• DIMITRIOS (9/5): Άνετο και ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο στο κέντρο της Ρώμης - Το ξενοδοχείο ενώ είναι σε παλαιό κτήριο, έχει ανακαινισμένα δωμάτια με αρκετά καλά υλικά. Το κρεβάτι ήταν σχετικά άνετο, ενώ το ψυγείο ήταν τελείως αθόρυβο. Ενώ η περιοχή έχει αρκετό θόρυβο όταν έκλεινες το παράθυρο είχε απόλυτη ησυχία, κάτι που δύσκολα θα το συναντήσεις σε ξενοδοχείο. Ο χώρος του πρωϊνού ήταν πολύ μικρός, αλλά ευτυχώς επειδή ξυπνούσαμε αργά, υπήρχε πάντα διαθέσιμο τραπέζι να καθίσουμε. Το πρωϊνό δεν είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία όμως ήταν αρκετά καλό και κυρίως με φρέσκα προϊόντα. Τα αλλαντικά κόβονταν μπροστά σου, όπως και η φρουτοσαλάτα. Τα γλυκά ήταν νόστιμα και πάντα φρέσκα, ενώ το καπουτσίνο ήταν πολύ καλό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά ευρύχωρο σε σχέση με άλλα δωμάτια ξενοδοχείων. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ εξυπηρετικοί σε όλα. Το μόνο ουσιαστικό πρόβλημα ήταν η κατασκευαστική διαμόρφωση του μπάνιου με γυψοσανίδες, σε χώρο του διπλανού δωματίου, με αποτέλεσμα όταν έκανε κάποιος ντουζ στο διπλανό δωμάτιο και άνοιγε τον εξαερισμό του μπάνιου (ήταν συνδεδεμένος με τα φώτα οροφής) ο θόρυβος ήταν ανυπόφορος επειδή ακουγόταν σαν ηχείο λόγω της κατασκευής με γυψοσανίδες. Ευτυχώς κάθε φορά που γινόταν αυτό ζητούσαμε από τον ιδιοκτήτη να ενημερώσει τους διπλανούς να κλείσουν τον εξαερισμό, όπως κάναμε και εμείς από την πρώτη μέρα στο δικό μας δωμάτιο. Όταν είδα το σχεδιάγραμμα των δωματίων του ορόφου, ήταν προφανή τα κατασκευαστικά λάθη που υπήρχαν σε κάθε δωμάτιο και δεν χρειάζεται να είσαι μηχανικός, όπως εγώ, για να το καταλάβεις.

• NATALYA (7/5): - Absolutely loved our stay! We arrived very late (around 3am) and the self check-in was perfectly organized — smooth, clear and stress-free. The room was elegant, stylish and very quiet, with a beautiful private terrace — such a lovely touch. Everything was spotless and felt carefully designed. Service was excellent — every request was handled quickly and professionally. The location is simply perfect: right in the center, just 5–7 minutes walking distance from all the main attractions. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Tevens, de locatie van het hotel is perfect. Het is dichtbij bij de meeste bezienswaardigheden zoals Trevi fontein, Closseum, en enz. Bedankt alle voor mooi verblijf in Rome. N.v.t.

• Gabriela (9/5): Week-end marathon Rome - Localisation parfaite…proche de tous les points d’intérêt à Roma. Bonne literie (pas de matelas moi) mais c’est personnel! La nuit, c’est très calme. L’hôtel se situe dans une rue très calme. Par contre, on entend tous les bruits du couloir et aussi du petit déjeuner (mais notre chambre était au dessus des escaliers)! Petit déjeuner bon. Mais il pourrait être excellent s’il y avait du pain frais (c’était du pain mie).

We were there for 4 nights, and even though we didn’t expect clean towels every day, at least one change of towels would have been nice considering there was lack of towel racks to hang them and the weather wasn’t conducive to them drying out during the day.

• Ingeborg (9/5): Súper ubicación - La ubicación es buenísima. Fuimos andando a todos los monumentos menos al Vaticano que cogimos un autobús. El personal muy amable y destacaría la limpieza de la habitación. Pedí cama doble y nos dieron una habitación de dos camas. No pedí que me la cambiasen por lo que tampoco sería justo quejarme.
• Isabel (10/5): Estupendo - Muy contenta con Martino, muy agradable y servicial, nos resolvio todas las dudas. La ubicacion es excepcional, a 10 min de la fontana di trevi andando. El desayuno y el personal perfecto, repetiria sin dudarlo.

• Andrea (9/5): - We were originally meant to book the Trevi Palace Luxury Hotel as we were travelling to Rome as part of a group.Unfortunately due to not realising that there were two hotels of the same name I ended up booking this one and even though I realised my mistake straight away after contacting the hotel I was unable to change it. Fortunately both hotels were within walking distance of each other other the Luxury hotel was more central and closer to the Trevi fountain. That aside this hotel was still in a great location and within walking distance of the Trevi fountain, the Colloseum and other attractions of Rome. On arrival we were greeted by the receptionist who was really friendly and helpful. Our room although small was well equipped with toiletries and a mini bar. We paid for breakfast which although there wasnt a lot on offer other than pastries, cereal, fruit and eggs (omelettes/scrambled) the food was lovely and the cappuccino's were the best! Overall a great stay! Apart from some of the minor details above there's nothing that we didn't like!

• C Celecia (9/5): Excellent - The location of this hotel is perfect, you have a couple of really nice restaurants near by if you do not fancy a long walk in the evening. Monti and Trevi areas are really close by walking. In actual fact we walked everywhere. The Breakfast is very very nice and they will actually cook eggs for you in the morning to have with a really nice spread. Nothing really everything in my view was great and the hotel met all of our expectations. If i return to Rome I would stay here again without question.

• Keith (10/5): A wonderful stay in a really excellent hotel. Already planning our return. - This is a real gem of a hotel. It is located within 15/20 minutes walk of the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Termini Rail/Bus Station, La Repubblica Metro Stop. All on the impressive Via Nazionale with beautiful shops, restaurants and excellent bus links. The breakfast is a continental buffet with cheese, cold meats, bread, rolls, pancakes, croissants, cakes, yoghurts, fruit juice, fruit, scrambled eggs or omelettes on demand. So nice and tasty and great to start the day. The room was big, spotlessly clean with a mini fridge and good sized wardrobe. The staff were all so lovely and helped with directions to all the areas we asked for. Very decently priced for such a lovely hotel in a great location. Only that I could not stay longer!! Another 2 or 3 days/weeks would have been better.

• SHIRA (8/5): נהננו מאד. המלון מאד נוח ועונה על הרבה צרכים חשובים. - החדר במלון היה מרווח, נקי ונוח, סידרו לנו את החדר כל יום ודאגו לכל מחסור, צוות המלון מאד ידידותי וארוחת הבוקר טובה אבל מאד סטנדרטית. המיקום היה באזור נוח וקרוב להרבה אטרקציות, מסעדות ותחבורה ציבורית ממש סמוכה. הגענו למלון ב 22:30 בלילה, אחרי שעות הקבלה של המלון, ולכן הנחו אותנו בהודעות כיצד להשיג את המפתח ואיך להכנס. ההסבר היה לא טוב ואלמלא עזרה מיקרית של שוהים במלון שעברו לידנו, לא בטוחה שהיינו צולחים את ה״משימה״ להגיע למפתח. מאד מתסכל ומאד לא נעים בשעת לילה כ״כ מאוחרת. אמנם המיקום מאד קרוב להרבה מקומות אך צפו לעליות לא מבוטלות בדרך לשם. כמו כן, להבנתנו המלון שוכן בסמוך למיקום ממשלתי/דיפלומטי חשוב, ולכן לא מעט משטרות באזור וחסימת דרכים. קצת הפריע.

• Karla (8/5): - We loved our stay here! The staff were all so kind and helpful in every way! The room was a bit small and we wished there was a vanity in the bathroom but other than that we loved our stay here! Proximity of property is perfectly located!

• Marc (10/5): - Centrally located from most of the main tourist sites, it is only about a 10-15 minute to most of them. Safe neighborhood and rooms are secure. Burger King is next door. We never had breakfast there since it was a little expensive and just ate at a local cafe instead. Staff was friendly and helpful.
• Terrance (10/5): - The young woman that greeted me was amazing, very helpful with giving us ideas to travel through the city. She also suggested a restaurant which we ate at twice. She made the city look easy to get around. The room was great, bed and linen were amazing.
• Chris (8/5): - Front desk staff were Amazing.Walked into neighbouring building and our room. Helped us carry bags up the stairs. Breakfast was great as we ordered whatever eggs we wanted. Location was perfect, walked to the colosseum, Spanish steps, the pantheon. Only negative was construction to store next door which woke us both mornings at 8, and went on most of the day, which was challenging with jet lag. We didn’t know how to contact staff to request more pillows or a new hair dryer without walking to the main building. Mattress was very hard.
• Timothy (8/5): - The staff was great Daniela at the front desk was awesome. She arranged by airport transfer the place is clean, but I would definitely recommend some earplugs. I do a lot of traveling so I’m prepared. I stayed at the top of the stairs. The room was a little noisy, but the staff was great. We spent one night in the suite and that room was really nice. I would probably stay here again, very convenient location.
