Chambre avec vu sur le parking, pas terrible, déchetterie derrière la chambre, une forte odeur d'égouts dans la chambre, Nous avons demandé à changer tellement c'était fort. Déçus par la vu je m'attendais à être installer face au lac. Le restaurant accueil froid et succinct. Emplacement très loin du centre. Le tarif élevé pour les prestations.

• Suz (10/5): Amazing - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay at PooNsiri Resort! The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. One of the coolest things was seeing so many monkeys walking and jumping on the rooftops around the resort — such a unique experience! The food was excellent with a great variety of choices, and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Another big advantage is the self-service laundry at the hotel, which is very convenient and costs very little, including the dryer. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and overall the whole experience was amazing. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again!

• Mariam (10/5): Magique - Exceptionel, le cadre est juste idyllique bien plus beau que sur les photos. Le personnels est incroyablement gentil et serviable. L'hotel propose de nombreuses activités inclus comme kayak, ping pong, velo, service de navette pour se rendre a ao nang... Les singes ne sont pas très dérangeant, c'est meme un attraction a part entière. Juste a coté de l'hotel il y a un sanctuaire d'éléphants, et le personnels vous y amène assez souvent. On a passé un excellent séjour, et on a hate d'y retourner. rien, tout est exceptionnel.
• Cyril (8/5): Beautiful laid back stay with monkey experience. - Beautiful location with an exceptional monkey experience 🐒🌴 Clean and spacious bungalows with very nice views. Peaceful atmosphere and a great place to relax. I booked the Early Bird (6 AM pickup) 4 Islands Tour as well as the Phi Phi Islands tour through the hotel. Highly recommended 🙌🏼🌴 Everything was well organized and definitely worth it. Unfortunately a bit far from Ao Nang Beach — you’ll need to take a tuk-tuk (around 200-300THB one way). The hotel offers a shuttle service, but only every 2 hours. On the other hand, when I got back by tuk-tuk, the hotel reception was not able to change my 500 THB bill… at least the tuk-tuk driver was happy about it. Also, there’s no mini market nearby or inside the hotel area, which would have been convenient.

• Barbara (6/5): The environment is beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful but in my opinion this is a 2-star resort at best d - A little gem a bit away from the busy touristy areas. It was really quiet when I was there and felt like an oasis to relax in the middle of beautiful nature. Beware of the monkeys, though I really enjoyed watching them from inside my room. It was easy to get taxis to go places from there and many activities offered hotel pickup. The facilities are really outdated. While kept clean by the amazing staff, everything is just really old and worn down. The gym is basically just a tent with ancient machines, no airconditioning. There were also issues with the water during my stay.
• Jacqueline (10/5): - Prachtige locatie, heerlijk eten, lekker rustig, schoon, vriendelijk personeel, fijn zwembad en alles op korte afstand van de drukte als je dat wilt opzoeken. De aapjes op het resort komen twee keer per dag (ochtend en avond) tevoorschijn. Ze blijven rustig op afstand en zijn totaal niet brutaal of vervelend. We vinden het juist heel leuk! De olifanten opvang naast het resort is ook de moeite waard om heen te gaan. Leuk voor alle leeftijden en met respect voor de dieren. Niets!
• Melody (7/5): Schöne ruhige Anlage mit Verbesserungspotenzial - Ruhige Lage mit großen Zimmern und kostenlosem Shuttle-Service in die Stadt. Schöne Anlage in einer tollen Umgebung! Man kann manchmal die Elefanten beim Baden beobachten. SmartTV und Internet immer verfügbar. Der Mitarbeiter im Shuttlebus-Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Rezeption war immer geöffnet und hat bei allen Fragen geholfen. Zimmer sind groß, im Bad gibt es die Möglichkeit Handtücher oder ähnliches aufzuhängen. Kostenloser Regenschirm, Bademantel und Badeschuhe Es war sehr abgelegen - das sollte man bei der Buchung berücksichtigen! Der Shuttle-Service fährt nur alle 2h und die späteste Rückfahrt ist um 19:20 Uhr. Später wäre schön gewesen (wegen Nachtmarkt). Jedoch kann man sich auf ein Grab mieten (ca 90Bht) Die öffentliche Toilette/Dusche am Pool wurde wohl seit Wochen nicht mehr gereinigt. Überall Dreck, alte Zigaretten und Haare im Abfluss. Die Poolliegen waren hart und leider war der komplette Pool immer in der prallen Sonne - ein Sonnensegel wäre ganz nett. Die Poolbar ist geöffnet - jedoch sehr überteuert für Thailändische Verhältnisse. Das Personal sitzt den ganzen Tag da und spielt mit dem Handy. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Wenn man nicht gerade seine Nachbarn hört, hört man die Affen (diese springen über die Dächer) oder das Personal. Unsere Bettwäsche hatte vom 1. Tag an einen Fleck und wurde während 4 Tage Aufenthalt nicht gewechselt. Die Armaturen im Bad waren dreckig. Nach der 1. Nacht bekamen wir keine neuen Poolhandtücher. Das Frühstück wird gefühlt 1x um 7 Uhr hingerichtet und danach nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Die „frischen“ Früchte sahen selbst um 7:30 Uhr schon ziemlich vertrocknet und unappetitlich aus. Einige Mitarbeiter grüßen einen nicht einmal oder sitzen nur am Handy. Kontaktaufnahme vor Anreise sehr schwierig. Ich wollte kurze Zeit nach kostenloser Stornierungsende stornieren (Zeitverschiebung) - diese wurde abgelehnt. Als ich dann angefragt hatte bzgl Änderung der Abreise, wurde ich gebeten mich an Booking direkt zu wenden. Booking versuchte das Hotel zu kontaktieren, aber es gab niemals eine Reaktion.

• Kim (9/5): Plaatje! - Prachtige deluxe kamer met het gezin. Keken uit op de lagune en de bergen. Alles erg netjes en veel apen gezien. Via het resort 2 scooters gehuurd, zodat we met de kinderen achterop de omgeving konden verkennen. Hebben ervan genoten!
• Nissa (9/5): Krabi is echt amazing - Wakker worden met zo een mooie uitzicht 😍 dit was echt geweldig. Wilde aapjes die je continue ziet. ( kijk wel uit voor je kleding ophangen, ben veel kledingstukken kwijt geraakt door de apen) Olifanten kan je ook zien, op bepaalde tijden. Het was songkran. Alle medewerkers hadden het naar hun zin, watergevecht en waterpistolen. Ik vond het zo mooi om te zien dat zij ondanks dat zij aan het werken waren ook plezier hadden. Airco doet echt lang voordat het koud is. De kamers worden echt heel warm, duurt echt heel lang voordat je een koude kamer hebt.

• JJ Jhj (2/5): מאכזב מאוד. חוויה גרועה - חוויה מאכזבת מאוד. כבר מהבוקר המים בחדר היו מלוכלכים ובהמשך הפסיקו לגמרי, מה שהפך את האפשרות להתקלח או להשתמש במתקנים בסיסיים לבלתי אפשרית. נאמר לנו שהבעיה תיפתר תוך שעה, אך בפועל זה לא קרה עד הרגע שעזבנו בצהריים המים לא תוקנו. גרוע מכך, הטעו אותנו ואמרו שהבעיה קיימת בכל הריזורט, אך לאחר שבדקנו עם אורחים סמוכים התברר שזה פשוט לא נכון. הצוות הפגין חוסר תודעת שירות וחוסר נכונות אמיתית לקחת אחריות או לסייע בצורה ראויה. בנוסף, המלון מציג את עצמו כמלון עם ספא, אך בפועל הספא כלל לא נמצא במתחם, דבר שמטעה את האורחים. לא נותרה לנו ברירה אלא לעזוב, להזמין מונית ולהזמין מלון אחר—וכל זה בלי אפשרות להתקלח או לארגן את הילדים מראש. הדבר גרם לאי נוחות משמעותית והרס חלק מהחופשה שלנו. מים הם צורך בסיסי, והאופן שבו המצב הזה טופל אינו מקובל. ציפיתי לרמת שירות גבוהה יותר ולפיצוי הולם. לא ממליץ על המקום. Very disappointing experience. From the morning, the water in our room was dirty and later stopped completely, making it impossible to shower or even use basic facilities. We were told the issue would be fixed within an hour, but it was never resolved. Even worse, we were misled and told that the problem affected the entire resort, but after checking with nearby guests, it was clear this was not true. The staff showed very poor customer service and no real willingness to take responsibility or properly assist us. In addition, the hotel presents itself as having a spa, but the spa is not actually located on the property, which is misleading. We had no choice but to leave, arrange a taxi, and book another hotel—without even being able to shower or prepare our children. This caused significant inconvenience and completely ruined part of our vacation. Water is a basic necessity, and the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. I expected a much better standard of service and proper compensation. I would not recommend this place.

• Sanchez (5/5): This property has some potential to be a peaceful retreat for relaxing. - It is in a great area. Coming from Phuket it is nice not to have to deal with the traffic. The location is close enough to AoNang to enjoy but not have to deal with all the madnesses from overcrowded hotels. Food was acceptable and the facilities were nice. I enjoyed the privacy and the quietness of the room but only on the first night we were there. This was what we were most looking forward to. There was a lot of waiting at the property specifically to get transportation to the room at night. I had 2 nights and the first night was great. There was no noise from the other rooms but on the second night there was a group in the room beside us which woke us up at 3AM. They were playing laud music, and we could hear everything. We could not sleep and it was very frustrating considering occupancy and the amount of money we paid for privacy and to relax on our get away. We figured we could select a nice small hotel to relax and sleep well but that was not the case. I was so upset that I went to the front desk to inform them of the problem and the staff was sleeping. After finally waking up and being alert enough to understand what i was saying I left back to my room in frustration. The noise, party and heavy walking continued which did not allow us to sleep. I immediately wanted to check out and leave. We had an initial nice time and were considering making this our go to hide away but it did not turn out as we expected. I don't think we would be going back considering the noise and the inability to resolve issues.

• Danny Boogaard (9/5): Comfortabel resort buiten het drukke Ao Nang - Wij waren hier voor de 3e keer en het blijft voor ons een fijn resort. Buiten de drukte van Ao Nang maar wel in de mooie natuur. De huisjes zijn comfotabel, het ontbijt is goed verzorgd en het personeel is altijd vriendelijk. Ook de gratis shutle bus naar Ao Nang beach is zeer aangenaam. In ongeveer 7 minuten staat u op Ao Nang Beach. Mijn voorkeur heeft het om een scooter te huren via de receptie van het resort. Het bedrijf waar ze mee samenwerken leveren veilige goed onderhouden scooters is mijn ervaring. Niets

• Laura “Penny” (8/5): Beautiful location, some opportunities for improvement - The location is stunning!!! My room was quite comfy and overall I enjoyed my stay. Some of the staff were kind , but it wasn’t consistent. The breakfast buffet was mediocre.

• Christopher (9/5): Beautiful - The location is beautiful with views overlooking the mountains and a lagoon. Lots of cheeky monkeys running around at dawn and dusk. Had to leave early and asked for a packed breakfast. Quality was poor. Only packed two when there were two children with us. Beds very soft
• NATHALIE (7/5): Mooie locatie, vriendelijk personeel - Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en lekker De ontbijtruimte lijkt meer op een refter. Er zijn veel apen op het terras waardoor je er niets kan laten liggen of niet rustig iets kan eten. Ze komen brutaal je eten afpakken.

• Aleksandra Tomczyk (10/5): Cudowny resort - Jestem pod ogromnym wrażeniem całego obiektu. Bardzo duze domki, byliśmy rodziną 2+2, pyszne jedzenie i koktajle ze świeżych owoców. Czas umilały nam również małpki, były wszędzie. Same plusy.
• Michelle (10/5): A snap of paradise in nature - The resort was stunning. The staff so friendly and helpful. We visited during Songkran and I loved that the staff were enjoying water fights whilst working. They remained attentive and responsive to guest needs but it spoke volumes to me about the ethos is of the company. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary whilst there and informed them before we arrived and our room was spectacularly decorated We didn’t stay longer! It is remote although there is a shuttle bus to beach
• NAIMA (9/5): Incroyable - Un des plus beau hôtels que nous avons fait, c'est vraiment paradisiaque et dépaysant. Le matin à l'aube , d'entendre tous ces oiseaux, poissons, singes, magnifiques et incroyables. Je pense au créneau de la dernière navette 19h20 un peu trop tôt.

• Jennifer (7/5): A beautiful place to stay as a family or group. Out of Ai Nang so nice and peaceful. The monkeys in the resort are very - Set amongst the greenery a few kilometres out of the hustle and bustle. Yet, the free shuttles and Grab will have you in Ao Nang in a few minutes. Beautiful setting surrounded by water. Staff are so friendly! A little run down in areas (footpaths, gardens, pool was lovley but too warm to swim in for long!

• Irina (8/5): Einfach mal was Anderes! - Frühstück war sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich, Aussichten traumhaft , die Betten waren ok, Pull war auch ok. Die Affen sind nur Morgens und ab 15:30 - 18 Uhr da, sonst wenn es heiß ist, sind die Strassen frei. Die Elefanten kann man beobachten und besuchen, füttern und baden mit Ihnen. Überall Ameisen, wenn man in der Küche, was stehen lässt, sind sie sofort da. Ich habe dann alles ins Kühlschrank gepackt, dann ging das.

• Heinz Peter (10/5): Außergewöhnlicher Luxus. - Sie sollten die Zimmer 601-608 mit eigenem Pool buchen. Wunderbar mit eigentümlichen Holzhäusern. Erst ein Jahr alt. Sehr gutes Frühstück und zuvorkommendes Personal. Schuttelbus, den haben wir durch einen Leihwagen nicht genutzt. Etwas weit weg vom Strand. Für uns jedoch keine Einschränkung.
• Joanna (8/5): Gorgeous views - Lovely staff, pool area, views and enjoyed the restaurant! The monkeys are incredible, until they become a nuisance...! I.e not being able to walk from reception to your room with food. However, the staff are wonderful and can give you a lift in golf buggy's etc.
• Aurelio (8/5): - Pequeno almoço bom, com alguma variedade e qualidade. Paisagem deslumbrante, com o lago em frente aos bungalows. Os cocktails no bar da piscina são muito bem feitos. Ao lado de um santuário de elefantes. Funcionários pouco simpáticos em geral, com excepção da Smile que foi muito simpática. Ar condicionado do quarto é muito pouco ajustável. Os duche na casa de banho precisam de um vidro.

• Barbara (3/5): Dangerous Monkeys - Staff was kind and helpful. Scenery is pretty. Aggressive monkeys charged at my son and I while walking to our room, I was almost bitten. They are all over the property and unavoidable. We didn’t feed them or do anything to provoke them. Definitely not a safe place for kids to roam free on their own. The whole place also is generally run down and feels grubby. While it’s an inexpensive option, I would never stay here again and do not recommend it.

L’environnement est relaxant. Petit déjeuner varié ! Les tarifs du restaurant ne sont pas données, étant à quelques kilomètres du centre si vous souhaitez passer la journée à l’hôtel ça peut vite monter
• Josephine (9/5): - Beautiful setting between the mountains, and on the lagoon. Lodges spacious and clean with fabulous views. We loved seeing the cheeky monkeys who didn't disturb us as we left them alone. Feeding the fish from the kayaks (free) and seeing the elephants bathing in the river were a wonderful bonus. Pool area was relaxed and everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was varied and delicious. We wished we had booked a few more days here. My son would have liked fresh juice at breakfast.

• VERITY (10/5): A beautiful resort - we already want to come back! - Poonsiri is a truly beautiful resort that is a little out of the main town. It is small but perfect and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Monkeys are fun to watch and weren’t annoying in any way. Views are amazing . Breakfast was great with lots of choice . I would thoroughly recommend to anyone considering this. We stayed in the luxury villa with 3 teenagers . Plenty of room and 3 bathrooms. An excellent stay . Nothing!
