- Suzana (5/5): It was nice overall but recommended being closer to Lake Kawaguchi - The room was quite and the view of Mt Fuji was great. I liked the open air bath. Too far from main attractions. The hotel shuttle only goes at certain times and only to the first bus stop. Buses can take a full hour to get you to a tourist location. Long wait between buses. Language issues were huge. The logistics were difficult. I would not recommend unless you're older and mostly want to stay arounf the hotel. Cabs are ridiculously expensive in Japan.

The shuttles to take you down hill work at designated time. They won't take you when you want to go. It makes it less useful if you want an early start. And if you stay out past 6pm you have to get a cab which is very expensive.

Jamais je n'aurais pensé rencontrer du personnel ayant un age avancé soccuper de l'entretien. Comme ci elles faisaient parti de l'hotel depuis ces années du boom immobilier Japonais. Les jeunes sont mis en avant a l"accueille et les anciens veillent comme dans les mangas.😀. Le fait qu'il n''y ait pas de piscine ou d'activitées intérieur. Car le fait de louer du matos pour faire du PingPong m'a un peu décu mais heureusement que les navettes étaient gratuite pour sortire et visiter Yamanakako et son Lac.

They got 2 entrance routes, one is close rather early so beware of it. The bathroom is very old so sometimes it made some noises.

In addition to the stunning scenery, it’s very conveniently located near Lake Yamanaka, making it easy to enjoy the lake’s activities and sightseeing. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with both natural beauty and accessibility.

- Tergel (10/5): Good stuff, old facility, remote location - I like the service stuff and people. They went out of their way to offer us a good value The location of the property is bit remote and shuttle buses run very infrequently. So, I recommend people to stay closer to Ashigaoko bus terminal if you would like to explore around.

- Anna (9/5): A secluded hotel with a stunning view of Mount Fuji and a high-class onsen - A spacious onsen with various baths and a sauna + a beautiful scenic onsen. A spacious, clean room with comfortable beds. An incredible view of Mt. Fuji! There aren't enough seats for dinner in the restaurants, and the only option left is a very expensive (though not bad) buffet. Overall, there was a feeling that the food didn't match the price, both at breakfast and dinner.
- purita (10/5): - ห้องกว้าง สะอาด เห็นวิวฟูจิดีงาม อาหารเช้าดีหลากหลาย ออนเซ็นดีงามแช่น้ำไปดูวิวฟูจิกับทะเลสาบไป ได้นอนชั้นสาม เป็นชั้นเดียวกับล๊อบบี้ แต่ก่อนถึงห้องลากต้องขึ้นบันไดพอสมควร ใครกระเป๋าเดินทางหนักอาจจะลำบากนิดนึง แต่ถ้านอนชั้นสี่ชั้นห้าไม่ต้องขึ้นบันได มีลิฟต์ถึงเลย
