• Rich (8/5): Very good - Good location, very comfortable bed, good WiFi, good shower facilities. The staff were welcoming & courteous. The mosquito net blocks the flow of the air conditioning. So parts of the room stay hot & stuffy. This made sleep very uncomfortable. Some standing fans are needed to improve this issue.

Same negative every time, the beds are way too firm. I think next time I will look for a different hotel with a softer bed. Staff and service was five star.

• Sergio (10/5): - I arrived very late at night and the staff came out to give me my room key, which was amazing because I tried other Places and didn’t answer late. The lady at the front desk is amazing and extremely helpful and resourceful. She helped me get around the city and to the airport in time for my flight. Amazing experience staying in here. The place is very safe and quiet. The rooms are super clean and tidy

• Bianca (8/5): - Die Inhaberin der Unterkunft war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer hatte alles was man benötigt. Mit einem TukTuk oder Grab kommt man innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten zum Historical Park.
• WG (8/5): Quaint but a little tired - Blue House was located ideally for being in the new city of Sukhothai, but a 12km, 150 - 220 baht tuk tuk ride from the old city / historic park. It was very quiet, being off the main street behind a local market and close to the Buddhist temples that boomed out their music beautifully around 6pm as sun went down. The hotel was a little tired, with old, leaky air con units which struggled to lower the temperature to 20 degrees. The beds were the usual hard if the region. Staff were very helpful, even if their English was limited. They arranged a 70 baht tuktuk back to the bus station for us.

• eric (8/5): - レビューを参考に人気のある宿とのことで一泊してみた。大通りからは少し離れているので若干探しにくいかも知れない。施設は玄関で土足を脱ぐシステム。フロントの対応もOK。 部屋は照明が少し暗いと感じる。カーテンを開けるとハエと蚊が沢山出て来て驚いた。シャワールームはカーテンもあり悪くない。 21時以降はフロントスタッフがいなくなるのでルームキーは自分で持ち歩く必要あり。 気になった点は冷蔵庫。部屋に入ると冷蔵庫のコンセントが抜かれており、最初に気付かなかったら飲み物などが常温のまま。また、キーに付いた板を壁に刺さないと電源が入らないので、冷蔵庫も連動して電源が切れてしまう仕組みだった。これはケチ臭い。 無料のレンタサイクルはなし。朝食は有料で前日に頼めるが、朝市で何か買って食べる方が面白いと思う。 ロケーションは朝市のすぐ近く、コンビニもすぐ近く、部屋もサービスも並、決して悪くないが、人気宿である理由は分からなかった。新市街は特に何が便利というわけでもなく、見どころがあるわけでもないので、スコータイでは観光目的なら旧市街に宿泊すべきだと感じた。

La cittadina non offre nulla quindi consiglio di non dedicare più di un giorno a questa tappa. La sera si rianima con qualche localino interessante dove mangiare e rilassarsi con un sottofondo musicale. Il sito merita di essere visitato !
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Première impression défavorable, car pour s' y rendre il faut passer au marché, puis derrière avec toutes ces mauvaises odeurs de légumes et de poisson. En plus on a vu deux cafards dans la ruelle. Puis, la réceptionniste était au téléphone, conversation personnelle, ce qui nous a fait attendre plus de 5 minutes. Chambres moyennes, mais ok pour le prix. Tranquille et assez propre, bien que la première journée, la toilette n'a pas été nettoyée. Finalement le personnel s'est montré serviable. Le petit déjeuner est correct, sans plus. Finalement, la réceptionniste fut sympathique et d’une aide certaine.
• DAISUKE (8/5): 設備のきっちりしたよいホテル - スコータイ観光で利用しました。 スコータイだけならば旧市街の方が便利だと思いますが、他の街へのアクセス（具体的にはバスターミナルへのアクセス）を考え、このホテルにしました。 バスターミナルからは歩くと20分程度で、歩けないことはないです。荷物がある時などはフロントに言えばトゥクトゥクを呼んでくれます。 大通りから一本入った静かな通りの突き当たりにあります。 コンビニは大通りに出てすぐです。 食事などは、屋台街まで歩いて10分ほどです。 旧市街へのソンテオは、やはり大通りに出てすぐの場所にあります。 思ったよりも街中でトゥクトゥクが走っていない印象でした。 ホテルの設備は、個人的には申し分ありませんでした。 必要な設備があり、冷蔵庫もあり、お湯も出ます。 フロントは夜は閉まってしまいますので、遅めのチェックインなどは注意が必要だと思いました。 朝食は申込み制で有料です。 良いホテルだったと思います。新市街に宿泊するならおすすめですし、次回もここにしたいと思っています。 一方でスコータイの旧市街だけをみたい場合は、旧市街にホテルを選ぶ選択肢もあると思いました。バスターミナルへのアクセスをどう考えるか次第だと思います。

• Verified traveler (10/5): Clean and comfortable place for a visit in Sukhoth - This was my second visit in Sukhothai and this time I decided to stay in Blue House. The place is perfectly located a little walk from the main road but because of it it allows for a quiet night. Also it is located close to the local street food area and convenient for the local bus that takes all tourists to the Historical Old Sukhothai. I can highly recommend this place and would stay there if I ever get to Sukhothai again.

Ils disposent d'un catalogue d'activités et renseignements, possibilité s'acheter ticket de bus et autres. Petit déjeuner bon et copieux tarif convenable. La situation est très pratique : à 2 pas de l'arrêt du bus pour Old City et marché, massage, night market à 5 minutes. Le seul petit point: c'est le frigo qui s'éteint lorsqu'on coupe l'électricité de la chambre et les cloisons sont comme du papier à cigarette.

The cleaning is spotless and the service from the owner and staff couldn't be any better. The breakfast is wonderful!! The Blue house is located at the end of a quiet road but only a couple of hundred meters from the main road and the bus to the Old city. The Blue house is without doubts the BEST place we have stayed during our 3 months of Travelling. We can't recommend it enough.

Oud Sukothai is makkelijk te bereiken, goedkoop transport op 100 meter van het hotel. Daar is ook een supermarkt. Vlakbij zijn verschillende markten, restaurants en etenskraampjes in de avond. Hotel kan bustickets voor je regelen en transport naar de bus terminal. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

• Danny (10/5): Great people. - Great clean house at a fair price. Our host, Jin, was gracious and extremely helpful. When we wanted to stay another night he changed our bus ticket at the station and even helped me practice Thai. The people at the house as well as the whole town were some of the warmest and friendliest we've encountered in Thailand. We will definitely stay here again.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Best hotel of entire stay - I spent 3 weeks traveling in Thailand and Cambodia, and spent an average of 3 nights at each location. This was my favorite hotel. The room was exceptional. The location was better than I could have hoped. I was walking distance from the bus (not short walk, but better with short cut - use google maps). It was a block from the morning market and only a few blocks from the night market. There was a bus stop for going to the old city and ruins that was essentially across the street.

• Claude (8/5): Bon rapport qualité prix dans la ville nouvelle - C'est plutôt une pension qu'un hôtel avec des chambres correctes pour le,prix demandé. Le petit déjeuner est à la carte mais pas cher et bon.
• Miriam (10/5): pulizia e comodità - L'hotel é pulitissimo (asciugamani cambiato ogni giorno e pulizie quotidiane) e molto comodo da raggiungere (é nella new city, ma a due minuti a piedi c'è il bus che con 30 bath porta direttamente davanti all'ingresso del parco storico). É lontano dalla strada perciò é anche molto tranquillo. Vicino ci sono diversi locali e l'immancabile Seven eleven. La proprietaria parla un inglese stiracchiato, però é molto disponibile perciò, con un po' di pazienza ci si capisce ugualmente. L'unica nota negativa é che per raggiungere l'hotel, si passa attraverso un mercato dove di giorno vendono anche pesce e che perciò la sera puzza da morire. Come dicevo prima sono solo due minuti di cammino... Ma sono due minuti di apnea! In ogni caso io lo consiglio caldamente.

Sinon c est très pratique pour visiter la vieille ville. Possibilité de louer un scooter à l hôtel. Sinon le bus est juste à côté. Et la gare routiere pour les trajets plus longs n est pas loin. Très pratique.

• Brian (8/5): Nice place to stay - We spent four nights. The room was very clean. Its location may not appeal to all as it is on a side alley, but we found it wonderfully quiet and good to be away from main road road noise. At the other end of the alley a morning market convenes and quits early. It is interesting for live seafood in tubs and other items of daily life. It was a very short walk to the main street and easily identified shuttle to Sukhothai Historical park,the main reason for being in Sukhothai. We enjoyed meals at Poo and Pai restaurants which are across the main street. We also ate a couple of meals at on the street dining and found those good as well. Staff was friendly, one young man particularly so, he made sure that we knew about the night market street. The hotel offers bicycles and scooters for rent. The scooters are very reasonable, but we decided not to tempt fate in an area where we can't read road signs. The A/C worked very well. Wi-fi was a bit hit and miss at times.

It was very well managed and clean everywhere. It's very close from the bus stop to Old City, center of the new city, convenience store, night market, etc.
• Tracy (8/5): Nice guesthouse in a good location - Stayed here for 3 nights in November, the staff were friendly and very helpful, location is very good (close to a bus stop which heads to the historical park - our main reason for visiting). The room was nicely decorated and a good size though the bed was really hard so we woke up feeling a bit sore every morning! There are a lot of stray dogs in the area which often barked at night which was a bit annoying as well. Apart from that we had no issues and I'd recommend Blue House.

They had a hard time finding our reservation. It was in another notebook. I gave her my passport and she asked for it again, maybe she was having a bad day,but just came off unprofessional. There was a used cotton stick in the bathroom that didn't get cleaned up. The bed was ok. It is located near a morning market so that was nice to get some fruit in the morning.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Cozy hotel in new sukhothai - We stayed for two nights in new sukhothai and had a great time. This hotel is very nice and the staff tho they speak little english are very helpful and friendly- they have lots of pre made information in how to get around and to the old city. They even arranged for us to have a thai massage in our room! It is also close to "chula" restuarunt mentioned in our guide book which had amazing food, esp the crab curry! Location is down an alley by the local morning market but seemed safe and was quiet. Bed was a bit hard but still comfy. Would definitely stay gain!
• Wayne (8/5): Nice people, good hotel. - Clean & comfortable hotel in new city. Staff extremely helpful.
• Jeffrey (10/5): Comfy, clean value stay for visiting Old Sukhothai - Room was clean and comfortable, located on a quiet alley (tho one night neighbors were partying). Staff was nice and helpful, but generally kept to themselves. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop to Old Sukhothai (30 baht). Same to restaurants, bars, etc. Oonly a couple minutes more to night market cheap eats. Would stay again. We went to the old city twice, visiting the central zone one day and north zone the next. Unless you are a temple hound, we'd recommend doing both in one day, as the north zone goes by really quick.
• Philip (10/5): Fantastic place to stay - A very modern guest house, very clean and tidy. So tidy in fact that they ask you to remove your shoes as you enter the building, but you would not want to scratch there nicely polished staircase !. Its off the main road at the end so no through traffic to bother you and not to far to walk at all to the main road, 4 minutes maybe. Its also a 20 minute walk from the bus terminal and there is a slight shortcut if you know where to look which will save you 10 minutes. Just get your map app going and you will probably notice it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. One of the best places we have stayed in so far on our journey through Thailand. Would totally recommend.
• Ajata (8/5): New & In Top Condition - Nice People - This is a brand new guest house in top condition. You can't go wrong for a few years. Very nice people and very convenient. The neighborhood wat is enjoyable and we were invited to share in the installment celebration of a new and unusual Buddha statue.
• Josiah (10/5): Wonderful Hotel Experience - A great stay at this hotel, it's a new building, very clean, helpful and friendly staff, a great location (a block from the bus to the Old Town), and a great price. I would stay here again if I came back and would definitely recomend it to my friends.
