Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera al primo piano molto spaziosa , letti confortevoli, bagno ampio e con una doccia super. Pulizia ottima . Fruito anche della ottima spa. Colazione ampia e variegata con chef pronto ad ogni richiesta . Personale del ristorante bar veramente gentile e sempre sorridente . E alla fine anche un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

The location is great, only a 10-minute walk from Pub Street, so it’s very convenient while still being away from the noise of the city center. The breakfast had a huge variety of options and everything was very well prepared. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable at all times, which I really appreciated. But without a doubt, what I liked the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. They truly made the stay even better. I honestly highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.

- Grace (10/5): Fantastic - Everything! Breakfast was phenomenal, every staff member remembers who you are and goes out of their way to help you any way they can. I had gone to the front desk to inquire about how/where to go somewhere and had left saying I would think about it. Later, when I went back to take them up on the hotel tuk tuk, she had already informed the driver of what I wanted and off I went! The driver was also amazing, I had wanted to rent traditional wear to take photos at Ankor Wat and he brought me to a place that was clearly not just for tourists and had the most beautiful clothing. Cafe he suggested was also a 10/10. My room was spacious and very comfortable, massage was so easy to set up, small issue with the room AC (bc I cranked it all the way) was taken care of immediately. Just an overall amazing experience. Also such a good location, right along the river, def walkable to many spots, including the night market. Would rec to everyone. Literally cannot think of a thing

- Emily (9/5): The staff were so amazingly friendly they make the hotel lovely place to stay for a few nights - The hotel and staff were fantastic. The hotel was very inviting, the room was great the pool beautiful, sky bar spacious and a pleasure to sit at. Breakfast was also very good. Only small things, the pool doesn’t have a great deal of sun-beds or any sun after midday ish. If this doesn’t bother you then no problem as the rest of the hotel makes up for it. The location - a little further out from the main hustle and bustle but honestly only 10 min walk, so actually nice to be a bit away. Again not something I didn’t like, more of a comment

- Kieran (10/5): A wonderful hotel!! - The staff, without exception were all so kind and friendly, they were all a real credit to the hotel. The room was spacious, although lacking in draw space, and exceptionally clean. The trees and plants around the property made you feel you were in a beautiful tranquil space. Breakfast was perfect and had so much choice, we also ate 3 nights at the restaurant and the food was delicious. The pool was not too large but we always managed to get a lounger by it, it was a very relaxing area. A wonderful hotel!! Lacking in draw space, especially as we are travelling for a number of weeks so had quite a lot of clothes to store. There was a large wardrobe, but I do like to have a few draws for storage as well.

Room it's self was great. Breakfast is very nice and fresh. I didn't like the mosquito but that's not the Hotels thought , bring spray with you.

- Rachael (10/5): Happy hotel staff created a welcome retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life - The hotel staff were all lovely and super helpful. The location was super quiet and good for peaceful walks or a cycle using the complimentary b hotel bikes along the river opposite. I loved the outside bath facility and spa for relaxation and the roof top restaurant was really good with live music some eves too. The pool was mostly in the shade and surrounded by plants which meant bugs too !

- ION (9/5): Super Aufenthalt in Siem Reap - Die Lage Mitte i.d. Stadt ist ein Plus. Restaurant mit viel Grün und Super Terasse. Leider aber sehr viel Moskitos. Preise für Essen / Trinken sind gut! Cocktails bei 5,50$. Von 17.00-19:00 Uhr happy hour! Frühstück sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zimmer sehr schön landestypisch gerichtet! Fazit: empfehlenswert!

Our rooms was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The pool was calm and beautiful. Breakfast had a lot of options, and for Angkor tour they prepared a breakfast box for us. Definitely would recommend to stay here.

- Gyula (10/5): A true five-star hotel in a relaxing, tropical setting with wonderful staff. - The hotel is located on the banks of the Siem Reap River in a very cozy environment. The hotel welcomed me incredibly kindly upon arrival, providing information about everything. The welcome drink is very delicious! The hotel creates a peaceful, calm, relaxing atmosphere from the inside. The pool can even be used in the evening. Rooms are clean and tidy, a real five-star hotel. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Angkor Wat is nearby.
