• Braxton (2/5): - I booked a non smoking room. Got there and the lady, barely could understand her said she had to put me in a smoking room. That’s all they had. So I check the room out. Smoke smell was terrible and the room was horrible!!

• Rachel (8/5): Predicted the worst, got something close to it. - You get what you pay for type of place. A $65 a night spot with all smoking rooms is expected to be pretty well worn and dingy. It would have been nice if the room was cleaner. Even if you have stale cigarette smoke stench in the room you could at least try and mask it. The bedside tables had ashes still on them from the last guest which means even basic cleaning wasn’t done properly. I’d pay $20-$30 more to stay somewhere that didn’t turn my feet black when I walked across the carpet next time.

I said I wanted another room, but Attendant told me there weren’t any more rooms available! Not True! I told her I wanted a refund and the she offered me another room. Bigger, Better! Didn’t have to Bribe😖

• Verified traveler (4/5): - i love going there but this last room smell like smoke bad like someone was just in the room smell like no one aired it out at least and sprayed it to smell better. the curtain looked like someone could see in the room plus when i walked out the room someone was sitting on the floor near my door scared me regardless if some rent a room thet should have respect not to be near the door. plus someone had their music playing all night having a party and people staying near my window having conversation. i go to a motel or hotel for a night to have a nice eveing with my love one . very disappointed.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Dont waste your money - This place is the worst. Check in was fine but we found everything in the room broken. There was no microwave. Then after our second night we woke to water raining down from the ceiling in the bathroom. So when I called the front desk about it they acted like it was a normal occurrence. It took over 2 hrs for them to bring me towels so I could dry the floor. Then they called at checkout time which was at 11am and said I needed to check out and didn't give me any extra time to take a shower because I didn't want to shower with dirty water falling on me from the ceiling. Save your money and go somewhere else

• Charity (4/5): DISGUSTING - The room was dirty. It had not been cleasked properly in a long time. The only reason we stayed was there was no refund, and the sheets were clean, no bugs. This was the 3rd worse hotels we stayed in, only because the first had roaches, and we left, the second had mold and crud in the AC. I have pics on how dirty the room wss.

• Al (4/5): Not the worst but, close - The hotel was convenient. That is the only positive I can submit. The other guests were loud, noisy and unpleasant. The staff was very rude. I recommend, spending a bit more money and go somewhere else.

• Katlyne (4/5): Needs better housekeeping - This motel is definitely not the cleanest place to stay. The bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned in weeks and the bedding did not look like it gets changed daily. The walls are paper thin so you are able to hear everything that is happening in the rooms next to you.

• Carmen (2/5): - Although the front desk host was very nice and welcoming the motel room was terribleness the bed pillows had saliva stains from previous guest, the old fashion tv was all cloudy the few Chanel’s you can see, and the bathroom was terrible the toilet was yellow stained and the vanity was breaking apart. Needs major Reno.
• Verified traveler (2/5): More nightmare - It was the worst hotel experience of my life when I arrive at the hotel close to 1 a.m. With my three children half asleep in the car after driving 6 hours as I was on the road already driving to the location I had called up to verify with them that it would have been okay for me to check in without my day since I had forgot it back at my house in New Jersey they told me it was okay just to come in and that they would take care of me as I arrived good night auditor not only did he not want to check me in because I didn't have an ID he yelled at me he argued with me and even called the cops on me just to verify if I was okay to stay at the motel after finally getting the keys getting all my kids into the room laying them on the bed without fully looking around the room as I settled in I look around the room and notice that I was in a disgusting room it had cigarette burnt so over furniture paint chipping off of the walls cracks through the sink ciggerette butts and Ashes were swept under there beds there was a piece of human or animal feces underneath the bed , at least 20-30 dead lady bugs lining the crown molding around in the floor the microwave was in the worst condition imaginable the door was literally falling of and the inside was so disgusting that putting any food into it to cook would have been a serious health risk to anyone mini fridge has no lights inside or shelves, the tv had white smudges, like it was washed with chalk water

There were old toilets outside the building. We knew what it would be like going in. It was fine for an inexpensive stay

Could lived with broken drawers and chair, but definitely needs a very good cleaning. Was a Chamber maid myself and this room was definitely unacceptable!

• Verified traveler (2/5): Smoke and mirrors - The check in area has bullet proof glass, the owner had me sign for someone else's credit card. The door did not latch or lock from the inside, the screen was broken, large dirty mirror, there were no non smoking rooms. Could hear the room next door through the night and into the morning; kinda funny conversations and multiple partners romping around next door. Quite the experience, would recommend paying $50 more and staying at the comfort inn next door unless you're trying to really get your money's worth!
