• Susanne (8/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer einfach Ausgestattet, sauber und alles vorhanden was man für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise benötigt. Direkt nebem dem Bahnhof und Zoll.
• Chuin Bee (10/5): Sehr gute Lage, sauber und guter Sevice. - Sehr gute Lage. Ca. eine Gehminute vom Bahnhof und vom Zoll entfernt. Freundlicher Sevice. Sehr sauber. Die einfach eingerichteten Zimmer hatten alles was man heutzutage erwartet: TV, WLAN, Kühlschrank, Safe. Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC, Bidet und Hygieneartikel. Das sog. kontinenale Frühstück war reichhaltiger als das, was man von einem kontinentalen Frühstück erwartet. Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden.

• Tania (10/5): Last minute booking - Ho prenotato all'ultimo minuto per una situazione d'emergenza. Il personale è stato cordilissimo e super disponibile. Stanza pulitissima. Posizione estremamente strategica visto che è a due passi dalla stazione.
• LUIGI (8/5): - Vicina alla stazione. Camera comoda e spaziosa. Letto rigido ma soffice e riposante. Pulizia ottima. Bagno lindo e con ottima dotazione di utility.. Due piccoli inconvenienti. Bagno con aspirazione forzata e rumorosa e porta del bagno che rimane socchiusa.

• Francesco (6/5): - Durchreise in die Schweiz. Bett war sauber aber in Badezimmer iat allea verkalkt, das Wasserstrahl bei lavabo und bei duache kommt nicht schön. Aber fpr ein altes hotel ist ok für eine Nacht.
• Peter (10/5): Hotel mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis - Wir machten in diesem Hotel einen Zwischenstop auf unserer Reise nach Rom. Das Hotel hat ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und ist sehr sauber. Das Essen und der Service im Restaurant ist sehr gut!
• Sandra (8/5): Sympatisch,gut - Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Zoll. Wegen Umbau Arbeiten an Strasse kein direkt Zugang zum Hotel. Leider keine Warnung vom Hotel,aber ansonsten gut erreichbar. Parkhaus 200meter,Service hervorragend,zuvorkommend.

• Petr (8/5): Für eine Übernachtung gut - Das Bahnhof Haus ist kein grosser Luxus, auf der Strassenseite laut, dafür mit gutem Service und sehr nahe am Grenzübergang.
• Willy (8/5): Gutes Hotel - am Zoll - Gutes preiswertes Hotel. Einzig die Sauberkeit - ich muss ja nicht unbedingt wissen sprich sehen, dass der letzte das sich im Schlafzimmer die Fußgänger geschnitten hat. Sonst Tiptop. Gutes Frühstück!

• Alessio (10/5): Posizione strategica proprio sul confine IT/CH - Ho soggiornato una notte all'Hotel Bahnhof Haus. Sono arrivato a tarda ora, in vista di una riunione il mattino successivo. Personale gentilissimo. L'addetto alla reception mi ha atteso senza problemi nonostante il "late check-in" (preannunciato) e tutti sono stati molto cortesi. Stanza pulita, con vista dogana (letteralmente), ma ben insonorizzata. Alcune amenities, TV non accesa. Wi-fi ben funzionante. Non ho usufruito della colazione. Nel complesso, un buon punto di appoggio se si deve fare tappa a Chiasso.

And, it is literally a few steps away from the main train station as well as from the border crossing to Como, Italy. • Erika (8/5): helles, sauberes Durchgangshotel - Wir haben das Bahnhof- Haus als Durchgangshotel gebraucht, um an die Expo in Milano zu fahren, dafür war es ideal. Das Zimmer war sehr hell und freundlich. Badezimmer gross und sauber.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Pessimo - Soggiorno di una sola notte per motivi di lavoro, l'hotel è praticamente sul confine, struttura datata come del resto l'allestimento delle camere. La camera è spaziosa ma l'aria condizionata rumorosissima è inutilizzabile e le finestre non possono essere aperte per il traffico in dogana. Frigo vuoto con distributore automatico mal funzionante (perso 1,5 Franchi per acqua non data e nessuno in reception). Non posso giudicare la colazione perché ho solo pernottato ma non lo farò di certo un'altra volta.
• Maurice (6/5): Ideal für 1 Nacht - Ich kam spät abends mit dem Zug in Chiasso an, um am nächsten Tag früh morgens mit dem Flughafenbus von Gyosi-Tour nach Mailand-Malpensa zu fahren. Die Lage des Hotels für diesen Zweck war ideal, nur 150 m vom Bahnhof entfernt, wo auch der Bus abfährt. Ansonsten würde ich dort aber nicht Ferien machen, zwischen Bahnhof und Zollhaus, an einer Strasse gelegen. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und mit allem, was man benötigt, eingerichtet. Viel Charme versprüht das Zimmer aber nicht. Wichtig zu wissen ist noch, dass die Reception um 23h schliesst. Wer also, wie ich, später ankommt, sollte das unbedingt vorher melden, damit die Reception besetzt bleibt. Bei mir klappte das Check-In um 23:30h bestens.

• Giampietro (8/5): A Chiasso - Camera piccola ma confortevole, pulita e ben accessoriata. Non è prevista la colazione ma sono previsti distributori automatici e in camera c'è la possibilità di utilizzare un bollitore per la preparazione di caffè o thè. Centralissimo e vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria, alle fermate dei bus e al confine con l'Italia (bus per Como centro).
