The hotel was excellent in every way, being on a small peninsula from the beach it felt private with added bonus of a fresh breeze which was welcoming at all hours of the day. Excellent. Nothing to dislike, clean , welcoming, great food , pool restaurant & happy Staff.

The staff were not the friendliest and welcoming. The breakfast was average at best. The location and getting into the resort is slightly challenging.

Every afternoon they allowed outside visitors into the pool area and had a dj for parties. We came with children and it wasn’t very nice to have the pool area taken over by drunk people who were smoking and being loud.

Several restaurants in the bay a path will take you to the next bay. The view from the pool is magnific, however a dj was playing (too) heavy loud music from 2 pm to 9 pm almost every quest complained to manament without any success.

- charlier870 (10/5): A beautiful little stay - Fabulous location, really quiet when we went. Breakfast was good too. If you eat food at the hotel in the day and evening this is also really good. You will need cash on the island as very few places take card. It’s a lovely hotel, great views and location. The staff are also really good too and incredibly helpful. I would definitely book again. There is also plenty of to do around the area and plenty of options for eating out as well. The rooms are quite basic and could do with a little TLC but this is a secluded island and more than enough for what you pay for.

- Amy (9/5): Classy lux one night splurge for solo female traveller - Gorgeous, comfortable clean room with nice shower and finishing. The view out to the ocean as soon as you walk in is gorgeous. There was a little table with 2 chairs out on the deck for smoking. Lovely ocean sounds for the whole stay. Check in was available about 45 mins early. Cafe with stunning view available to wait, only coffee available at that time. Located about 10 min drive out of town centre do be prepared to pay up to 250bht one way (if not sharing the ride). Rest of island not as accessible as if you stay in town. But beaches etc are more quiet at this part of the island.

- Sofia the Tangerina 🍊 (9/5): Good value resort in a secluded part of Koh Samet - Overall the resort is really nice, clean comfortable rooms, good breakfast, decent pool area and direct access to the beach Location isn't the best. The resort is quite far away from other things on Koh Samet so taxi's or other modes of transport are required if you want to venture out. Restaurant options are pretty bad in the vicinity of the resort. This may not have been an issue with all the rooms but our bathroom was quite outdated and grubby compared to the rest of the room for some reason.

Kommunikointi oli haastavaa. Ravintolan keittiö oli rempassa, joten ruokaa ei ollut saatavilla kuin aamupalalla. Länsimainen aamupala oli niukka: ei jogurttia tai leivonnaisia. Vain appelsiinimehua tarjolla. Huoneen vessan lattia oli märkä koko ajan. Parveke oli niin pieni, ettei sinne mahtunut edes aurinkotuoleja.

L’hôtel est à côté de 2 plages facile d’accès à 2 mn à pied. Le personnel est sympa et arrangeant. L’arrivée dans l’hôtel fait passer les clients dans une rue insalubre . Ça ne donne pas envie de rester et mets un doute sur l’hygiène .. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré également .

Views from room were amazing, and from the pool and the restaurant. Food. We found the breakfasts bland and choice limiting. The fresh salad had flies all over it. I had an omelette and it had a hair in it. We also had an evening meal here and it wasn’t hot. Cocktails and drinks great.

- NorthStar56233920124 (4/5): Lousy breakfast, inhospitalty and ants everywhere in our room - The staff seems to hate the guests and to be annoyed when asked about anything. The breakfast waiter even insisted that my omelet was vegetarian although there was lots of bacon on it. There was armies of ants in our room (and therefore in our clothes and in our suitcases), but all they did was spray some kind of poison in our room.

- kimath91 (2/5): Disgraceful! - I did not stay in the accommodation here, but it did look a beautiful location. Food however is another story!! I ordered Thai green chicken curry. The chicken was absolutely disgusting, bits of skin hanging off and a weird colours. Told the member of staff about it who took my food away and brought the exact same thing back to me again. I mentioned how the chicken is the same and he then threatened me with police and Thai prison if we did not pay for it. I never said I wasn’t going to pay for it, I just didn’t want dodgy chicken and wanted them to rectify the problem. My Dad’s wife ordered crab and they explained they didn’t have any. My husband didn’t hear this and carried on asking for a crab fried rice which they had (obviously reheated since they had told my Dad’s wife they didn’t have any). My husband was sick for 48 hours after this with food poisoning. I didn’t eat my green curry as it looked vile and still got charged for it. Left the restaurant feeling very upset and had to go somewhere else for food. Disgusting food and customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my whole life. Do not eat here!

- Florence (9/5): Excellent séjour une nuit 2 jours très reposants. - L’emplacement sur cette pointe rocheuse permet d’avoir de l’air ce qui est très agréable, nous connaissons bien l’île. La piscine et sa terrasse sont très agréables avec vue sur la mer des 2 côtés. La nourriture est très bonne Nous avons pris les chambres qui restaient, dans le bâtiment et il n’y a pas de fenêtre en dehors de la petite à côté de la porte d’entrée, sur la coursive. Comme l’île affichait très plein ce we là le prix etait élevé.

- Johanna (10/5): Obeskrivligt bra dagar! - Fantastiskt ställe med riktigt bra läge! Bra pool med fin utsikt över havet, bar och möjlighet att beställa mat och äta vid poolen. Kort väg till de två närmsta stränderna och ville man utforska så gick det att gå utmed vattnet till ännu fler ständer. Flera restauranger i närheten, eldshow varje kväll på stranden. Om jag ska hitta något att anmärka på så vet det att personalen i bar och restaurang förstod knappt engelska och upplevdes ganska oengagerade. Men det förtar verkligen inte helhetsintrycket.

- Patrick Flueckiger (6/5): Einfaches Resort an schöner Lage - Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Auch die Anlagen ist schön am Meer gelegen und es ist zu Fuss möglich zue ienem anderen Strand oder Retaurants zu gehen. Lunch war sehr gut. Pool und Bar waren sehr ansprechend. Die Lage des Restaurants am Meer fand ich auch sehr schön. Die Mitarenitenden waren sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lau und sehr lieblos. So wie in einem billigen Motel. Das hat Potential nach oben und würde sicher auch zu besseren Bewertungen für.

- Cristina (7/5): Struttura bella - personale non all’altezza - La posizione di fronte al mare e vicina a due spiagge belle. La stanza F3 molto carina, con vista sul mare rivolta verso il tramonto. La struttura nell’insieme é bella e ben tenuta. Il personale era o poco esperto/professionale oppure molto maleducato. Il signore alla reception non è adatto al ruolo di contatto con il pubblico perché chiaramente gli davamo fastidio, era poco educato e si vedeva che si tratteneva per rispondere con falsa gentilezza. Potrebbe essere un hotel 5 stelle ma purtroppo il personale non esprime la genuina gentilezza e accoglienza tipica dei thailandesi. Se andate sappiate che ci sono regole rigide e mancanza di volontà di soddisfare le semplici richieste dei clienti. Se desiderate essere trattati con cura e attenzione non andate in questi hotel.

- Lisa (10/5): Perfect place to relax. - The location was absolutely perfect! The views from every corner were stunning. My favorite place was around the pool during sunset. The food was great. The rooms are so cute. The rooms could do with a lick of paint. But very comfortable size and bed.

- alfredo (5/5): Potrebbe essere ma non è , gestito male - Struttura carina abbastanza nuova L’accoglienza , struttura non ha lettini per spiaggia, non c’è un lido x noleggiare sdraio , inoltre ti fanno terrorismo in camera c’è un listino prezzi di tutto quello che c’è in camera , bicchieri tazze lenzuola ecc ecc
