• Dustina (4/5): For the price, I expected better. - The pool was nice. Breakfast was as expected for hotel breakfast. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and our room smelled like sweat towels left in a dirty gym bag. The carpet also had food crumbs scattered throughout the room. Our room was right next to the elevator and close to the breakfast area so we were kept awake by people waiting for the elevator or getting in and off the elevator, along with people ringing the breakfast bell starting at 6:30 am.

• A6804JTrichardf (6/5): Hotel OK but Area is Disappointing - The hotel is a basic B-W, in an Interstate-side highway intersection complex, ith 5 or 6 similar hotels, gas stations/convenience stores & chain restaurants. Approaches & parking are a bit confusing but not inconvenient. Note that whild inside city limits but miles from downtown, college, “attractions”, & better restaurants. The town & attractions were tres disappointing. For instance, we elders were drawn by ads of bicycling trails, but those were nonexistent. Parts of the area are pretty, but the actual facilities aren’t on par with other regional towns like Lufkin, Nacogdoches, Lafayette, Lake Charles, etc. Unless we’d have business there, we won’t go back.

And I loved how they included the breakfast. Everything was right. It look just how it look on booking.com . 100/10 will definitely be booking again soon :) Nothing was Bad to be . Everything met my expectations. With this being my first time booking a room . This one was great .

• Michael (9/5): It was a quiet, comfortable, and economical stay - The bed was very comfortable and immaculately clean. My previous trip I reserved a room in the Super 8 (chosen because 2 other family members were there) and saw bedbugs on the bed luckily before I put my suitcase on it to unpack it. I went back to the desk and had my reservation canceled and ended up at the Comfort Suites after trying 4 other less expensive hotels that were fully booked including yours. The AC worked very well and was quieter than that type of unit normally is. I never heard a sound from the rooms on either side of me nor through the ceiling and I know both rooms next to mine were occupied. I'm 6 foot 6 inches tall which is why I always ask for a King sized bed even though it just barely fits me. I've never seen a hotel that offered California King sized beds. What do basketball player's do? Using the refrigerator just off the floor in the dresser was uncomfortable

Loud noises and talking from staff at my door. Only one key worked and it was confiscated and never returned.Crowded parking lot.

• Voorhees (7/5): Adequate, but it could have been significantly better if the facility was better maintained. - The location of the Natchitoches Best Western is good, but there are several hotel chains and businesses that depend on a convoluted road system, and the BW really needs clearer signage so that guests can more easily get to the front of the hotel. I feel like there are important maintenance issues that need to be addressed. From an accessibility standpoint, the floor buttons on the elevator need to be replaced or repainted. The numbers have completely worn off and tired travelers shouldn't have to spend the extra time it takes to look for the raised black-on-black number. Frankly, I suspect that the reason the numbers wore off in the first place is that it is not obvious that the light is also the button, and guests have probably been pressing the button label instead of the actual button, wearing the paint off. Also, whoever maintains the wi-fi really needs to update the security certificate! I intended to use the hotel wi-fi, but I got a security warning, and that's not a risk I'm willing to take in a hotel. I was also startled that the link to log into the wi-fi was not an https! That's definitely putting your guests and their tech at risk. Mattress could have been a little softer too.

• davidfW9546PB (10/5): Great Experience - I stayed one night here while traveling. I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is up to date, clean, comfortable bed, all amenities in place and working. The breakfast is good. The lady working the breakfast area stays on top of everything. She is even picking up the dirty plates before anyone can throw them away theirs elf. She has a good attitude and a great work attitude. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Even the housekeeping staff are very friendly. The hotel is in a good location. Everything was in place, clean, in working order. It was a very good experience. I will stay here again.

Had some moron running back and forth on second floor one night. Breakfast is really good with lots of things to eat but we had to eat in our room the second morning as no seating available. There is a pool which looked clean and maintained. French Market next door with EXCELLENT Cajun specialties like meat pies, gator sausage, and gumbo!

They had scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and a plethora of other things as well as a variety of beverage options. The location was decent unless you would rather have a more quiet area. There are several nearby hotels and an arcade right next door. I really don't have any complaints, other than not having a vending machine at the end of the hall. But there are a couple of gas stations close by. You should definitely check out the French Market Express.

• 348bartleyb (10/5): A Good Place To Stay! - Spent three nights and had a great time. Great staff; all spoke English . Has a great pool, although the boss said it could use a cleaning. All you can eat breakfast: eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, tators and onions, and hot coffee. The hotel was clean and the cleaning staff went out of their way to make things right. The staff got a kick seeing our little Yorkie running down the hall and playing. The best thing about our stay was there were no pimps, meth heads, or prostitutes hanging around. The outside was well lit at night and plenty of parking.

Check-in was extremely slow because the lady was on the phone with her daughter and felt it was more important to talk to her daughter then check me in. The room was dirty.. trash in the waste basket, stains on the bed skirt, hair all on the bathroom floor. Basically a poorly kept/run hotel.
