• Paloma (2/5): Pésimo - La ubicación y la atención del personal. Estaba sucio, mucha humedad, zonas estropeadas y oxidadas, vajilla sucia… sinceramente parecía que no habían limpiado. Camas duras e incomodas, poca luz y ventilación. La zona de la piscina muy pequeña para estar fuera del agua, no podías tomar el sol, solo sillas y mesas para comer. Además, tenías que usar la misma toalla del baño de la habitación para la piscina… Fatal todo.

Kamer handdoeken moest steeds om vragen,anders kwam er geen verschoning koffie zakjes suiker werd ook niet elke dag aangevuld dus weer vragen .oke you get were you pay for.

Gebucht war Deluxe Familienzimmer!Der Pool , war zum Schwimmen, aber keine Sitz oder Liegegelegenheit!

• John (7/5): A reasonably priced hotel with a good breakfast a short drive from Intramuros - We appreciated the breakfast, but my wife could only eat the eggs, as she's vegetarian, so perhaps another vegetarian dish could be added or substituted for one of the meat dishes. The staff were very friendly and the location close to the supermarket was very handy. The road was very busy / noisy but there's nothing that can be done about that. We appreciated the two bathrooms / toilets and the separate bedroom to the lounge / kitchen. Overall, it was good value. We would have liked to have been able to at least use the kitchen to make sandwiches, so some cutlery would have been appreciated.

The bar staff at the infinity pool, were not very knowledgeable about making even a Bacardi and coke and then running out of coke! Beers were not cold, when the bar had been open for 6 hrs. Breakfast was ok but cold. We asked for a packed breakfast - just fruit or some bread, as we had to leave for the airport early and they could not offer us that!

• Solomon (10/5): It was a great stay. - The room was great. My girlfriend, my mom and I had a great stay. The guards are very friendly. The rooms are very clean. At first I had doubts since some reviews say that there are cockroaches. But during our stay, nothing was seen. The location of the place was also convenient since it is just a walking distance from Shopwise and a lot of fastfood stores. If ever we'll be visiting Makati, I'll be booking here again. None so far

Camera junior suite con zona cucina con solo bollitore per il resto non c'era neanche un bicchiere o un piatto! Avevamo il lavandino in camera otturato e anche facendo presente il problema non sono intervenuti.

The AC in the room was extremely noisy, like really a lot. We had an issue that one of the bedsheets got stained a bit during our stay and they charged around 15 Euro additionally for it which we believe to be overcharged. We didn't take the breakfast there but took a quick look and it didn't look very good, also not really anything vegetarian there except eggs.

• Wendy (10/5): Go-to lodging in Makati - I’ve stayed at Jade Hotel a couple times now because of their comfortable accommodations, reasonable affordability, friendly service, and convenient location near various essentials. Looking forward to staying with them again for my next visit to Manila.

• Nadene (9/5): Close to most things, comfy bed, would stay again. - The rooms are as advertised, plenty of space, lots of cupboards for storing. The staff were great. We chose the breakfast option with the room. However it is a Filipino breakfast. Scrambled eggs (way too salty), noodles, rice, meat, small french stick bread and coffee. It didn't really accommodate for Westerners, just for basic toast, butter, jam and tea options, so we ate breakfast elsewhere. The restaurant we did try one evening, even though they have a great variety on the menu, most is not available. We asked for the Burger and Fries, but burgers weren't available, I'm guessing they only do Filipino food. The pool looks way bigger in the photo's, it's only around 10m long.

Their food is also good, kahit na konti ang naka check in that time (because it's a weekday), we were very satisfied with our food orders. Panalo ung clam chowder nila! Highly recommended for those who will be looking for a place to stay in Makati. Kakulay ng damit ko ung kurtina :P

I like the pool side to chill, frontdesk is very polite and proffessional. The toilet is got stock up, doesnt flush but overall stay was worthed.

• Ruda (10/5): 10 out of 10 - I loved the pool, the scenery in the evening while having a relaxing swim, absolutely gorgeous, the breakfast buffet in the morning keep us from being hungry for most of the day the staff were top people the guy with a smile helping you with bags opening the doors for us, then the administration lady at the front beautiful and professional manners everyone was just perfect and kind towards us and the other guests I can keep going on and next time I'm coming to manila I will definitely be booking at this hotel again from me 10 out of 10 Just the maintenance of the new built bar was a bit loud but nothing serious to ruin our stay loved it.

• Carlo (10/5): Luxury at an affordable price - The room was incredible. I did not expect it to have a kitchen. Bathroom finally had a glass door, something that was lacking from my previous stays. Breakfast was good too. The upper deck view was breathtaking, along with the pool. The lack of outlets near the bed. I mean there was an outlet but it was too small to accomodate my usb adapter for my charger.
