• Femie (10/5): - Wij hebben ons verblijf als zeer goed ervaren, Super aardige mensen, heerlijk ontbijt, mooie schone kamer, goed bed enz..... Wij hebben t alleen maar als prima hotel ervaren en hebben verder niets te melden over wat er beter zou kunnen. Gewoon zo doorgaan!

• Gorrit (8/5): - Goed gelegen hotel aan de Waalkade op loopafstand van het centrum. Vanwege late aankomst checkte ik in via een sluitelkastje en de nachtingang. Deze wss wat sober, en daardoor werd ik prettig verrast door de kamer en ontbijtruimte. Ontbijt was goed, tegen een lage prijs.

However, our room was located up 2 flights of steep narrow stairs. If you are in anyway impaired make sure and ask for an accessible room!

Matrassen zo zacht dat je in een kuil ligt Ontbijt ondermaats ham kaas en salami grote potten pindakaas waar je uit moet scheppen bolletjes slecht aangevuld. Wel leuk dat je in het fietsmuseum kan ontbijten. Kortom locatie top qua ligging maar te veel betaald voor wat je er krijgt.

• tom (6/5): Locatie en ontbijt prima - Een van de twee bedden was erg slecht en zat een diepe kuil in. Ook moet je van traplopen houden in dit hotel. Kamer en gangen zijn gedateerd en niet super onderhouden (kapotte lampen, loshangend behang, etc)

• James (8/5): - The property is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was good. You can't park directly at the hotel but there is an underground garage 5 minutes walk across from the park behind the hotel. They do let you pull up to unload and load luggage for check-in/out and discount the parking garage fee. The Riverside view was spectacular and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would stay again.

• Joseph (8/5): Perfect location. - The location is ideal. We had a room at the front with huge windows and a view of the waal and bridge. The room was comfortable and wonderfully decorated, the mural on the wall, shag carpet and bathtub in room was campy kitsch but we loved it!

The furniture in the room was rather old but still in good condition. The breakfast had bread with meat, cheese, and spreads as well as yogurt, cereal, eggs, and croissants. I found the food to be of good quality. The employees of the hotel were helpful and friendly.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - An e-mail was sent to me with instructions about how to have access to the reserved room, since the reception was closed after 6 pm. I have followed the instructions, but the key box, which was supposed to free the key to the room, did not work. I have called the night watch who repeated the instructions, without effect, of course, because the problem was with the mechanism of the key box.It was dark, a group of young adults was smoking marihuana in an un-illuminated corner close to the hotel entrance and throwing firework. I was told by the person on the phone that it would take half an hour to help me and check the key box. I said that I was not willing to wait for 30 minutes and that I would look for another hotel, which is what I have done.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - the room had heating that didnt work - I was there for a business trip so the reception for the second night - 3 rd day told me that they will fix the problem- then the 4 rd day also nothing happened and the reception could not do anything exept of transfering me to a basement room with a wall view and not bridge view I payed-i dinied and they told me they could give my money back-also nothing happened...if you have anything to ask they dont know anything - the brekfast also is nothing at all....very disapointed I;m visiting 2-3 times a year Nijmegen and it was the worst and most expensive

The room although felt dated was acceptable - not my usual style but there wasn’t many options in my price range in this town but this hotel was absolutely fine. The card machine wasn’t working so I had to pay cash for my room rather than MasterCard breakfast was supplied for us, service couldn’t fault. The hotel reception closes at 8pm when you need to let yourself in through the night entrance

I had had a long day and the weather wasn't the greatest, but the staff was friendly and the room comfortable. There are some restaurants nearby on the waterfront that are still open in winter.

• Akin (10/5): Cozy little hotel - This is quite a small hotel, not far from Nijmegen city centre. It's super nice and cozy. There's not a lot of amenities, but the charm more than makes up for it.
