Die Küche ist ein echtes Highlight: extrem lecker und wunderschön angerichtet. Sterneniveau. Die Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig. Urig eingerichtet mit sehr viel Stauraum. Alles ist makellos sauber. Auch der Saunabereich. Das parken ist etwas chaotisch. Der Preis ist nicht günstig, aber das Geld wert. Was nicht ganz toll ist: die Lage und die Grösse von Pool. Sind 10 Leute im Pool, ist mit schwimmen nichts mehr. Der dürfte größer sein. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb von Schruns. Das Zentrum zu Fuss sicher in 15 Minuten zu erreichen (Empfehlung: am Bach entlang). Sonst direkt an einer Strasse gelegen.

• Cees (10/5): Prachtig en comfortabel hotel. - Het totale comfort en de attentie van het personeel. Aangezien het hotel een stukje van de pistes af ligt en er geen echte skibus langs rijdt, is de gratis shuttleservice een uitkomst. Het is wel om rekening mee te houden dat hij niet na 9.30 uur en voor 15.00 rijdt. Natuurlijk kun je met de auto naar de lift rijden, maar de echte skiër... Ook complimenten voor de keuken voor de culinaire hoogstandjes. Warme en comfortabele skiberging. Mooie wellness. Het water in het zwembad had iets warmer gekund. De wijn was aan de prijs. De prijzen beginnen net onder de 40 euro per fles. Drankjes in de minibar op de kamer waren eigenlijk onbetaalbaar.

Es wir ein Shuttle zur Bergbahn angeboten, welche nur 5min vom Hotel entfernt ist. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Ist an sich kein Problem, wenn die andere Sachen stimmen Früstück Eine Maschine wo ich den Cafe selbst machen darf in schlechter Qualität Eier selber kochen Omelett selber machen, Waffel k8mmt aus der Packung. Ich wähle ein 4 Sterne Hotel damit ich bedient werde.

Aufenthaltsraum und Bar sehr grosszügig. Tische waren so, dass man Gespräche führen konnte, ohne dass der Nachbar davon Kenntnis bekommen hat. Auswahl an gesunden Salaten, Saucen und anderen Sachen sehr gross , ausgewogen und gesund. keine Beanstandungen, so dass ich nicht das erste Mal und auch nicht das letzte Mal gekommen bin.

• Peter (10/5): Unexpectedly delightful - I booked this hotel at the last minute on a busy weekend so had little options. Not much else available. It turned out to be a great stay. Staff went out of their way to help me as an English only speaker. The room was great with views of the mountains. The dinners were actually included in the price and the quality was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel if you are lucky enough to be in the area.
• windvalley (8/5): Nice hotel but not perfect - We stayed 2 nights over the weekend and had booked 2 superior king rooms. The rooms are large with a nice bathroom (separate bathtub and shower). We had a balcony overlooking a little pond and the mountains in the distance. The location is fine but not directly at the slopes. My husband and I used to spa area, which is quite nice with a pool and different saunas and relaxation rooms. Only issue is the screaming children at the pool and other guests who clearly do not care that it is meant to be a quiet area (not obviously the fault of the hotel). When showering to enter the pool, I smelled a distinct sewage smell, which was extremely offputting, but did not think much of it. After going back to the room, the smell was over-whelming and we, plus our travel companions, had to complain to the reception. We were explained that as many people use the spa facilities, the plumbing needs some water drained down it for the smell to go away. Sounded a bit strange to me, but nevertheless, we were offered a free glass of sparkling wine. The smell occurred again the next day, but not as bad as the night before. I am not sure if this was only an issue on the first floor rooms. Otherwise the rooms were quiet and not disturbed by the fairly busy road next to the hotel. Our rooms did not face the road, however. The breakfast spread was very good with nice fresh fruits offered, plus all the usual breakfast foods. The food at dinner (first night buffet) was OK in my opinion, not really amazing. Nevertheless we enjoyed it. They also have a good wine list. Our server Florina was very nice and chatty, and made some good wine recommendations to us. it was always extremely hot in the dining room and we had to open a window to get some fresh air in, as we felt suffocated by the temperature. The rooms are also very hot even though the radiators were cold. We slept with an open window each night. Overall, I liked the hotel and the friendly staff. The plumbing situation should be looked into, particularly at a 4* superior hotel. It is fairly pricey but I would stay again if we were to come skiing in the area a second time.
• PerthshireClare (8/5): Comfortable hotel with good food and attentive and charming staff - After 8 nights in this very comfortable hotel whilst skiing the area, we are feeling much in need of going on a diet! We have been extremely well looked after and have enjoyed our large and comfortable room. It is a little bit far from the centre of town but the hotel provides a free minibus service to the two nearest lifts and whilst there is a public bus to the further out areas, we have appreciated having our own car to get around. The food is pretty good on the whole with an extensive buffet breakfast and a 5 course evening meal. Service can be a bit on the slow side and the dining room was too hot for us but perhaps we are not typical. There is a free buffet laid on from lunchtime through to 5 p.m with soup and salad and tea, coffee and cakes which was nice to come back to after skiing. We didn't use the swimming pool and wellness centre but they are obviously very popular. Clientele was mainly couples though there were also families and the ski area is ideal for children. The staff in the restaurant need a special mention - they are well trained, friendly and attentive and we have to give a special mention to Sabrina and Birgitte who looked after us most of the time. If you don't speak German - like us - the menu and wine list can be a bit challenging but we downloaded a translation app which helped. We very seldom heard English spoken in the area which was a plus but it does mean that menus,signs etc tend only to be in German. All in all, a great place to stay.
• happysept09 (10/5): One Of The Best - What a lovely hotel, that Crystal Holidays have found & outstanding value too.Our welcome at 9.30pm couldn't have been nicer. So we could get dinner, we were just told to leave registration till later & just quickly leave our bags in the room. The hotel & indeed whole area is very Austrian & we only heard a British voice once in the whole week. The hotel went out of their way to make us thoroughly welcome & every day provided a translated menu for us & always spoke to us in English.Many thanks to Violetta for her attentive service in the dining room. The rooms are enormous & lovely & warm with the luxury of underfloor heating in the bathroom. Our bathroom alone wasn't far short on size of most hotel bedrooms. Rooms on either side of the hotel have nice mountain views & huge balconies. The pool & spa areas are of a size & standard you would normally find in a hotel double this size.The pool was always nice & warm & was open from 7am-8pm. It has nice water features. The spa area opens afternoon till 7pm. Pool & spa areas were very quiet so we often had them to ourselves. The food was lovely & of a very high standard. The hotel does have 14 Gault Millau points which I believe are fairly equal to a Michelin star in UK. The daily afternooon tea was of a high quality & always in plentiful supply if you returned on the later side from skiing. Unusually included was tea & coffee. The hotel is on the outskirts of town, but a good bus service included on your lift pass stops just outside. The hotel also has a mini bus running to your choice of cable car, gondola or bus station for connections to other resort areas. At the end of the day, just phone the number you are given & along comes the driver to pick you up. What a fantastic service. To walk into town is about 10-15 mins. The nearest supermarket, Lidl, is only a 5 minute walk turning right out of the hotel. We hired skis & bought lift passes from Intersport at the cable car, which seemed the easiest option & can be booked online prior to your holiday. For skiing, we preferred access via the gondola. The area of Golm is included in the lift pass & well worth the 30-40 min bus trip.The hotel helpfully has details on the ski room door of how to visit all the areas using the buses. Travelling with Crystal, you are likely to be the only clients on the mini bus after St Anton.It is wonderful to be able to visit an area so undiscovered by the mass markets & enjoy over 200km of skiing. Get here & enjoy this resort before it gets too well known.
• ShropshireShrews (10/5): A first class hotel - We found this hotel on a late deal with Crystal and, as it was in the Crystal 'Finest' range, we expected it to be good. In fact the hotel and its staff exceeded our expectations. We arrived late (about 21:30) to a warm welcome and once we had freshened up we were served with a meal and looked after by Sabrina, one of the hotel's charming and helpful staff. Our room (103) was large, warm and very well-furnished, the bathroom was again large and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and wardrobes/drawers plentiful, the whole room had a relaxed and comfortable feel. The hotel mirrored the rooms in that everywhere was spacious, calm and comfortable from the large lounge with open fire to the conservatory and dining room. The food was exceptionally good, well presented and there was always a choice on the evening menu (meat, fish, vegetarian). Buffet breakfasts were pleasant and relaxed with good food and plenty of choice (hot and cold) and the 13:00 to 17:00 buffet lunch/afternoon snack with tea/coffee etc was a nice touch for skiers and non-skiers alike. For skiers the hotel provides a mini bus to and from the nearest lifts or the bus station for those wishing to go further afield. The driver was extremly obliging and always on time so there was no need to use the local ski bus services. Downstairs there is a large and well laid-out ski room, a children's play room, free internet access, a small gym and a pool table. There is also access to a large and well-appointed Spa and Swimming pool area for some serious relaxation. Overall this is a first-class hotel with a relaxing atmosphere, pleasant obliging staff, pleasant and very 'hands on' owners, good food and good facilities. We will be back!
