A hot spring bath is open between 15:00-10:00 (next day).
Sauna is open between 16:00-22:00.
An open-air private bath can be reserved for private use between 16:00-23:00, and it's charged per 45 minutes.
To use the hotel's free shuttle (offered between 14:00 - 18:00), call upon arrival at Fujikyuko Kawaguchiko Station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Please note that this hotel is located at the top of a steep hill.
Dinner is available at an additional cost and and must be reserved at least 1 day in advance.

Никого не было. Это чудесно. Хорошая изоляция! Удобен трансфер . Здорово, что есть велосипеды, но обращайте внимание на сиденье велосипеда. Есть не очень удобные, а объехать все озеро - чудесное занятие!!!!! 👍 Отель расположен на возвышенности, поэтому учитывайте это. Я бы поменяла матрасы, они не очень удобные. А в остальном , все хорошо!

- Stephanie (9/5): A lovely relaxing few days in between city sightseeing - Comfortable rooms all with fabulous views of Mt Fuji and a lovely Onsen Tough to find any big negatives though, whilst the location was wonderful for the view, it was a good 25 minute walk to the main area for restaurants though the hotel does provide a free shuttle at certain times of the day

As it was raining on the day of arrival and no cabs were available they offered to drop us to the restaurant. Das Abendessen war exzellent und das Personal extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich! Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es leider dafür, dass das Zimmer etwas hellhörig war und wir den Fernseher der Nachbarn durch die Wand durchhören konnten. Wir haben dann einfach mit Ohrenstöpseln geschlafen.

- b2e076f6ca7e73057fec8bfaa385224c (9/5): - Tout ! Une navette est venue nous récupérer à la gare de fujikawaguchiko. La vue de la chambre sur le Mt Fuji est magique. Nous avons fait le onsen privatif qui est en extérieur ! Il est superbe. Mon conjoint a fait l'onsen publique qui est beau également. Le réceptionniste nous a aidé à réserver les billets de bus retour vers Kyoto. Nous n'avions pas pris le petit déjeuner. Mais il y a à disposition gratuitement du café / chocolat chaud / thé avec des petits chocolats à l'accueil. Le personnel est très sympathique. Nous avons pris le restaurant de l'hôtel le soir car c'est un peu éloigné des restaurants de la ville. Nous avons pris un shabu shabu qui a été bon mais pas incroyable. Nous sommes très ravis de ce séjour.

- ce85ee0c7e69720d09c396daea0ee92a (9/5): Amazing views, excellent service! - The view is absolutely unmatched around the lake. From the minute you wake up and look out the window it’s breathtaking. The rooftop bar area gives added opportunity to chill out and enjoy the view, as well as the hotels own ‘public’ onsen and bookable private onsen that both have a view of Fuji. The complimentary e-bikes are brilliant and made getting around a breeze. The complimentary shuttle to and from the train station at peak hours is also brilliant. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat here during our stay so cannot comment, but there’s nothing we didn’t like.

We received such a warm welcome and service from all the staff, and the location is fantastic. They also serve dinner here, including shabu-shabu and Western-style dishes. I will definitely be back again. There's nothing I dislike about staying here. I would everyone to stay here.

- Kathryn (10/5): 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ amazing hotel! - Beautiful small, quaint hotel with amazing views of Mt. Fuji and the Lake. The staff were very friendly and responsive, the food was fabulous, and the bar downstairs was wonderful. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan, and I travel there four times a year! If you go to Fuji, you must stay here. I can’t wait to go back.
