• RoyalerTS (10/5): - Vor allem die Mitarbeiter. Von der ersten Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung beim Checkout wurde uns eine fantastische Freundlichkeit zuteil. Das Buffet, sowohl bei Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen, war umwerfend. Wer hier meckert, dass es nicht genügend Auswahl gibt, muss einen persönlichen Koch zuhause haben. Das ein oder andere mag sich wiederholen, was auch verständlich sein sollte. Aber es gab Dornhai, Räucherlachs, live gegrillten Thunfisch und Schweinefilet usw. Morgens Omelett, Rühreier, Spiegeleier, gekochte Eier um nur bei den Eiern zu bleiben. Das Buffet dürfte um die 20 Meter lang sein und voll mit allem. Wirklich toll. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es ist ein älteres Gebäude, was aber sehr gut saniert und modernisiert wurde. Etwas hellhörig sind die Zimmer, aber das war ok, da die Gäste im großen und ganzen eher ruhig waren. Die Zimmer sind groß genug und haben alles was man braucht. Das WLAN war auch zufrieden stellend. Wir konnten problemlos darüber Netflix streamen. Wenn wir wieder nach Mallorca reisen, werde wir bedenkenlos erneut hier buchen. Die Betten waren nicht so toll. Und die Kopfkissen sind wirklich unbequem. Aber das sind subjektive Empfindungen.
• Salvatore (7/5): Waren anfang April und hatten dafür super Wetter und von 8 Tage Aufenthalt hatten wir 7 Tage Wetter - Hauseigener Strand, Meerblick aus dem Zimmer Barpersonal hat sich über mich vor mir beschwert ohne zu wissen, dass ich Spanisch fließend rede, hätte nicht sein müssen. Ich habe ihnen auf Spanisch geantwortet, danach waren sie freundlich.

• Christian (10/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Superklasse Ausblick vom Balkon. - Alles war echt hervorragend. Die Raucher auf den Nachbarbalkonen, deren „Abgase“ in unser Zimmer zogen (und das Spätabends und Frühmorgens). Aber dafür kann eigentlich das Hotel nichts.

• Inês (10/5): Para repetir! - A simpatia dos funcionários e o cuidado que tinham com os hóspedes. Prepararam-me uma surpresa de aniversário no quarto, foi muito querido da parte deles. A pressão do chuveiro estava desajustada e magoava um pouco a tomar banho. Das duas vezes que expus a situação, enviaram logo um técnico muito atencioso para resolver. O problema é que passado pouco tempo voltava a ficar desconfortável. De resto, tudo impecável.
• Ernst (9/5): Toller Meerblick, sehr gutes Essen, ruhiger Ort. - Herrlicher Ausblick über den ruhigen Balkon (Glas). Leider nicht grundsätzlich rauchfrei. Wir hatten aber Glück mit den Nachbarn. Auch ist im April noch weniger los. Direkt am Strand mit Strandbar. Frühstück und Abendessen mit sehr guter Qualität. Der Ort ist ruhig, einige Hotels im Bau, einige Restaurants, kleine Einkaufspassage hinter dem Hotel. Freundlichkeit, Essen, Ruhe und gute Luft. Erholsam. Die Tropfsteinhöhle von Arta ist (auch) zu Fuß erreichbar, Eintritt 17,- sollte man gesehen haben. Es kann anscheinend auch am Pool, Bar und Balkon geraucht werden. Zimmer war rauchfrei. Wir waren nur 3 Tage im April und konnten gut ausweichen. Das kann im Sommer die gute Luft für Nichtraucher sehr verschlechtern, oder den Pool und die Bar zur No-Go-Area machen. Viele Bars und Restaurants (auch Außenbereiche) sparen sich die Aschenbecherreinigung. Das ist gut da sie auch mal als Nichtraucher einen Platz im Biergarten finden.

Impossible de dormir le matin, réveillés par le service ménage qu'on croyait presque être dans la pièce et qui cognait partout. Et en conséquence... réveillés également par les galipettes des voisins...

• Sascha (9/5): Top Hotel in einer tollen Lage. - Ein top Hotel mit hervorragender Lage und sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und man kann dabei auch den Blick auf das Meer genießen. Auch die Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist hervorragend. Alles in allem ein schöner Ort. Das nächste Mal werde ich hier sehr gerne privat etwas Zeit verbringen.

W łazience mydła, szampon i balsam do ciała bardzo dobrej jakości (produkty lokalne). Na korytarzu urządzenie do dystrybucji wody do picia - też schłodzonej (w pokoju karafka i szklanki) - świetny pomysł. Sympatyczna obsługa; czysto. Świetne położenie - bardzo spokojna okolica; możliwość organizowania pieszych wycieczek (też do bardzo interesujących jaskiń) bezpośrednio sprzed hotelu. Blisko hotelu niewielka laguna, z której ptactwo (m. in. gęś, kilka gatunków kaczek) spaceruje po chodnikach i jezdni. Miejsca parkingowe przy ulicach w pobliżu, w odległości do kilkuset metrów od hotelu (druga połowa kwietnia). Trochę mało urządzeń do dystrybucji napojów na śniadaniu i zbyt skupione - utrudniony dostęp.

• Mylene (2/5): Hôtel qui ne nous correspondait pas - Hôtel qui correspond au personnes qui veulent vraiment du calme L’hotel ne nous convenait pas . Première l’emplacement . Ville fantômes , plus personne dehors à partir de 21 h , pratiquement tout de fermer et les seuls restaurants ouvert il faut y chuchoter . Interdiction à la musique etc . Nous nous sommes directement senti mal à la l’aise . L’hôtel une façade plate côté rue et tout les balcons de l’autre côté . Une fois rentré nous avions l’impression de faire tache . Pas d’ambiance , Acceuil peu agréable du personnel . La chambre , on y entendais tout , les balcons donnent les uns sur les autres . La baignoire , il n’y avait pas de bouchon donc pas de bain possible . Nous devions y passer 3 nuits mais nous n’y avons dormi qu’une seule et somme parti dès le lendemain matin , nous s’entend vraiment mal sur place . Travaux directement à droite de l’hôtel des le matin et le climat 3/4 degrés de moin que le reste de l’île . Voiture obligatoire si vous souhaitez bouger dans les allants tours . Nous avons été très déçu et l’hôtel ne correspondait pas à nos attentes

• caroline (9/5): Superbe séjour - Vue fabuleuse et literie confortable. Les balcons permettent de profiter du paysage en toute intimité. La propreté est impeccable, les produits d'hygiène de bonne qualité, le personnel adorable. L'hôtel est très tranquille. Les repas sont basiques en demi pension, mais si le choix est restreint, les desserts sont bons ce qui n'est pas commun dans ces hôtels. Globalement on peut trouver des plats à son goût.

• Kiri (8/5): Beautiful.. but quiet area. - Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, beautiful view, area is very quiet. We went half board, so breakfast and dinner only included. Dotted around the hotel was free filtered water machines, so you could fill up your own bottles. But you weren't then allowed to take these into the dinner hall with you, and you had to pay for a bottle of their filtered water which they provide free around the hotel at €3.40, and it wasn't enough to even fill 2 glasses. That annoyed me. In other hotels I have been to, we would be given free water at dinner. Yes, the view is beautiful, right on the beach. Amazing.. but on the other hand, it is tucked away from everything, there are a few little shops, and some restaurants and that is it.. there is nothing to do in the evenings. When we went. 8th-15 April, I appreciate it is out of season, so they only had entertainment on a few of the nights, but other than that, it was so quiet. There is a bus stop, just over the bridge from the hotel, and you can hop on a 17min bus ride to the nearest town Cala Ratjada which has a great long walk along the coast, lots of bars and restaurants around the harbour. We also rented a car for 2 days from the hotel reception which was reasonable, and we explored the island for 2 days. Highly recommend the area Soller, if I was to visit again, I would stay in that area. All in all, a nice week holiday, nice hotel, walls of the rooms are a bit thin and you can hear the other guest coughing etc. Rooms are on the smaller size, but fine as you only sleep in them. Beds are comfy. Food was ok, felt the drinks were on the pricier side. Very quiet location, beautiful view, bus close by if you want to get out for the day. Its easy to hop on and off, just gap your bank card or phone. If you want just a week in the sun, laying on a Sun lounger or on the beach (€20 for a sun lounger on the beach!) and do nothing for a week, very quiet. Not many English people, this in mainly a German and Dutch area also. Then this is your hotel and location.

Literie très confortable et la présence d’un vrai balcon est un plus. Pas de parking à l’hôtel mais à cette période aucune difficulté pour se garer dans les rues adjacentes. • Nadia (10/5): Merveilleux séjour à 2, personnel très accueillant et situation géographique parfaite. - L’hôtel Castell royal est magnifiquement bien situé au bord de la plage. Nous étions au 8e étage et profitions d’une vue exceptionnelle depuis notre balcon. Le personnel était très agréable, les petits déjeuners exceptionnels... l’endroit est loin du bruit de Palma et l’hôtel très calme, c’est exactement ce que nous recherchions. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

• Tanja (8/5): Erholsam - Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer mit einer super Ausicht auf die Bucht. Zum Erholen ist es sehr geeignet, vor allem in der Vorsaison. Es gibt auch einen Pool, den wir aufgrund einer Verletzung nicht genutzt haben. Für unsre Bedürfnissse waren die vier Tage Aufenthalt sehr gut. Das personal ist überaus freundlich und gibt sich sehr viel Mühe auf Fragen eine Lösung zu finden. Ich weiss nicht wie es in der Hochsaison ist, jedoch waren zu unserer Zeit nur 2 Supermärkte geöffnet, sonst gab es keine geöffneten Geschäfte. Es wäre schön, wenn mehr unterschiedliche Varianten an veganes Essen vorhanden gewesen wären, da es in der Beschreibung stand. Auch wäre schön gewesen, wenn der 2 Lift in Betrieb genommen worden wäre, da aufgrund der Fusverletzung die Treppenbenutzung leider nicht möglich war und es wirklich lange gedauert hat bis der Lift in unserem Stockwerk angekommen ist.

• cristina (9/5): Super - Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gute Stimmung. Super Ausblick aus dem 9. Stock auf das Meer. Gutes Essen, sehr nah am Strand gelegen. Schöner Außenbereich - alles perfekt. Die Zimmer könnten etwas größer sein. Klimaanlage im Speisesaal hat öfter gezogen und wäre ggf. Ende Oktober auch nicht mehr notwendig. Speisesaal wirkt etwas kantinenmässig.

• Juliana (10/5): Fantastic stay - The hotel was IMPECABLE, IMMACULATE everywhere. The level of cleanliness was outstanding and the facilities were well maintained. The catering staff were extremely attentive and always making sure everything was in place for the guests. The variety of food was incredible and very good quality as well. The staff at the beach snack bar could have been more friendly as they told my husband off in Spanish for having sandy feet in a beach hut! , fully knowing he didn't speak a word of Spanish so maybe more client friendly. But the service was still good.
