- Alessandra (10/5): Ottima esperienza in centro a Milano - La posizione dell' appartenenza è davvero molto comoda, a due passi dalla fermata della metro M3 Crocetta, in una prestigiosa zona residenziale del centro di Milano, con tutti i servizi a disposizione. L'appartamento è molto curato, luminoso e confortevole, dotato di prodotti per la prima colazione (latte, succhi di frutta, frutta fresca, yogurt, fette biscottate, merendine confezionate, marmellate, macchina per il caffè espresso e macchinetta per fare il cappuccino), su richiesta è possibile avere prodotti per intolleranze alimentari. Lo staff è molto cortese e disponibile, il check out è entro le 11, ma è possibile lasciare il bagaglio nell'ufficio dove si fa il check-in per tutta la giornata senza sovrapprezzo. Il prezzo è accettabile considerando la zona e i servizi. Lo consiglio vivamente. Un po' di rumore proveniente dal passaggio del tram.

Logement très petit sans espace pour les bagages ni rangements . L’acces complique entre le bureau, le parking (très serré) et le studio, à trois endroits différents.

- TUNCAY (10/5): Herşey çok güzeldi - Tesis çok güzeldi, herşey düşünülmüştü, bahçenin olması da ayrı bir güzeldi çok keyifliydi, odaya tıkılıp kalmıyorsunuz. Ayrıca tramvay ve metro neredeyse kapının önünde gibiydi. Duomo yürüyerek 15 dk. Merkez tren istasyonu metro ile 6 durak, ulaşım sıkıntısı yaşamadık. Çalışanlarda çok iyiydi çok yardımcı oluyorlar dı sağolsunlar. Niyeyse bir sabun, şampuan sıkıntısı yaşandı, sürekli sabun ve şampuan istemek zorunda kaldık.

- Anna (5/5): - Location was great Our room looked nothing like the photos on booking.com. It was very noisy, and not because it was located by the street the walls were paper-thin. The rooms are in a residential building, and above us lived a family with children who made an awful lot of noise. The room cleaning was done in the late afternoon, which really surprised me, because we left the apartment at 8 a.m. and came back around 5 p.m., and only then did the housekeeper knock on the door. They had 9 hours to clean the room.

- Patricia (8/5): Great location and clean - This property was a comfortable apartment located conveniently within walking distance of the Duomo. We were two couples and our rooms were the only ones on the floor connected by a hallway. We each had an outdoor patio/balcony. There were conveniences like and ironing board and snacks in the room. I would stay there again. If we stayed longer, I would have liked a washer. I saw a washer in the pictures but our rooms/floor didn’t t have one. We didn’t need a washer for our one night stay though.

Avevamo già alloggiato presso di loro e confermiamo la pulizia dell’appartamento e i suoi comfort; in struttura si trovano acqua, caffè, tè snack e frutta vari per spuntini e/o colazioni. La stazione metro di crocetta dista tre minuti a piedi e con due fermate vi troverete al Duomo, raggiungibile anche a piedi in 15 minuti. Poco distante dalla Metro si trova anche il Teatro Carcano.

- natalya (8/5): - מיקום בשכונה נעימה, בתי קפה, מכולות וחנויות באיזור. מרחק הליכה קצרה למטרו וניתן גם ללכת למרכז העיר בדרך נוחה. חדר קטן אבל מאובזר בכל מה שנדרש ויש גם כיבוד קל ומפנק. צוות אדיב. שימו לב שזהו לא מלון אלא בית הארחה, אין לובי. החדר שלנו היה ממקום בתוך קומפלקס שקט של דירות בסמוך למקום הצ'ק -אין עם מספר מדרגות בכניסה אליו.

- Lisa (10/5): Fabulous 48 hours. Will definitely come and stay here again. Thank you - The property is clean and comfortable. It is an ideal base to see all of the Milan attractions from especially the Duomo and the QC spa. Close to both the metro station and tram stations if you want to go further to see the Last Supper or the San Siro stadium. It is nice and quiet at night. We had an issue with the WiFi and the host sorted it out straight away. There is a range of foods and drinks provided by the host which is topped up daily. Amazing value for money. The automatic lighting to the main entrance to the apartment block didn’t appear to be working. This made it a little dark. However, this is not controlled by the host of the Isabella apartments. We found finding the check in location a little challenging but once we found it, check in was great with the host then taking us to the apartment and giving us a tour of its facilities.

- Lawrence Villa (10/5): Convenient Location, Friendly Staffs and Good Service! - It's my first time visiting Milan this Oct 2025 and chose this venue to stay for 3 nights and I was very satisfied with the service and accommodation. It was clean and neat, staffs are very friendly and professional and its near to the main center and metro transportation. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and had a great time exploring the city! Рядом продуктовый магазин, ресторанчики и кафе. 15 мин от Дуоме, все в шаговой доступности, Квартира чистая, светлая, в тихом квартале. Хозяева очень приятные и красивые люди! - Beate (9/5): Es war alles in Ordnung. - Wir hatten nicht erwartet, dass es sogar ein kleines Frühstück gab. Auch wurde das Zimmer am nächsten Tag gereinigt und das Frühstück ausgefüllt. Es stand incl. Parkplatz, was leider dann doch nicht war.

- Marc (9/5): Comfortable Apartment within Walking Distance of Milan Sights - Comfortable, clean apartment in the heart of Milan. Within 15-20 minute walking distance of all the major sites in Milan. Host staff were very helpful and let us keep our bags with them while we explored for the day. It had all of the expected amenities and looked like the provided pictures. Good value and comfortable stay!

- Karen (8/5): - This was a nice place to stay as well in Milan. It served our purposes well. A couple of things: the address provided for check in was "Via Della Commenda, 25" (so number 25 on that street). We used google maps to find it and arrived at large wooden doors. This was the wrong place. The office for check in is two doors down and does not have a street number on it, but the window does say La Residenze Isabella. This caused confusion and took us ten minutes to find the right place after calling the host. She was insistent that the office was number 25 even though that number was two doors down. Also, breakfast was included in our costs but breakfast was fruit and yogurt left in the room with packaged/commercial cookies and baked goods. This was a little disappointing and not worth whatever extra cost breakfast would have been had it been provided more traditionally. We were there four nights and after the second night someone came by late afternoon to ask if we needed anything. We asked for extra towels. Housekeeping only came on night three, and was there around 5pm when we returned from our day of outings so the timing was awkward as we were in the way of the work he needed to do. He was very nice and did a good job, but we didn't think this was the best scheduling.

- Hanne (6/5): Godt hotel - besværlig indtjekning. - Fint hotel med perfekt beliggenhed i forhold til seværdigheder. Indtjekning var dog besværlig. Vi kom ved 12 tiden og kunne tjekke ind kl 15. Kufferterne kunne afleveres et sted lige i nærheden af hotellet og fint nok. Vi skulle imidlertid hente kufferterne kl 15, da indleveringsstedet ikke var bemandet hele tiden. Det gav et afbræk på turen til Milano City, da vi måtte afbryde turen for at stille bagagen på hotellet. Da vi næste morgen ville aflevere nøglerne kl 11 (hvor kontoret åbnede) var intet personale mødt.

- Thomas (10/5): - First of all, I highlight the particularly kind, attentive, helpful and sympathic staff of Residenza Isabella. They contributed very much to my overall satisfaction with my stay. The apartment was modern and well-equiped, the AC worked perfectly and even a washing maschine was available. As I lenjoy walking through cities, I did not mind that the location was not in the very heart of the city, which though is conveniently reachable by foot, metro or eScooter/eBike. Personally, I'd recommend this place to my family and friends.

The location is great, a 10-15 min walk to Duomo. It is a very secure apartment. The elevator to the room is convenient to transport luggage to your room. I also appreciated the fruit, snacks and beverages provided. Bed is comfy, apartment very clean and modern.

- Laurent (8/5): Séjour Milan juillet 2025 - Emplacement idéal, à 15 min du Duomo.. Le studio est niquel, bien équipé. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour à Milan. Les propriétaires sont très sympas. Un parking est dispo moyennant 20 euros mais pratique et rassurant pour votre auto. Le seul bémol est la clim.. Elle fait énormément de bruit et même à 18 degrés, elle met un temps fou à refroidir l'appart. De plus elle se met en sécurité toute seule et s'arrête . Il faut la rallumer manuellement pour la relancer.
