- Ingrid (10/5): Verblijf was kort maar prettig. Volgende keer weer daar logeren. - Locatie is prima, dichtbij de Miami international mall, Dolphin mall en Wallmart. Goed te bereiken met de taxi of auto. Ontbijt was goed te doen. Personeel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Personeel van de receptie ook heel erg vriendelijk. Was 2 keer vergeten door de housekeeping waardoor ik zelf handdoeken moest ophalen bij de receptie. Daarna is het wel goed gegaan. Verder alle faciliteiten op de kamer, magnetron, koelkast, strijktafel en strijkijzer. Koffiezetapparaat etc.

They use horrific cleaning products/laundry detergents that are so strong I was gagging for hours trying to sleep. Floor is sticky. Shelves and storage look well worn, carpet seemed dirty. I stayed at a Element outside NYC a couple of months ago that was miles better than this one. Cannot recommend.

Very family friendly, yet maintaining lively on weekend nights. Few elevators (lifts) to be used. Too many lines to use the only lift available most of the time.

Sin proteínas. El servicio de la habitación es caótico. No colocan jabón de barra a diario en el baño, lo tienes que solicitar al igual que le hagan el servicio de limpieza a la habitación.
