigerator to put your fresh fruits and drinks. Utensils provided and dish washing sponge and detergent provided too. The kitchen has a washing basin and a washing machine too. It is like an apartment style one bedroom suite. The location is great. It is located just 2 minutes walk from the expo train station. You can walk to the ESR Changi building, 1 minute walk away, to try out the famous song fa bak ku teh. The Changi city point with lots of cafe and dining restaurants is within 2 minutes walk. There is also McDonald's fast food there too. Ntuc supermarket is located just 1 minute walk from the hotel building. Parking is not complimentary for in-house guests. You can purchase a parking coupon at $3.50, with one time exit only. You can also walk 10 minutes to the expo convention hall where there will be furniture, computers electronic, and food fair, from time to time. The hotel has a rooftop swimming pool and a small gym there for you to use. The hotel surroundings are very quiet during the weekends as the business industrial park area, most of them are not working. One plus point for the hotel is that they actually managed to squeeze so many things into one small suite. But the downside is that the bed is super super tiny, it is like a super super single bed . You can't turn much after you lie flat on the bed.
• Dryer (10/5): Great location for a few days in Singapore - Easy and quick to get from Airport. Easy to get i to town on super clean trains. Washing machine/dryer was a bit difficult to operate.

• Jamie (7/5): Weekend in Singapore - Loved how close this was to the MRT, very quick trip to the airport from here. The staff was kind during checking in and were helpful with ordering us a cab. Plenty of decent food options nearby and steps away from any shopping you might need. Decent sized grocery store right across the way. The kitchenette was great for washing baby bottles and supplies. Having the living room/ bedroom separation was nice as well. The bathroom kept flooding whenever we needed to run the shower or bath. The carpet right outside the bathroom door was soaked when we arrived and the whole time we were there, so I'm assuming it's an ongoing issue. The bedroom was really dusty especially on the side of the bed by the window. Some signs of mold on the walls on that side, as well. Pretty annoying for the price we paid for the room.

• jeroendR1339AD (8/5): Great staff! - Good hotel on a great location near the Singapore Expo and not far from the international airport. The rooms are good and spacious, the fitness area is great and the pool, although it is a bit small, is nice. The staff and specially Far and Cyril were great!
