- Nisha (4/5): - The room was ready when we arrived. No wait for the room. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Very accessible location of hotel. Ac leaking into the room. The water was dripping into the cup and glass and tray kept to use. Intercom was not working. Tv set top box remote was not there. Had to request for it. Wifi password for the room was not provided with the key. 1 Plug point was hanging out of the wall No toiletries except for towel and handwash. Breakfast was not too good and option to order for omlet or anything else was not there.

- SAMIR KUMAR (10/5): Those staff who are supposed to deliver various services at the door step should be more prompt. - The complementary breakfast was superb! I had a comfortable stay at the hotel with my family. Good location and connectivity. Particularly, it is very close to Christ University, Central Campus (walking distance) where I had to go for admission of my daughter.

- Reema (4/5): Disappointed and hope the management takes necessary steps to improve the whole hotel. - The location and complimentary breakfast was good. The room was not maintained. Poor flooring, worn our wallpaper and floor. Cockroaches in the room. Mattress was overused I suppose, felt a hollow while sleeping.

- MURUGAN (5/5): Better to have a look at the room before you stay/book. - Location of the hotel is good and breakfast is also OK Since the hotel is very old one. The maintenance is not good. Air conditioner is not proper. Washroom exhaust fan was not working. Small cockroaches were found in the living room and in washroom. There was no fan in the room in addition to Air conditioner.

- Vishal (4/5): Not clean and very unhygienic - The staff were friendly. The room was not clean, and there was a random smell everywhere. The bathroom was too small to take a bath. Rats and cockroaches were everywhere, even in their own cafeteria and restaurant.

- Maloy (5/5): - I visited this hotel in 2023 and again this year, but the service quality has declined drastically. During check-in, the front desk took 10 minutes just to allocate a room. Room amenities like the electric kettle, coffee, and dental kit were missing, requiring me to call reception for them, and no staff assisted with luggage. So basically, based on my last experience, I will not repeat my stay here in future.

Unfortunately, this condition was not reflected on the Booking.com listing. I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Savoury Sea Shell, especially as I was traveling with my family.

- Aryan (5/5): Area was good. Hygiene was okish. AC was bad. No fan. - The area where the hotel located is really good for students. The Air Conditioner was not working properly at night and it was very old also with cranky sounds, it didn’t have any kind of fan also.

Bathroom was so small and flush button was too hard to press. No fan in the room. AC remote was not provided. Room service was good and timely. Breakfast was average.
