- Martha Lia (6/5): - This property was very difficult to find. T4(terminal 4) you have to take the Free green bus. then when you get there go all the way to back. You can hear everyplace take off. the place its self has no window and very small only PLUS is its in the airport. Would I stay here again NO.
- Adam (10/5): - This is the first airport hotel I ever stayed in. It’s located before you go through security in terminal 4. The hotel couldn’t be more convenient if you need a nearby airport for a layover. You could also use the hotel during the day. But book in advance because there are only 20 rooms and they fill up. We landed in Madrid at 8 am on an overnight and had a 4 pm connection and we wanted to sleep at the hotel in the morning but it was booked. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. The rooms are windowless which is an interesting experience.

- BERNARDO (10/5): - This is my fourth stay at HelloSky. The perfect solution for a restful night after super long flights. I don't even want to taka a taxi, shuttle, or bus to a hotel. I just walk out of the baggage claim area, and I go down one floor to HelloSky. They are very courteous, polite, and very helpful.

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly too. Our room was fairly quiet although you could hear the metro passing by nearby, through the evening. Bed was comfy and the room felt clean.

Metro station is close and rail sound is disturbing and nearly continuous. It’s positive you don’t need to get out the terminal building but I would not book it again.

- DavidJ0656 (4/5): Hidden Air Rooms at Madrid Airport - I sent an email on 2/21/25 while I was at the Madrid Intl. Airport requesting directions to your hotel. I never received a response! When I landed at Madrid Int. Airport on 3/7/25, I could NOT find the Air Rooms at the airport ( no signs). I called the reservation desk & the lady gave me very poor directions to the Air Rooms at the airport. It took us another 30 minutes to find the hotel!!! I am very disappointed in the service & would NOT recommend this hotel to any flight passengers!!!!
- Douglas (8/5): Super convenient - Great location for flying out in the morning. Coffee machine in my room didn’t work. Hair dryer didn’t work. Train noise below is the T4 metro station. But we slept well and walked upstairs to our flight.

- ellen (4/5): Overpriced and really not that good. - Train is directly beneath the rooms and loud and bed was hard as a rock. The hotel is in Terminal 4 and leaving out of any other terminal means waiting for a shuttle outside, for up to 10 minutes and a 10 minute ride. Not convenient enough for the excessively high price.
- Stephanie (2/5): - Do not recommend: 1) this is not within the airport, as in you have to leave the airport, take a bus, and it is within the metro station in the basement of terminal 4. You may as well leave the airport for a more comfortable sleep. 2) noisy. Easily heard other customers come in, staff talking at the desk, and you can hear the metro station. 3) beds are uncomfortable, hard, and loud. Any movement causes creaking. 4) room was pretty clean, but again, due the the above factors we highly regretted not leaving the airport to sleep at another hotel near the airport which would have been more convenient and comfortable.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Ok. Not great, not horrible. - Well...it's certainly convenient if you are overnighting at the airport for an early flight the next day. It's in terminal 4, so you will need to take a bus the next day if you want to get to terminal 1-2-3 for international flights. Like many other reviews, the biggest thing seems to be the train noise. Its more of a vibration than an overall noise. If you are a light sleeper, this may be an issue. The bust to Terminal 2 was not super quick - so take that into consideration. Staff was nice. Room was pretty clean.

- Sharona (6/5): Not worth the convenience - This hotel is the only "walkable" option in/to Madrid airport. That is the plus. Minus is the room is very claustrophobic, no window. That could be overlooked but all night it was VERY noisy. Since it is one long hallway with rooms off of it and no soundproofing, at midnight people talking in hall, 5 am doors banging, 6 someone next door knocking on door for 15 minutes (where was reception???) and at 6:30 some other housekeeping noise. Got no sleep. Towels were thin. So for the money, take a shuttle to a better hotel.

In the morning when I went to dry my hair the hairdryer didn’t work, so had to go to another room to use a dryer. We were only there 6 hrs and probably only manage 3-4 hrs sleep with all the issues. No bottled water in room you had to buy it or drink tap water which smelt highly of chlorine . Was the hotel worth the money…..No!

The hotel is small, so book ahead. It's very convenient for a night's stay between flights with self serve food and is open 24/7. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. Easy to fall asleep.

- Nathan (6/5): Adequate for the money - We arrived 60 minutes early for check in but no room to leave luggage in. The hotel did offer to check in early for a 35€ fee. So the room was obviously ready. We had an early flight yesterday so technically we checked out 4 hours+ early, but didn’t get offered a discount! The rooms are good, but soundproofing not the greatest, so disturbed by others with earlier flights. Best thing, location. 2 minutes from check in.

But I had the $200 executive room for an night and it is very spacey and nice. I enjoyed this room especially because I landed in terminal 4 so it was easy for me to find the hotel after I finished baggage claim. If you’re in a different terminal, you can take the shuttle bus to T4. In the morning, i took the shuttle bus to T1 for my next flight. Overall recommend

- Gladys (6/5): - The location is perfect when you arrive late at night and have an early connection but since it is the only option within the airport, the service was terrible and they don’t care. The rooms are clean and like in new condition but the smell of cigarette is horrible. Also, if you are a light sleeper, don’t stay here. The metro and trains run just next to it so the noise and vibrations are intense.

- Joan (10/5): - So wonderful to have a shower, organize luggage, and sleep well before a long trip home. Yes, we could hear the low rumble of the subway, but that did not stop us from sleeping well. So nice to wake up and take the 20 minute shuttle to T1. Super convenient. We wanted to book Hellosky in Rome next year, but, unfortunately, it’s way out of our price range and we had to book a hotel downtown.

Those are better and larger, but this time, for the same price, I got a smaller, smellier and very noise room. When ask for a different room or a cancelation, the front girl said I had to write to Human Resources first, because couldn’t help me.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Welcoming Reception - The hotel is of course very convenient for a quick overnight to make a morning connection. The room has no window so feels quite claustrophobic but had everything you need. Lights out, pitch black so finding the balance was a bit tricky. With that said the reception is excellent. Friendly, helpful. Offered me extra coffee, toast. Extremely responsive to messages (my flight was delayed and sent a message that I would be late arriving). Really excellent. A bit expensive for what they offer but very welcoming.

Room Service menu was hopeless as the 3 things I chose from the menu were all out of stock - so I went to bed hungry.... - claude (8/5): - What I liked: The hotel is located in Terminal 4 of the Madrid airport. It was very convenient to go to the American Airlines ticket counter for checkin for an early morning flight. What I didn’t like: The hotel is located on the level between baggage claim and the train station - it was noisy at night. Because of the location level, there are no windows in the room - makes the room a bit claustrophobic. The room size was a bit small, but had everything we needed. fyi: one must descend several levels to get to the hotel. Google maps can get you to the right X/Y location, but doesn’t help with the Z location.

- Michael (10/5): - This hotel is inside MAD Terminal 4, one floor below the departure level, outside of security. We stayed here the night before we flew from MAD back to the U.S., and the convenience cannot be beat. It was incredibly convenient to wake up literally inside the airport and go one floor up to begin our check-in process. The rooms were clean and more spacious than we expected; each has a coffeemaker, a minibar, comfortable beds, and large towels. Those who need their AC to sleep should note that this room’s AC is, like much of Europe’s “AC,” largely ineffective, which is more problematic in these rooms because there are no windows to open. Also, bring earplugs/white noise if you are sensitive to sound, as the faint rumble of nearby trains comes and goes all night long. There’s a 24-hour bistro one floor up where we enjoyed an adult beverage before heading to sleep. The included breakfast was decent; the coffee was great but there were no hot food options other than toast. The staff was generally courteous but not exceptional. Overall, highly recommended for those flying internationally out of MAD.
