Guest Reviews
- Lynn (10/5): - Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and obliging . No children and didn’t use breakfast but looked very inviting
- Twila (10/5): - Hopefully you advertise that there is no pool or hottub
- Dale (8/5): - Waited over 5 minutes to see a front desk representative when we checked in at 4:30pm.
Stock supllies on a pallet in the lobby waiting area when checked in and still there when checked out.
Room was very clean and good though.
Breakfast was minimal offering but okay.
- Harriet (8/5): - Only comment we have is that there should be some anti slip mats for the shower
- Donald (6/5): - Basic motel, almost self serve. Run the motel and donair joint with same staff. Donairs were excellent...
- Heather (8/5): - Very comfortable beds, pillows, linens. Etc.
Breakfast was ok
- janice (10/5): - Lovely staff and good for a short stay. A slightly older hotel, strong smelling cleaning products which detracted a little from the stay.
- Heather (10/5): - The hotel grounds needed some care (garbages by the front door were overflowing and never emptied during our stay) but otherwisebit eas a good, quick stay for our familyof 4 that was passing through! Nice, spacious rooms and comfortable beds!
- Janna (10/5): - Wonderful place
- Peter (4/5): - It was ok
- Joyce (6/5): - Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Suggestion… 2ply toilet paper would be better.
Kitchen area needs a bit of an update.
Fresh items for breakfast(fruit)
salt and pepper
Notice where to get ice.
Staff not visible at desk or phone .
Patio and front area needs to be cleaned up.
- jody (8/5): - It worked perfect
- Leslie Dawn (10/5): - Enjoyed our stay.Thank you
- Krista (8/5): - Hotel was simple, clean and quiet.
- Jessie (10/5): - Very clean hotel, comfy beds. Thought it was odd you had to call a number for reception to come to the front desk, but had a very nice stay
- Paul (4/5): - Never been to a hotel that did not provide an ice machine. Nor did they provide an alternate solution. Expensive for a second rate hotel ($149.00 per night). Additional charges for a third guest.
- Rob (10/5): - Very nice staff that run this motel, the rooms were excellent, definitely stay here again
- Daniel (10/5): - Clean
- Martin (8/5): - One issue we found is that the toilet was in the wrong position to close to the sink and the toilet roll holder was on the opposite wall to the toilet. Had to find out how to turn off the heater fan as it was noisy as we are use to no noise. Other than that it was good but we only stayed the one night on New Years Eve
- Shannon (8/5): - Stayed here while visiting family. Property is older, but it was been nicely refreshed. Room was comfortable and clean. Restaurant worker checked us in as the manager was not around to do so. Had to wait around for them to arrive so they could take our card for the room. I found it odd they process payment right when you check in and not when you check out, but I guess that's what they do. Breakfast room was clean, but not a lot of variety in selections; very basic but was fine for us. Would stay here again if we had to.
- Shawn M (8/5): - Added $10 per day for a third person in our double queen room at check in , unexpected
- Barbara (10/5): - It was nice beds comfortable and pillows comfortable
- MARK (6/5): - The odour from the room and hallway it’s unpleasant. Please don’t masked it and address the issue.
- Bryon (10/5): - Easy to find, close to amenities ..
- Ann (8/5): - Breakfast choices were limited even within what was offered.area outside could use some work
- Robert (10/5): - Quite room with a comfortable bed.
- phil (8/5): - Very clean property but pool was not working
- Sue (10/5): Good place to stop for three days - Very kind people there. Breakfast was ok with waffles, toast, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs coffee & juice.
- Kitana (6/5): - Pool not working. Often times, someone was not at the front desk.
- Gurmukh (8/5): - It was clean and quiet
- Mark (10/5): - Great spot
- Greg (10/5): - Pool hasnt been ooerational for years
- Daniel (6/5): Average - This was our second time staying here. The hot tub is still out of service for over a year. The hot tub area is a storage room, so obviously they don't plan on fixing it. Our security lock on the room door was broken and the bathroom door handle was about to fall off. I fixed the door handle myself because I figured it would be easier.
There was no soap in the bathroom, so we had to ask for it to be brought. The garbage was completely full in the breakfast area, even though we were the only ones eating. Made me wonder when the last time it was emptied. It just seems like the general maintenance and upkeep is lacking or there is an apathy from the staff or owners regarding their property.
- Tammela (6/5): - Heat is room was weird. It was either blowing hot air or cold air. It must have a boiler because it made loud noises when the heat turned on. The free breakfast was OK, but the bread was crappy, cheap bread and the jam you couldn't even use because it was so dried out that you couldn't even spread it.
- Cal (8/5): - Room was good, quiet and clean. Would nice to have a hot breakfast
- Norma (6/5): - nothing to eat for breakfast and front desk is always no one in there
- Hank (10/5): - Centralized for my needs.
- Roberta (8/5): - It was quiet and clean. Not too many options for continental breakfast.
- Barbara (8/5): - Good price
- Tanya (10/5): - Staff were very friendly, rooms were very modern for where you were at. Larger fridge, microwave, Keurig machine in room. Clean, quiet.
- Jayson (10/5): - Nice employees and clean establisment.
- Paul (8/5): - Breakfast could be better and more healthy. Have a bran focused cereal.
- Arno (6/5): - There is no pool and no gym, the walls are also not well insulated
- Donald (8/5): - clean and quiet
- Friederike (10/5): - clean room, well maintained property, friendly staff.I did not know about the surcharge that expedia charges, so I am not happy with expedia about not making this more obvious. The hotel itself was awesome.Thank you.
- Paula (8/5): - Clean and friendly. Wish there was even a very basic fitness room.
- Colleen (10/5): - Very clean and quiet; the staff were friendly and helpful.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - We book here every Christmas and we really like the managers at the front desk, who always go the extra mile to accommodate our needs. They are friendly, very lovely and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Thank you for being our home away from home over the holidays!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Clean and updated furnishings. Staff were very friendly
- Mathias (10/5): - very clean and comfortable. to bad that we could not use the pool.
- Donna (8/5): - rooms were clean, comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful
- Travis (10/5): A nice stay - The hotel was very good to stay at for the one night. It's comfortable, well maintained, and a decent price.
- Bruce (8/5): A good spot for a quick stay - Convenient and clean. Polite and courteous reception.
Breakfast option was limited and not enticing. Coffee was weak.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Clean, updated and quiet——and a great mattress for a good night’s sleep!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The lobby and staff were very helpful to us, when we arrived a little later in the evening. They even tried to help with tracking down the type of coffee I like to drink! Clean nice rooms. A simple breakfast toast, cereal etc. Waffle mix was a little runny not mixed well but not a big deal.Very quiet if you need something just ask they will try to help you out. We were on a mom and daughter trip and felt very safe there.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Was there for a week and appreciated having the large fridge. Fairly quiet and although very basic, it was nice to have breakfast included. Overall, very pleasant...will stay there again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Pool and hot tube were closed , there was no ice machines, heater / air conditioning would not turn off .
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Clean rooms, staff was friendly. Overall good hotel.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Neepawa - Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Had interior doors leading to rooms which is always nice. Only downside was that the walls were paper thin and we could not only hear the entire conversation from the neighboring room but also their snoring.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Location was close to work. Hotel has been recently renovated. the rooms are clean and the location is quiet.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Pool was closed. Limited choice in breakfast nook.
- JT (8/5): - With limited quality places to stay in Neepawa this is my go to location when doing business here. The rooms are clean and freshly renovated. The breakfast is lacking much for choices.
- JT (8/5): - Hotel is close to amenities. It has recently been refurbished. The staff are friendly and helpful. The WiFi is slow but that seems to be the case at many hotels.
- David (10/5): - Very nice and comfortable facility - staff cutreous, friendly - very happy with my stay
- John (10/5): - Staff very friendly and the cleaning staff VERY efficient - had our room cleaned while we ate breakfast!! Breakfast nothing special but was fresh, wholesome and the coffee was good so what is there not to like! No complaints at all and we heard none from the other seven couples who attended the event either.
- Virginia (8/5): - We had 2 adjoining rooms and everything was very good. Breakfast was included and they allow pets which is good to know. They allowed a dog rescue to use their unused pool area for an overnight stop on their long trip back to the Toronto area. 51 puppies & dogs! How nice is that?
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was really clean ...but the pool was not available
- Elsa (10/5): - Nicely renovated, clean and comfortable. Good coffee at continental breakfast. Fairly quiet for being so close to highway
