Frokosten stod absolutt til forventningene. Super hyggelig personale. Ble møtt av en hyggelig vert og fikk god og nyttig info. Ingen luksus, men et stille og rolig hotell med ikke altfor mange gjester. Hit kommer vi garantert tilbake. Hadde rom mot en bakgård, noe som var smart da det var stille og rolig. Vurderer muligens et litt større rom neste gang, men totalt sett veldig fornøyd. Fikk til og med påsmurt frokost da vi reiste hjem tidlig på morgenen. Hotellet booket taxi for oss og den var helt presis på tid.

La ubicación es inmejorable: permite recorrer la ciudad con total comodidad y disfrutar de cada rincón sin complicaciones. El edificio en sí es precioso, con un encanto que refleja perfectamente la esencia romana. La habitación merece una mención especial: no solo es hermosa, sino que es incluso mejor que en las fotos. Cada detalle está cuidado, generando un ambiente cálido y acogedor que invita a relajarse después de un día de recorridos. Realmente me sentí como en casa. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención del equipo. Claudio es una persona sumamente amable, atento a cada necesidad, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa y una calidez que marca la diferencia. Su hospitalidad eleva la experiencia a otro nivel. Asimismo, la comunicación por WhatsApp es excelente: siempre disponibles para cualquier consulta, con respuestas rápidas y resolutivas, lo cual brinda mucha tranquilidad. En cuanto al desayuno, es simplemente excelente: muy completo, variado y de gran calidad. Incluso incluyen huevos revueltos, lo cual suma un plus que no siempre se encuentra. Verly, quien se encarga de este momento tan importante del día, es encantadora: siempre amable, sonriente y pendiente de cada detalle, haciendo que empezar la jornada sea aún más placentero. • francoise (8/5): SUPERBE EMPLACEMENT AU COEUR DU CENTRE HISTORIQUE DE ROME - Excellente situation. Personnel aimable et à l’écoute. Excellent petit déjeuner. Belle décoration de la salle du petit déjeuner et de l’accueil. Salle de bain bien équipée et bonne literie La « suite » au rez de chaussée est triste , sombre, confort et décoration assez sommaire. Une rénovation(peinture) s’imposerait.Une porte fenêtre donne sur une petite cour intérieure non entretenue. Les grosses potiches sont à l’abandon. L’ensemble ne correspond pas aux photos présentées sur le site. Quelques éclairages supplémentaires seraient les bienvenus. La présence de deux énormes appareils de fitness, entre la salle de bain et la chambre ne semble pas très utile et peu décoratifs.

Service in the breakfast room was exceptional. Breakfast is adequate but nothing special. They’re really are no amenities. I must’ve read the description wrong. This is a B&B, and that’s all. I thought there was a bar a restaurant, but there’s only a breakfast room. The desk is open only till 4 o’clock, so if you need any help with reservations or directions, it’s not available I didn’t find the desk very helpful, I asked if dinner reservations could be made, and I was told to walk to the restaurant to make them myself. I think it is quite overpriced for what you get.

Colocam todos os dias águas nos quartos à disposição dos hóspedes. O pequeno-almoço é excelente, variado e com produtos de qualidade. Nota especial para a Veverly sempre disponível para os hospedes durante o pequeno-almoço. Faz uns ótimos cappuccinos e uns excelentes ovos mexidos no momento. Deu-nos também ótimas dicas de passeios e locais a visitar. Da próxima vez que formos a Roma, ficaremos certamente aqui de novo.

• leanne (10/5): Perfect stay in Rome - Perfect location, with all the main sights 20 mins walk in every direction. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. The staff (especially Verly at breakfast and Claudio at reception) were so accommodating. Easy check in and clear instructions sent through. The room was beautiful, modern bathroom (with all the amenities required) and a beautiful terrace overlooking the Piazza. Beautiful Continental breakfast, with plenty of options. Through no fault of the accommodation (we chose the suite with terrace room), the noise from the Piazza through the night was loud.

Our room was cleaned everyday. Verly Stephania Claudio is very accomodating. Gave us some tips on how to get around the city. Also she prepared bfst for us before heading to the airport at 2:30 am and we greatly appreciate it. Josua gave us detailed information on how to access our room smoothly since we arrived after hrs .Josua is also very friendly and helpful. Both of them specially Verly made us feel truly welcome.

Although a quieter square, it can still be a little loud - especially when bins are collected early morning. This isn't an issue specific to this apartment only, but a general consideration when staying in the city - just a reminder to bring some earplugs

Needed to go up the stairs to get to the bathroom, which was challenging when having an infant.

• Sanne (10/5): - De locatie is fantastich! Alle bezienswaardigheden op 20 min wandelen. Je hebt het drukke piazza Navona achter de hoek, maar toch zit je op het rustige plein piazza farnese. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en aan het ontbijt was alles aanwezig wat je nodig had, niet heel uitgebreid, maar dat hoeft ook niet. Een praktische kamer met goede bedden, wat je in Rome zeker wel nodig hebt.

Le personnel était gentil et serviable. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent. L’hôtel est confortable et très propre. La salle de bain est exigüe et descendre la marche de la douche peut se révéler périlleux.

The hotel is situated in a convenient spot, within walking distance to most Roman tourist attractions.the view from the hotel is also great! Our room was very big and spacious and was always so neat and clean when we got back in the evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was also great. There was a large variety of foods to choose from and the food was so fresh. The lady who prepared breakfast for us was very friendly and helpful, always patiently answering all of our queries. She was great at serving and chatting with. This may have been one of the best hotels we have stayed in! Just outside the hotel, there is a morning market where you can get just about anything for great prices. There are also many restaurants to grab food in.

• Valerie (10/5): Excellent - Le personnel est au petit soin et très gentil. L’emplacement est parfait. Notre chambre pour trois adultes était spacieuse, confortable et joliment décorée. La literie impeccable et confortable. Nous immédiatement passés devant le buffet du petit déjeuner que pour des raisons personnelles nous ne pouvions pas prendre la mais il était varié et copieux Je recommande très fortement cet établissement, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

• Joseph (10/5): Excellent stay in a duplex suite with great breakfast and amazing location - Amazing location just steps from Campo de Fiori with great restaurants and gelaterias. The property itself is safe and secure overlooking the Piazza Farnese square. The reception and breakfast areas were clean and beautifully decorated with courteous, kind and helpful staff. Shoutout to Ilene and Verli for managing a well kept property. My family stayed in a duplex suite on the ground floor, the only unit on the ground floor so it was both quiet and private. The inside of the suite was very clean and well laid out with plenty of room between the ground floor, the elevated loft area, and proper bedroom with twin beds. The staff went above and beyond by allowing us an extra hour on checkout day and storing our luggage until 3:30 pm. The ceiling height of the duplex suite was a bit low so taller folks may have to their heads. Nothing else.
• Joachim (8/5): Mit Charm und zentral ! - Ein sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Service. Die Lage ist perfekt zur Erkundung von Vatikan- und Innenstadtsehenswürdigkeiten in direkter Nähe. Das Frühstück und Ambiente ist familiär und herzlich.

You can walk to all the major sites and there are heaps of bars and restaurants at the front door and surrounds The fantastic breakfast. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and you can open the windows to let in the air.

• Capitaine Vincent (3/5): - Emplacement idéal, très bien situé Le personnel du petit déjeuner sur la dernière nuitée, la jeune femme n’a pas dis bonjour. Dommage car la dame des petits déjeuner sur les autres nuit au top! Chambres très petite et des prises qui ne fonctionnent pas.
