• Verified traveler (4/5): Old Motel - There was no soap or shampoo. Room had weird smell, there were only towels provided, and the was uncomfortable. Woke up in the middle of the night because of it.
• Shaleen (2/5): No cleanliness, comfort or facilities - This lodge has no facilities. The room, bed sheet, ceiling, carpet is dirty and the bathroom is not clean. I wouldn't recommend my friend or family members to this lodge.
• Karla (2/5): - We stayed about one hour and left. They gave us a smoking room. The bath tub had no running water. After 30 minutes they came to tell us about that. The shower wasn't clear. Soap scum on the soap holder inside the shower. I want my money back.
• kim (2/5): Why is Expedia promoting this place?? - Let’s see- hot tub broken, no phone, no tv remote, COCKROACHES, no extra towels available per staff, unwrapped stained toilet paper and, but wait, there more.. Ever hear of the Don’t Spy app on iPhone? Picks up recording devices that captures when you are being recorded? Well, over the bed, hot tub and in bathroom- 3 raises ceiling tiles and qguess what? Recording devices. I’d love to get my money back. I paid just to get grosssd out and sleep in my car. No staff available to discuss. At that point, it was moot. See video recording proof below..

• Victoria (2/5): Worst experience in a motel/hotel - My room did not lock on the inside and the staff told me not to worry about it. I ended up sleeping in a back seat of my car in the parking lot because I felt it is a safer option. Hotels.com did refund my money though.

• HD (4/5): - While the location is good, the facilities are subpar with peer hotels. There are also long term guests who appear to be unemployed, creating an unsettling environment.
• Verified traveler (2/5): ONE WORD: VILE - The entrance will psych you out as it's meant to look pleasant, but the second you round the corner you realize: it's a total dump!!! The motor lodge's concierge's desk is behind a thick glass wall that is very off putting for a “2.9” review. In truth this motor lodge was not even worth .1 of a star. They promised Free Wifi and use of a jacuzzi, but there was no free wifi in fact there was no wifi at all. And the jacuzzi had the fossetts removed. The toilet was shut off and could not be flushed. The bathroom was not clean and had mold! The bed sheets were littered with cigaret burns. The floor looks like it was never cleaned once and the room while it said it was smoke free, reeked of old cigarettes! But hey, what it lacks in essentials it makes for in being disgusting! It's a brothel and a drug den! Having the neighbors banging against the wall while engaged in vigorous coitus was not pleasant. In addition to drug exchanges right in front of the building. Bonus: the door did not lock. Also the icing on the cake “no refunds”.

(2/5): The Most "DISGUSTING" & "HORRIBLE" Hotel EVER. - DISGUSTING & HORRIBLE, I will NEVER Recommend this Hotel to anyone EVER....Not Clean, No Hot water, cause they turn it off at Night..... Defiantly NOT the place to stay for yourself Nor- with your Family....it Smells and all around Filthy PLACE....DON'T GO THEIR.....
• Lisa (2/5): Worst hotel ever - Hotel was the worst I had ever stayed in and believe me we have stayed in several hotels. First off when you walk in there is a person behind a glass window to check you in should have been my first clue. Secondly he rushed to check you in. Thirdly there were cigarette butts in the jetted tub in our room would have loved to use that not. Fourth my husband found 2 roaches in the bathroom, disgusting. Would definitely not recommend to anyone matter of fact should be condemned
• Verified traveler (2/5): Unsafe. Unclean. Not as advertised. - This was a horrible place. We chose this hotel over another based on pictures, but the room didn't have anything close to the same furniture/layout or condition as the photos. We are pretty hardy, but could not feel comfortable enough to get a good night of sleep in this place. It was the kind of room where you don't want to touch anything, because it's dirty. Everything was in general disrepair - lights were out in the main room and bathroom, pieces of the place were missing (like a toilet paper holder), there was mold and grime in the shower. All linens were stained. The room smelled like smoke, and the entire carpet was sticky. Plus, our door didn't latch properly, which was concerning in the middle of the night when we were woken up by a woman screaming at someone just outside. Definitely do not recommend. We feel like we were lied to, and that our money was taken from us deceitfully.
• Verified traveler (2/5): NEVER. AGAIN! - Photos are very deceiving! Everything is old fashioned, dirty and broken. Sheets all ripped up and had many cigarette burns on them. Room didn't didn't even have a microwave. TV didn't work. They take the faucets off the "jacuzzi" so you wouldn't use them. Not that you would they where dirty too! Just overall terrible I thought I was being pucked. For the price I didn't expect it to be anything like a high end hotel but I was better off staying in my car. They just kept telling me they were no other rooms available but they lied. I had to go to the office twice before he gave me another key to use a microwave from another room that barely worked. SAFE YOUR MONEY. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
• Bruce (2/5): Don't use this place - Had to get new room first room rebaked of smoke and had ticks in the bed the second room had drug paraphernalia under the bed wet floor broken tv and no hot water. Will not use this hotel again
• Verified traveler (6/5): - There were good things and bad things about my stay. I enjoyed the bath and the bed wasn't so bad either. What I didn't like was that the door didn't lock properly, the TV was severely outdated, the shower was atrocious, there was mold everywhere in the shower.

• Rusty (2/5): Awful hotel - The hotel was itself was awful. The bed was full of bed bugs. My wife actually killed one and got bitten over 20 times. The pictures we have will show you the filthyness of the toom and the bites. When we complained one if the staff came to the room to call us liars and to tell us we had to leave becsuse we asked for our money back. He was very rude and distespectful. Plus we have many more pictures that the we cannot load because you only allow soo much.

• Gwenaelle (2/5): Worst place. Don't go - I have been staying in a lot of hotel but this one is the worst one ever. We got a room that we didnt pay for, there were stains all over the bed and sheets, the bathroom was disgusting. The bathtub had hair, the mirror had a lot of marks on, and blood. We went to the front desk few time for different reasons... The room was full of bugs (at least 16). We asked for a refund, they didnt accepted it. Terrible experience.

• VICTORIA (4/5): clean and affordable, staff very nice - Way better than the past. Room was very clean, lobby was remodeled and the place is looking alot better than it used to. Still a bit shabby but better, hot water works great. Check in fast and easy.

• amy (4/5): You get what you pay for - Glad I was only sleeping there... Hot tub didn't work...TV was kind of small ... Mirrors on the ceiling creeped me out made me feel like a cheap hooker. Had to cut through 2 other parking lots to get to this hotel then it has weird parking set up
• Mario (2/5): worst room ever - When I got there the place does not look like what I saw on the picture or the rooms had to wait a while to get me a room when I got to my room I sold to Kuzey bear and I stood no longer than hour and a half in my bed has bed bugs I went to the front desk called the front desk about the bed bugs they gave me a new room

• Verified traveler (2/5): HAHAHA AWFUL - Stayed here one night. Knew it wouldn't be the best, but that ended up to be an understatement. There was a pair of dirty panties on the sidewalk, the tv was from 1992, there was a hole burnt into the comforter, and the best part is tied between the jacuzzi in the room that didn't work and the fact that management forgot they booked the room and some guy drunk out of his mind walked into my room with a card from the front desk. If you're going to stay at a cheap motel, look elsewhere.

• Joshua (2/5): Very cheap, great if that is what you need. - Hotel was under construction. Hotel was super cheap so my expectations were already low. If you are looking for a cheap hotel this one does the job. The location is fine. The room is very bare. There is nothing wrong with the hotel or room.
• Lady Ray (4/5): From prostitute suite to single dusty bed - When I checked in I was offered a lovers suite out of that's 70's show with a tropical twist. Red plush circular bed with mirrored ceiling. I love jacuzzi's so I gave it a shot. 1 light plugged in to mask the dirt and out dated furniture. I passed quickly and asked for another more common but shabby room. With a used open bar of dial soap on a soap dish and hair gel as if I got the maids room. Table was moved and exposed a circle where it was previously. Then when I sighed with no where else to go so Kate on a Saturday. I sat to urinate and a adult Roach, very pregnant walked across the floor very slow and noticible like I was in her space. Good points I felt safe. Its an old out dates hotel whose owners focal point is probably being open and advertising. Location is fabulous, food, shopping etc foot steps away. Young people, folks not staying in the room just need a rest and a place to store a cold drink and nuke a meal... You get what u pay for.
