MUHAMMAD FARHAN (8/5): Value for money if you are looking for a place to stay around the erea - Location is perfect as its near the curve shopping mall and other amenities. Checking in was easy and staff were very pleasant and helpful despite us checking in late. Room was spacious and comfortable. Room had a lingering cigarette smell to it but it didnt bother me too much. Breakfast i feel could be improved.

Deejah97 (5/5): Won't come back. Not suitable for people with cars or expecting a variety of breakfast. - The size of the room is ok. Have enough space to pray. The bed was comfortable to sleep with. Nothing to complain about with the room. A bit hard to park near the entrance to put my luggage before parking my car at the parking basement. I totally hate the selection of breakfast servings. Breakfast starts at 7am to 10am. I came down at 8am with only one choice of heavy food which is fried rice. The fried rice is only for 2 people to eat. I also ask the staff if there are more refills but no. His answer was 'No refill. The chef are only available during lunch.' LOL. All there is to eat are white breads with some jem and butter, and 1 cold juice and 2 hot drinks.

Nur Mastura (8/5): - The location is good, easy access to eateries, mall and public transport. The staff is friendly and the room is clean and cosy. A bit noisy since it is next to the main road, but manageable.

Ameerul (7/5): - Based on my previous experience, the check-in process was very easy, and I received a good explanation from the receptionist. There are many parking spaces in the basement, but please bear in mind that parking is charged per hour. The hotel is near Lotus’s, The Curve, and IKEA. There are mamak stalls nearby, as well as fast food outlets like Domino’s. Overall, I am satisfied with a one-night stay. The cleanliness of the bathroom during my stay was not very satisfactory. The shower drain was clogged, causing water to pool. It did drain eventually, but it took quite a long time. The same issue happened with the sink. Both the shower gel and hair shampoo were empty, as the staff forgot to refill them. Fortunately, I brought my own toiletries

Chow (5/5): Location as a last resort option. - ROOM 203. Heavy cigarette smell. No parking. Not even a spot for drop off. Everything is self service. You better drop your luggage first before finding a parking spot Parking spot is random. Shared. Lots of reserved space where we as guest would be loss to find a proper spot. Not family friendly and definitely not driver friendly.

Alexis (3/5): Uncomfortable - The pillows were pretty fluffy I have been in two rooms during my stay. The rooms were : - small (too small for me to open my luggage except on the bed), - dimly lit, weak lightning and the curtains could barely be held open - dirty (walls dirty, floors and bed were ok) - poorly equiped (old appliances) - extremely noisy, the single panel windows giving directly on a busy road - smelly, the second room smelled like someone smoked inside. The first room had some burnt smell in the night. - poorly decorated The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Overall an unpleasant stay, I would pay more next time to avoid that hotel.

Complimentary breakfast was not even provided property and undervalued. 2. Staffs were not profesional to handle guest queries. 3. Chillers kept in the room were not working properly. 4. Coach Pepper (7/5): Solo Travel for Trainjng - The staff were very friendly. Location was near The Curve Mall. Walking distance to my training venue. The hotel was very affordable. It was dusty. Beside the main road, that means you hear the vehicles passing by loudly. Room isn't properly maintained. Room wasn't quite clean.

Ming Keat (8/5): Overall experience is good. - The room is clean and comfortable. Nearby got some high class restaurants, the affordable ones also within 1.5km (around 12 min walking distance. Staffs are nice. Management should check the room condition before assigning the room for guests. The room assigned to me has leaking basin and the desk phone is not working. After I provide the feedback, the staff assigned me another room, which is good. Parking is not included, and it is pricey if parking at the underground parking area.

Daniel Remegius (2/5): My next visit i can't stay here will look for another venue to stay. - Breakfast is one of the worse I ever had coffee and tea diluted only bread on counter and 2 packet fried rice. I use to be staying here few years back Breakfast was supperm and taste good. Dining room no music so board. Than about the room alot of hair not clean properly. Paint on wall falling off, smelly the room. Towers not clean, toilet bowl and seat cover of toilet fungus. I dont know if the Housekeeping are checking each room every day? Better and clean room and proper breakfast like 2 years ago we came. Music in dining room.
